We loved this condo. Very clean and spacious. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. We did rent a golf cart which allowed us to explore the island, highly recommended. Safe secure grounds and beautiful beach. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful time. This was our first visit to Isla Mujeres. The island is fantastic. The people, the food, and views were out of this world. The condo is in the perfect location and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy access to the best beaches and the pool was amazing. We can’t wait to return to the same condo.

Condo was clean and nice. No view of the pool or ocean. Just a view of a building under construction. Loud construction noises started at 4am and did not stop all day.

Cant think of a better location than Nautibeach with access to the beach directly from the pool. We enjoyed unit 10 with ground floor access , very clean with comfortable beds, good shower. Keith made booking/arrival/departure all very easy.

First time visiting Isla Muejeres and honestly we loved it. Our condo #10 was perfect! Great spot to walk to the pool/beach and also not even a block away from all the restaurants and shops! We already plan on going back to visit next year and we already want to book this condo again! The staff as well as the people are all super friendly and helpful! I would suggest renting a golf cart if you want to see the rest of the island but in my book this place was perfect to stay at with everything walking distance!

Located close to beach and pool. Very clean. Comfy beds. Close to Hidalgo street, lots of shopping and restaurants. Kitchen had almost all we needed. (Could have used a larger fry pan and dish cloths) would recommend as a great place to stay.

The property was beautiful and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great food at the restaurant. Drinks needed more alcohol so my suggestion is to stick to beer, but still amazing experience. Everyone is just so friendly. I felt safe sending my 8 and 5 year old to the potty alone while at the pool. There is a shop and pharmacy across the road. During the week, there is a club that is close that you can hear the music until about 11, but you’re so tired from the day it hardly matters. I suggest bringing a sound machine. Pretty simple fix. They have fresh water in the condo to fill up water bottles for the day. Clean towels each day. Cleaning service each day. Washed our clothes our last full day. Just needed a tip. It was wonderful. Stay here! It’s beautiful!! I want to bring our family back and stay in #10! Thank you for everything!!!!

Everything was great. We had to do a quick backtrack to the check-in office to get our wristbands, but once we were on the property everything was so easy and fuss-free. The apartment was cute, clean, and ice-cold with everything we needed. The pool and beach were so close and we loved the guac and juices at the beach club. We loved our visit and can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Isla Mujeres. Overall, the description is very accurate. The maid and property staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo had most of the essentials and shopping/restaurants were within walking distance. Mayan Beach Club food was very very good along with the nice pool. The beach right in front of the property had too much seaweed the first 2 days. It was unswimmable for that time, but they cleaned it the third day and it was nice at that point. But, we just walked up the beach a little further and it was fine. That's not the properties fault though. We really enjoyed our stay and anyone looking for something really close to Playa Norte should consider this one. Thanks!

Nautibeach Resort is an awesome place to stay while visiting Isla Mujeres. The condos are clean and comfortable. The staff at Nautibeach is exceptional. They keep the grounds immaculate and are extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed there multiple times and will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #10 for the week. Check in was easy, even extending an extra day was no issue. Location was great even tho not a ‘beach view’. Service on the beach was great as well.

only reason i gave 4 stars overall is because the shower wouldnt drain and the shower head literally soaks the entire washroom. also could have used extra beach towels. next time we'll bring our own. overall pure bliss and heaven on this island

We have booked with Keith Turner/Isla Dreams for the past four years. Every year has been flawless and wonderful. We stayed at Nautibeach #10 and #32 the Penthouse this year. No dress at all. Just relaxing and everything was handled very professionally. If you haven’t stayed in the penthouse, I recommend it. Best views ever. I got what I came for. Rest and a recharging of the batteries. Thanks, Keith and staff!

We stayed in condo #10 for a week. First impressions of the property was that is was well maintained and so convenient for beach and pool access. We heard live music from the patio and was within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. We were greeted by the friendly staff every morning. Other amenities used was the laundry service, beach toys/life jacket, on site Covid tests and eating/drinking at onsite Mayan Beach Club. Housekeeping left extra towels and blankets when requested. Walter was amazing at helping with activities and host Keith answered all my questions promptly. Our only lessons learned was do not leave food out. Small bugs made their way into the breakfast breads container. All food needs to be in the fridge or microwave and food needs to be promptly cleaned up. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be back to Nautibeach Condos in the future.

We have been to Isla Mujeres multiple times, but NautiBeach Condos is our favorite place to stay. Very safe with a gated complex, large pool and beautiful beach access. The condos are always spotless, and the staff always eager to be of service. A multitude of fantastic restaurants and shops close by. Can't say enough! If you are on the fence about booking, DON'T BE! You are missing out!!!

The property is great and we really enjoyed the beach, room, restaurant and pool. The only things i would comment on are 1. the shower head needs replacing as it sprays water in 10 different directions. 2. The road leading up to the property is in desperate need of repair. It rained a few times and it made the road a lake that was difficult to cross.

Absolutely no complaints. We rented two condos at Nautibeach from different owners. Both units were wonderful, clean, and very well equipped. The facilities were great and location was perfect! We hope to be back very soon!

Our family had such a lovely time at our stay! You couldn't ask for a better location, just a quick walk to one of the most gorgeous beaches we've ever been to and from the center of the town. Our host was very responsive and all of the custodians, groundskeepers etc. were hospitable and professional. (Make sure you show your gratitude to them by tipping). Excellent for kids and family. All staff took appropriate COVID precautions and we felt very safe in that regard. We arranged for our COVID test to be done in our room and it was so easy, and also actually the most affordable option we found. I really hope we can come back!
