Located in New Port Richey, this charming house for $203 per night is a great option for your next break. Completely remodeled inside and out in 2017, 2BR/1.5BA Private Pool Home close to beaches, and shopping and nightlife. Relax beside the heated pool (solar) in your private backyard. This home is the perfect getaway with plenty of room to spread out inside and out. One car driveway and one car garage. - BR1 has a King Bed - BR2 has Queen Size bed - 50" LED TV ,Blu Ray DVD Player, Play Staion and satellite TV in living room - 32" LET TV in master bedroom with local channels and Netflix - Internet with WiFi - home phone (unlimited calling within US ans Canada) Weber Gas Grill for cooking outdoors, as plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the Florida sunshine or relaxing evenings poolside. Beach Toys, Beach Chairs, Cooler, all available for use. All linens are included, including beach towels and all linens (including blankets/comforters) are laundered prior to your arrival. Queen recliner Sofa Bed in living room for additional sleeping if needed. No Smoking please. Surveillance cameras on the exterior part of your property and garage. Can be covered by the guest if needed. Small dogs concidered (under 20lb) $50 fee per stay. NO CATS!!!!!! The stay was okay, but there are a few concerns...
Prior to renting the property a message was sent to inquire if one family member could join our party of 3 for 2 days. We were billed $200 for extra guests. Then when another family member wanted to join we sent a 2nd request to ascertain if this would be permitted. There was complete confusion about the first guest who we understood from the charge was granted, then when we followed up again & explained that we had been billed $200 for extra guest then we were told it was okay if we were comfortable.
The beds are not comfortable, the sofa definitely very uncomfortable.
The property was clean overall with the exception of the BBQ grill which was not clean. The bathtub is a major concern as it is very slippery and we had to be extremely careful and despite being careful we slipped and almost fell a few times.
The property does state there is CCTV but we found it to be too intrusive as 2 of the cameras pointed directly into the pool and the outside eating area. This made us very uncomfortable and hence the outdoor was only used once when our family visited in the 8 days we stayed.
Check out time states 10am, however, in the check in instructions we were asked to leave by 9am. Despite reverting and asking for 10am check out we got no response.
We would not stay in this property again.

The house was great, the area is safe and quiet. the heated pool was great, especially at night after going out and exploring all day. There are two great beaches near by, Sunset beach and Howard Park and beach. Plenty of great food choices around as well. The owner was very helpful and there’s just about everything you’ll need already at the house. I would gladly stay here again

I recommend this house, pool was perfect temperature, didn’t like the cameras pointed at me outside, but besides that I would rent it again. Didn’t know how to rate talking to the property manager because I never tried.

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay here. The pool water was warm. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you could imagine was here. Places to eat, shop, beaches were close by. Pack your bags and that’s all you need. This place felt like home. We did not want to leave.

Nice house near activities in New Port Richie
The online photos look great. The home has all you need for a short or longer term stay. We did find the storage for our stuff while staying was a bit lacking. The weather was not all that helpful for the solar heated pool. Too cool to enjoy in November this year. The owner did a good job with instructions and notes. We did notice heavy traffic and speeding on the road. We were nervous with our small dog.

Excellent Amenities
The property owners have done a great job at having the home ready for guests. The kitchen has everything anyone would need during their stay. They supply cling wrap, Reynolds wrap, cooking spices and oils, more cookwares and utensils than any place we have ever stayed. It was an excellent trip for us. The pool is heated, but be aware that the temps need to be in the high 70’s or 80’s to be warm enough to really enjoy the pool. Great communications with property owner and property manager.

The outdoor area was perfect to visit safely during the pandemic which was the purpose of our trip to FL. We set up a small folding table and the large dining table provided about 8 feet away. The area is covered so it was nice even when it rained. The second bathroom is a small powder room which is located outside, so that was a big plus too for visits during covid.
The pool was wonderful but it was a bit chilly to really enjoy unfortunately. Solar heated - but I guess it was not as sunny as it could have been.
The beds are comfortable and the desk area was conducive for working at home.
We brought our dog which was a big plus. There is no grass on the property so be aware you must walk your dog (which was ok for us but just be aware)..
We did nothing while we were there due to Covid so I can't really comment about anything else.

Nice winter break
It was a nice property. About 20 to 30 min. From everything. Unseasonably warm I was told for this time of year so, we were able to swim in the pool which was nice. The water was not drinkable and had to buy bottled water but it all worked. Warm weather, beaches, good restaurants ( fresh kitchen being our favorite) it was a good stay.

The home is a pet friendly home, but the yard and neighborhood are NOT.
The home is nice, clean, and well equipped with everything you need. The pool was very nice on our first day. And the masterbed was very comfortable. The home is pet friendly, but be WARNED the yard and neighborhood are NOT. The yard is very small and there is NO grass, there for if your dog enjoys grass for bathroom time you must walk. Which our girl loved doing. While walking the 2nd morning there a vicious dog ran out of a garage attacking our girl, causing critical damage and she had to be euthanized. We are devastated! So if you are traveling with your beloved pet/fur child, I do not recommend this property.

Wonderful place to relax
Surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Nicely remodeled home with pool. We used this house as a central location for shopping and visiting friends and relatives. We really enjoyed the pool in the mornings and evenings after a long day in FL heat.

Very clean in a quiet neighborhood. We went to relax and enjoy the sun, and did just that. The pool was wonderful and private. The kitchen had every thing you could possibly need. Close to stores, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend this charming little house.
