Situated in Laguna Beach, this charming condo for $466 per night is a great option for your next trip. This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee $175.00 Unit sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This unit is on the lower floor. There are about 4 steps to climb from the parking area. There is also a wheelchair ramp leading up to the unit door. No BBQ grills allowed. Master bedroom has a King bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area. Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds and a Full size bed with access to full bathroom in the hall Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tv with cable & private WI-Fi access *PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THERE IS NO EXTRA PARKING ONLY ONE VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOWED.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a perfect little getaway! Close enough to all that 30A has to offer! Its literally right on the beach ! Very easy to get all of our beac gear down there. It had all that you needed! I’d recommend bringing laundry detergent with you, that’s the only thing we were missing it. All in all, we had a great stay and we will be back!

The condo was perfect, the location was awesome and the weather was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and plan to return in December. This was 1 of the top condo's I have ever stayed in!!! Not to mention Lisa she was GREAT and provided me with all the information and requests that I had asked for!! I would rate this experience a 10 out of 10, just perfect 💕

We enjoyed our stay we extended it two more days. Any issue I told the manager about was solved quickly. Storm took out power for 3 hours and they kept checking on us. We just went down to the beach. This is the first floor condo and it was beautiful. The app does not show the newest remodel. The walk-in shower was great. Washer and dryer in the other bathroom was great to have. The laminate flooring throughout was beautiful. So many dishes in the cabinets. I will return. Without my pets next time. Pet friendly, my dog got out and ran into the highway 3 times. She found her way back to us each time but was very stressful. Surrounding owners of condos were very pleasant even when our dogs barked at them every single time. Friendly place. Clean. Beautiful. Walking off patio to beach was awesome.

This was an excellent property. It was perfect for our smaller group (5). Very well kept, updated furnishings and very very clean which was important to us! Small number of units made it more like a house for a small group and plenty of open space on the beach. We will definitely be back!! Property management group was very friendly and responsive! Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the end of May 2022. This unit was perfect for us - layout was great where master was separate from secondary bedroom - 2 bathrooms is always a plus and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. It is literally on the beach - walk down the deck steps and you're there - easy to get all your beach gear to your spot daily - there are even 2 outdoor showers/hose hookups on the deck to rinse off sand. Just FYI some units similar to this we've rented in the past include extras like TP, paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen soap, etc - this one did not so come prepared. Super convenient parking right out the back door with a ramp to lug your belongs from car to unit. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this surpassed my expectations - super clean and tidy! Would highly recommend and hope to have a return stay!

My sister and I absolutely LOVED this condo! It was in a great location, had all of the amenities and was very comfortable. Appreciated the ease of the beach access. It is a place we enjoyed hanging out in on a rainy day. Look forward to return stays in this quaint condo!

Condo has been renovated and in good location away from crowds. Inside was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and new. We don't have any complaints about the condo. Our complaints are about the bike week (third week in October) and the red tide. Motorcycles went up and down on the road all night. I advise people to avoid that week. Red tide was widespread this year from St. George Island to Destin. Walking on the beach was out of question. Like I said, these two problems were out of the owner's control but I wanted to share them with others. Again great condo.

The only problem was that we could not use the microwave. It blew the breaker and we couldn’t get it to work even with turning other things off first. Loved that it had a double and two twins in the one room and a king in the master. Just a few steps and you’re on the beach.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here! The unit was clean and well appointed. It was so convenient to be right on the beach! Since it’s located a little outside PCB it was quiet and the beach wasn’t crowded. Having the washer & dryer and 2 bathrooms made it easy for us to clean up quickly after being on the beach all day. Terea was very responsive and great to work with when we had questions! We will definitely consider staying here again!
