Located in Southold, this attractive house for $1,120 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Newly renovated with two full bathrooms, kitchen and second floor entertainment/family/ bedroom with glorious views overlooking the Long Island Sound, the Shorecrest Beach House has never looked so good! Located on a grassy bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound the house is available for weekly and monthly rentals. Right on the water with its own private beach the beach house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, two with Queen beds, one with a King bed. There is an open plan sitting room with twin beds and picture windows overlooking the water on the second floor. There are two newly renovated full baths; a large living room with fireplace and wall of windows overlooking the Long Island Sound; 42 inch flat screen TV and broad band internet with WiFi; fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with gas stove, counter top dining; dining area with table for 8; adjoining deck also with dining table, and garden, all overlooking the water and spectacular sunsets. The cottage comes complete with linens, beach and bathroom towels, beach chairs, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer. It is also centrally air conditioned and fully winterized. The property is managed by the Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast and access to Shorecrest’s other water front beach and mooring on the Ashamamocque Inlet, to the rear of the Inn, perfect for kayaking, water-skiing or windsurfing can also be made available to Beach House guests as are concierge services such as restaurant reservations and suggestions, guide books and local event calendars and complimentary wine tastings at local vineyards. Regarding Short Term minimum rental laws in the Town of Southold: The Town requires a minimum stay of 14 nights. We can accept a rental for shorter periods of time but we cannot create another separate reservation within the same 14 night period. Therefore in the case that we accept a shorter stay we will block out the unused nights and only charge for those being occupied. There may be an up-charge for a shorter stay, but we offer discounts on a stay of 14 nights or longer for off season bookings. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

We stayed for two weeks in this lovely house. It had everything that our family of four needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The beds are comfortable and the house was beautifully clean when we arrived. We cooked sometimes and brought take-out back to eat from the many available dining options in the area. The town of Greenport in only a short drive away, with all it's lovely shops and restaurants. The beach is beautiful and so good for treasure hunting pretty stones and shells. The absolute BEST thing about this house though is the view. We watched 14 totally different sunsets and would make sure we were back at the house every evening to enjoy them. Absolutely stunning. Then owner was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed. We were actually staying at the house during "Hurricane" Henri, but this turned into a mild storm, which was awesome to watch from the big sea-facing windows. We'll be back!

Lovely spot practically on the beach! Close to all that can be enjoyed on the North Fork but make it back in time for sunset. Very good and helpful communication from start to finish.

House and location provided the perfect setting for a family getaway. Very clean and well kept home with Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of quality linens and towels. Farms, vineyards, Greenport all just minutes away. Sunsets were spectacular so dinners were spent at home. Marilyn was a lovely host.

The view was amazing! The home was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to stay for the week. Marilyn was very accommodating and helpful with questions we had about the home and the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is cozy and welcoming, kitchen well equipped, rooms are nice and beds comfortable. The view to the sea and the sunset is amazing and to wake up with such a light a bless. Definitely enjoyed the place, the space and the harmony of the house. Property manager super responsive.

This house was the perfect getaway for my family to escape the city to get some peace and quiet in Southold. The house is in a great location with a quick drive to either Greenport or Southold town. The location on the beach could not have been better. The sunset views were fantastic and different everyday. I would recommend this house for anyone traveling with a young family. We will definitely be back! Thanks Marilyn!

Great location on beach, close to Greenport. Very clean. Kitchen lacking some baking items and needs a new coffee pot. Manager very prompt to answer back with any? Even brought some fresh flowers from her b&b garden! Very peaceful location!

We were absolutely blown away by how lovely our stay was at this beach front cottage right on the water in Southold! From the gorgeous sunsets seen from the porch over the water to how immaculately clean the house was, we loved every minute of our stay here. Having the beach right in the backyard is such a fantastic treat - the water is clean and our pup loved exploring and walking along the beach. The house comfortably fit 6 of us and we loved using the kitchen for cooking and being able to grill right outside. Marilyn, who runs the property, lives across the street where she runs her B&B and was wonderfully attentive to us during our stay. We cannot say enough great things about our vacation in this house and the North Fork. We can't wait to be back again!!
