Come and Relax in our spectacular renovated Ocean Front Condo in the exclusive Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach. Wood grain porcelain tile throughout. New furniture and paint. Two new queen beds with pillow top mattress. Enjoy the beautiful views from your private balcony. In the morning relax and watch the sunrise you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf. The kitchenette has a Stainless steel full size refrigerator with ice maker. There is also a beverage refrigerator and 2 eye Ceramic stove top and microwave. A Kuerig for your morning coffee be sure and bring your K-cups, Toaster Oven and Crock Pot. All utensils, cookware ,dishes, and glassware. Paper towels and hand towels Bathroom Tub/shower combo Hairdryer Starter packet of Shampoo soap and lotion. This is a privately owned unit and is not on the Sand Dunes rental program. PLEASE NOTE The water park in the parking lot is EXCLUDED. It is owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an extra resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access this area. There is a Beautiful Oceanfront pool lazy river and Splash Zone for your enjoyment. Linens are provided but Bath towels are NOT. Cleaning provided by a private housekeeper. Daily maid service is not included. There is a key less entry for your convenience. (no keys to keep up with) No need to check-in at the front desk. The elevator is steps away for easy access to the lobby, dining and beach. It also takes you directly to the 2nd floor where the Oceanfront indoor pool and spa are located. The indoor pool and hot tubs have been renovated. The pool is heated. The Resort features: Beachfront Bar and Restaurant, River City Cafe Great Burgers! Large Arcade, Atlantis Spa, Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, Lazy river, Convenience store, Free Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, over 100 Golf courses. Shopping and dining are within a 10 mile radius. Including Tanger outlets, Walmart, Barefoot Landing, The Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. Dining options include Carolina Roadhouse, Bonefish Grille, Chucks Steakhouse, Flying Fish, Bimines, Clearwater Oyster House, Chilis, Mr Fish, Mellow Mushroom and many more. Bay Naturals Healthy Market and Kitchen. Cross over HWY 17 and its beside Food Lion. Free WIFI Free Parking All Pictures are current and accurate. We'll most definitely be returning. Mrs. Rhonda was EXCELLENT! Communication is key for me and she went over and beyond in that department (actually all departments). The location was in the center of everything. Not to mention the on-site restaurants, waterpark, arcade and convenience store was a plus.

A week in a great apartment overlooking the ocean and the busy beach. Great amenities and walking distance from several 4 star restaurants. Beach in the morning, pool in afternoon and either dinner in the room or out. Very relaxing vacation.

Great studio condo, location, and interaction with host. Host was fantastic to work with even allowing us to check out late due to next guest change in plans. The location is close to everything but not so close its noisy. The view! What can I say. Having coffee on the balcony facing the ocean is awesome. The only small issue we had was I didn't read the description fully and we needed to bring our own bath towels and the coffee maker is K cup. But these two things were on me for not remembering this. Great stay and great price!

The location of the property is great! The amenities were good and the communication between myself & the owner was very good. The only thing I wasn't keen on is the fact that it really needs updated and it could have been a little cleaner...just minor things like the rug in the bathroom should have been washed, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall it was a pretty good trip!!

We wanted a simple trip to the beach with a nice oceanfront view. Our expectations were met! The pictures are accurate, the room has an amazing view, and Rhonda was a great host and easy to reach. There were no surprises which is a relief when traveling with small children! Definitely recommend

Very nice property - clean and comfortable and convenient to our Cheer competition. Only issue was we tripped the breaker while trying to get ready in the morning - that probably needs to be upgraded. Host was great to communicate with snd got it fixed promptly.

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were unlike any my husband and I have ever experienced from a rental property and provided us with a perfect nights sleep. The owner was very helpful and prompt in her communication with us. We will definitely book again!!

This property was absolutely the perfect place to enjoy our vacation! Itâs conveniently located kind of âin betweenâ North and South Myrtle Beach so practically everything was a ten minute drive! The amenities our host provided helped us to feel right at home and kept us from running to the store every day. The convenience of the restaurants just across the parking lot and downstairs made it so we wouldâve never had to step off the resort if we didnât want to! Parking was tight in the garage, but I only had to park in there 2 times the entire length of our stay. All the other times I was able to park right by the entrance to the hotel. The view was gorgeous and it added to our trip. Even when we werenât outside, we could take in the waves from our beds, or balcony! Noise level was not an issue, nor was customer service. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

This was our second stay and once again we were not let down. The room and property are perfect for our property. You are close enough to everything, but yet away from the high traffic areas. This will always be our first choice.

Great place to stay.
Beds are very comfortable. One improvement I would have liked is are taller commode for older people. Bathroom door needs replaced. The rug catches it and tears off the facing.

We were very satisfied with our condo. It was just the.right size for my daughter and I to have plenty of room. We were only there for three nights, so we ate out all the meals. However, the kitchenette and appliances would have been sufficient to prepare meals. The ice maker was really great to have. We were given a lot of information on Activities on property and close restaurants.

The room remodel is decent although there is some ceiling damage- popcorn ceiling- that needs to be addressed (past leak from above?) Overall I want to thank the host for having us.
