Situated in Kapalua, this lovely condo for $427 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to our little piece of paradise at Napili Bay #210. This studio unit provides you with the comforts of home while being located right on wonderful Napili Bay Beach. It has a galley style kitchen, full bathroom, living area that sleeps up to 2 guests and terrific views of Napili Bay from the lanai. The kitchen offers everything you would need to cook a meal. A full refrigerator, stove, and microwave are available as well as all the cooking utensils you would possibly need. The unit has granite counters to aid in the preparation of your meal. The unit offers a toaster, blender, coffee maker and more. If you want to grill, use our barbecue gas grills located in the common area of the property. The bathroom offers you a changing area along with a walk-in tiled shower with stationary glass splash. The turtle accent tiles will add to your vacation after a nice day at the beach. All linens and towels are provided during your stay. We even provide you with beach towels. Ironing is usually not on the vacation agenda, but an iron and ironing board are available in the unit if needed. Two coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the common area for your laundry needs. The living area is beautifully decorated in tropical fabrics and artwork that gives you the 'aloha' feeling as you enter. The king size bed has a new plush mattress along with new linens. Enjoy the new 44" flat panel television along with a DVD player. The indoor and outdoor tables and chairs each seats two people. The lanai boasts wonderful views of Napili Bay. Sit on the lanai with your laptop and enjoy free wireless high speed internet service (200Mbps). The unit also has free long distance telephone to the mainland. If you are able to visit January through March, you will likely see whales swimming along the channel. Grab a pair of our binoculars and enjoy the view! You will see honu sea turtles year around. They are such a delight! Take your beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and even a cooler to the beach. You are really only 65 plus steps from the condo but the cooler prevents you from leaving our wonderful beach. The beach is wonderful for snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, or just floating on a raft. Napili Bay is our favorite place to be and we are sure it will be yours as well. This property exceeded my expectations! The ease of beach access and lanai view were perfection! The unit was immaculately clean and the host was welcoming and friendly. Good, firm mattress, stocked kitchen.
The nearby market was expensive but perfect for getting a few things. Some food we enjoyed - Burger Shack at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua, Joey’s Kitchen (by the market), Jaws Country Store, Pizza Paradiso, Bad Ass Coffee, Miso Phat Sushi, and the Gazebo (right next door). We saw whales while waiting in line at Gazebo and food and service were awesome!
The ice machine by the laundry was a nice surprise. Beach gear was so handy!
Fun excursions we did were Twin Falls, Jaws country store, Garden of Eden arboretum, Trilogy whale watching tour. I would absolutely stay here again.

An immaculate property that made our stay perfect, Wendy's corner unit had the perfect view and is steps away from the low-key and relaxing Napili Bay beach. Every amenity was well thought out, minimizing stress and allowing our family to unwind and truly and fully enjoy our time spent on the island. The rental from beginning to end was perfect and receives our highest recommendation, despite wanting to keep this gem to ourselves.

We stayed at the Napili Bay Resort (#210) and loved it. We've stayed for about 9 days at the studio, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was easy to communicate with Wendy. The check in was a breeze. The studio is nice and had everything we needed during our stay: from kitchen ware and utensils to beach goodies.
The studio is located on the second floor and gives beautiful view onto the beach. We watched the sunrise while having coffee on lanai every morning. You can hear the waves loudly but it's nice because of the white noise effect it has when it's time to sleep. The king size bed was super comfortable to our liking.
The building is located right on the gorgeous Napili Bay Beach. You leave the studio, go down the stairs, and ta-da - it's a private entrance to the beach.
We did grocery shopping at Napili Market and went to Sea House Restaurant several times which is right on the beach.

Easy access to Napili Bay is the reason to stay here. The unit is fine, nicely decorated and equipped, but these are modest rooms in an older complex. That said, it’s clean and quiet and an actual’s stone’s—or snorkel’s—throw from the beach. Napili Bay has resident turtles and enough fish to make snorkeling entertaining, and a large, sandy center for waders. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and several more—and a grocery store—a very short drive away.

This property is old hawaiian in nature with an excellent view if the perfect beach. We could have stayed for a long time and wish we could have. Regardless of where we went, I always just wanted to go back to the condo. Would highly recommend it.

The room is as described, but even more magical in person. The property itself was unanimously declared perfect by myself and my husband.
It has a stunning view of Napili Bay, great beach access to one of THE most beautiful beaches on Maui, close to other businesses (shopping, restaurants), and plenty of amenities to accomodate our stay. We visited during the third week of March and saw so many whales from the lanai. It was warm in the room during the day but the open blinds and fans helped cool the room down. At night, the open blinds, trade winds, sound of crashing waves, and fans made the room temperature perfect. All guests were respectful - we hardly heard any noise from the rooms from this unit! Overall, the unit is a pristine beach getaway and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui! Mahalo! 🌺

The view and location is amazing… we saw sooo many whales going by it was awesome!! What a nice little gem. The view from the lanai is better than expected. Quick access to a beautiful beach. The place was clean on arrival, and had everything I needed. Never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the unit. I locked myself out of the unit when I was on the lanai. Luckily I had a key to the front door that doesn’t work on the lanai door. I was able to pass the key to another tenant who rescued me. LOL! Would love to stay here again. Kenny, Santa Cruz, CA

We loved this location. The host responded very quickly when I had a question in regard to a nearby walking path. Great beach, quiet at night. We loved hearing the waves. Don't worry about no air conditioning, there is a wonderful breeze that flows through the room. Do not hesitate on this one!

Steps from beach. Lanai had a gorgeous view of ocean. Able to have breakfast on the lanai and watch the whales. The unit is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The laundry room and BBQ area is very nice and well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood.

Everything you need for your stay in Napili. Excellent location, great beach and a condo equipped with all the necessities. Wendy's communication was great. We watched whales spouting and breaching from our lanai while drinking our morning coffee. Would certainly stay again.

This is a great unit within a great property. It's a studio, which was perfect for my husband and I. The bed is super comfy, and we were happy that it is not tucked away in the back of a one bedroom condo unit, which is common for the area. This property is very traditional Hawaiian. Only 2 stories with wooden louver slats to open and close the windows. No air conditioning, and I wouldn't want to change that and change the overall feel of the authentic Hawaiian experience. There are plenty of fans in the unit. Everything is laid out very efficiently to make the most of a tiny space, that doesn't feel tiny. The kitchen is well equipped and more than what we needed. I love the family feel that we got when booking, even though we never met, I feel like we know the owners! The decor and the comfort of the unit made our short time in Napili exceptional. If you are looking for a place next to the beach, this is your spot...you do hear the ocean, and the sand is steps away. The lanai has a great view of the ocean, great for morning coffee, but our best sunset was from watching it on the beach. Our only regret is that we did not book more time here...Would love to come again.

Front door of the property is just a few steps to the beach--our first preference. The amenities are complete to making living there for two or three weeks very easy.
Our personal activities are close by--swimming, hiking, snorkeling--so we are happy from sun up to ending our day with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Can't beat it at any price.
