Nestled in Laguna Beach, this lovely house for $495 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Brand NEW 2023 Beach Home with Private Pool. Sandy Toes on Rose will be the perfect location for your family vacation. Easy walk to the beach, 3 bedroom/2 bath home with balcony for family gatherings. Dog under 40 pounds considered for nonrefundable pet fee. July 4th requires a 7 day minimum rental. Teachers, First Responders & Active Duty Military Personnel Discounts! We are happy to provide those who provide so much to our families a much needed discount off our vacation rental rates. The responsible renter (person booking the home) must provide his/her qualifying photo I.D. at the time of reservation to obtain this discount. (Holidays are excluded & this discount cannot be combined with any other discount). PRIVATE HEATED POOL - ONE DOG CONSIDERED (see fee section). One dog under 40 pounds considered. Newly built in April 2023, this fabulous home located on the quieter West end of Panama City Beach, Florida has everything you could possibly want! The living area, dining and kitchen are all open to one another for great family gatherings. The French doors lead out to the front porch. The back yard features a fabulous pool (pool heat in cooler weather is optional- contact property manager for price, ) with gas grill, a large patio and seating for the whole family. In the living area the large comfortable furniture provides seating for everyone to enjoy the Smart TV after a fun day on the beach. The table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 in beds (no having to open and close a sleeper). The master features a relaxing King bed, Smart TV, view of the pool and private bath with shower. One guest bedroom offers a King bed, Smart TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are twin bunks and a full bed in the third guest room perfect for the kids to have their own movie nights with a Smart TV. All this and the perfect location as you are just a short walk from several Public Beach Accesses. Shopping at Pier Park is only a short 5 miles East and the shoppes and restaurants of 30A are only a few miles West. Camp Helen State Park which offers kayaking and dune lake fishing is nearby. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guests' use. Swimming Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $45 per day. Pool heat must be active for entire reservation. You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for electronic signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age. *NO SMOKING of any type permitted on this property. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage. This property allows one small (under 40 pounds) dog per booking with payment of $100 non refundable pet fee and Pet Addendum signed by responsible renter. Please notify property manager if bringing a pet. *Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival This property does not allow charcoal grills or fire pits. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

The house was beautiful and very clean. They had chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a cart to get everything to the beach. Beautiful backyard with area to play. We chose to heat the pool which was an easy process. It was a great trip!

We loved our time at Sandy Toes on Rose, the online photos do not do it justice. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and we so appreciated the owners providing everything we needed for a great time at the beach. Having beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella and a cooler for us to use was fantastic. The house has everything for a great vacation. To come back from the beach and relax in the inground pool was so enjoyable. The house was SO clean! We would not have known previous guests had brought their pets if we had not read it in the reviews. There was no pet smell at all. The cleaning staff does a great job. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at this vacation rental exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and plenty of stores nearby. We rented a golf cart and there was very convenient parking at both beach access points. The convenience being so close to the beach made our stay incredibly enjoyable and allowed us to make the most of our time by the water. The amenities were outstanding. This property truly had it all! The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful pool, which provided a refreshing oasis to cool off in after a day spent in the sun. It was impeccably maintained and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The fenced-in backyard provided a safe and secure space for our dogs to play, which was an absolute relief for us as dog owners. It's not often you find a vacation rental that is not only dog-friendly but also offers such thoughtful amenities for our four-legged companions. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The customer service was exceptional. The rental's management team was responsive, accommodating, and eager to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and pet-friendly vacation. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this little slice of paradise!

We could not have been more pleased with this beach vacation home! So roomy and beautifully decorated with beach décor. We loved the split bedroom plan. We were so impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked, it even has 2 coffee makers! The location was great being on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach not far from 30A. The private pool and spacious backyard were another big plus. We Highly Recommend Sandy Toes!

We had a wonderful experience and really mean that this place has everything! Beautiful brand new home with “fun-beachy”furnishings, Swimming Pool, only 2 blocks from the Sandy White Beach-what more can you ask for? The hosts were fantastic-they responded immediately to the few questions we had. We will DEF stay here again.

Sandy Toes on Rose had everything we wanted for our beach vacation! It is just a short walk to the beach and being located away from the crowds of the PCB condos it was a wonderful experience for us. Privacy blinds were added to the windows the day of our arrival, so the home is totally private and comfortable. Not only was it beautifully decorated, it's very spacious and very clean, something we always look for when searching for a vacation rental! The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you could want, it even has a Keurig that makes ICED coffee and there is also a Mr. Coffee pot, depending on what type of coffee you prefer. The private backyard with the pool that can be heated, was perfect for our stay in April as the nights were cool, but days were the perfect temp around 80. We are already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend Sandy Toes!
