Nestled in Naples, this attractive condo for $212 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Holiday House: Located in a 17th century building, it has been recently and finely restored (October 2018). Two bedrooms with bathroom, with large shower and a very bright kitchen-living room, which overlooks Mount Vesuvius. Complete the apartment a small brick veranda where you can relax in peace. The Holiday Apartment Italy Apartment OrtoBotanic Garden is equipped with all comforts: Wi-fi, telephone, air conditioning, radiators, fridge, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with all appliances, microwave. High safety standards, with fire extinguisher, smoke detector, gas detector, first aid box. Where it is: Located exactly in front of the beautiful Real Botanical Garden, it is 400 meters from the M1 and M2 lines of the Piazza Cavour Metro. Nearby the National Archaeological Museum (MANN) and the Museum of Modern Art (MADRE). A few hundred meters from the historic center (World Heritage Site). Nearby the central station and the airport.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in June. The 4th floor apartment is very clean and has everything you would need for a long stay. There is a 2-person lift/elevator in the building. It's within walking distance to some restaurants and a grocery store. The view of Mt Vesuvius is very nice. Comfortable beds and convenient washer/dryer in one of the bedrooms. Check-in was easy as someone met us and explained all of the items in the apartment. Would highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed in quite a few apartments all over Italy and this one ranks very high. It is very clean, very fresh inside, and provides all amenities, including a dryer as part of the washing machine! Very modern, everything works well, the door locking system is very secure, and items in the apartment are very new. Rooms were very adequate in size. Host responded to any questions within ten minutes. Bus service was right across the street so easy to get around the city. The elevator is small but works great. Great view of Vesuvius.

Apartment was comfortable and clean. Good appliances but with absolutely no instructions in any language. No helpful info, just a sheet of warnings.

In this very nice apartment we spent a wonderful week in Napoli.
The place is perfectly clean and very quiet. The kitchen is furnished with all might be needed to do some cooking knowing that we also enjoyed 2 restaurants at less than 100 m, "OWAP" for the pizzas and "'A Figlia d''o Marenaro" for their pasta and fish.
And, the last very good surprise was the Bus C68 which took us to the airport for 1,5 euros per person. The Bus station is 100m from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, on a very busy main road, but amazingly quiet and peaceful once indoors. Apartment is to the back of the road, with views of Vesuvius. Very modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thoughtful extras such as kitchen essentials, mini shampoo, soap, toothbrush and even cotton wool pads and a mini sewing kit!
Great little local shop to the left of apartment, glorious pasticceria a bit further on.
Convenient for bus to centre, but we mostly walked, just to soak up the atmosphere.
Would most certainly stay here again.

Issues with check-in, partly my fault and the owners. I gave a precise time, expecting someone to meet us as to when I would be at apartment. My cell phone plan did not have data and finding wifi in area was impossible. My fault and property manager. Area is north part of old town, staying closer to port would be preferencial.

This apartment is absolutely stunning! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice common area, and in a very safe courtyard separated from the street. For Naples, this place is immaculate.

The property was absolutely beautiful and accessible! The owners were also very kind! The vrbo was a bit tough to find at first but the owners were very helpful in giving us more clear directions. Sehr schöne Wohnung!
Die sehr hochwertig renovierte Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage eines alten Hauses ( mit Aufzug) direkt am botanischen Garten. Man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, hat modernste Technik, 2 schöne Badezimmer, ganz ruhig durch die Lage zum Garten, schöne Aussicht. Im Bad gab es schöne Kosmetik-Produkte, Handtücher und Hausschuhe. Es wurde uns auch reichlich Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Kontakte zu Italia waren sehr angenehm und hilfreich.
Wir können diese schöne Wohnung uneingeschränkt und wärmstens empfehlen!

For three people (one couple, one single) perfectly laid out, furnished, outfitted, very helpful hostess. Neighborhood slightly funky but ultimately great. View of Mt Vesuvius! Dodgy coffee maker and interesting elevator security -- next door to best resto in town!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce bel appartement italien dans lequel Valentina nous a très gentiment accueillis. Tout est bien agencé, propre, bien équipé pour y préparer un dîner… et la vue sur la ville est spectaculaire !

Wonderful stay in a great location!
The apt was great! AC, heat, cleanliness, tons of coffee, special Christmas treats, etc. - all of the little things that made the wonderful apt just that much better! The view of Vesuvius was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the central location and ability to walk everywhere. We highly recommend this apt!!!

5 Day Stay in Naples
The apartment is very nice, clean, and quiet. Italia was helpful when we had questions. There is a parking garage a few blocks down the street, for a daily fee. It is easy to get in and out of Naples by car from the apartment. Walking distance to the historic center. Great place to stay!

Lovely Apartment with a Cracking View!
After a day out in the hustle and bustle of the city, the apartment was a very welcome oasis of calm and tranquility.
Although on a busy road, the apartment is at the back of building so is very quiet and offers a superb view of Vesuvius in the distance.
Great location, close to public transport (metro and railway from the Cavour station) also easy walks to the Naples Museum of Archaeology, Botanical Gardens and historical centre of the city. Local shops, cafes and restaurants in abundance although the prices in the Carrefour Express supermarket up the road were a tad steep compared to others we have used (Conad and Sole365).
The property manager was very helpful and accommodating and a lot of thought has obviously gone into the refurbishment of the apartment and the quality of facilities provided (the slippers and little gift were an excellent touch).
Overall a very well appointed apartment with pretty much everything provided for a few days in Naples. Would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to book again when staying in Napoli.

This was a great find! Valentina met us at the apartment. She was very sweet and helped us settle in. The apartment is everything the description said. It does feel like you are at a hotel and we loved the special touches of the host (sweets, water, ribboned towels with slippers and a small token gift). Would absolutely stay here again. Restaurants close by and the train and buses were within walking distance.

Geweldig!
De Woning is ruim, schoon, en ligt op een goede locatie. Er is een Bushalte aan de overkant, en op een minuut of 10 à 15 lopen ligt het metrostation. Het is in de buurt van grote bezienswaardigheden.
De gastvrouw, Italia, is erg aardig, open en makkelijk bereikbaar.
Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad!

Sehr schönes Appartement, gut ausgestattet, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub
Wir waren im Mai 2019 für 5 Tage in Neapel und Umgebung und waren sowohl mit dem App. als auch der Organisation sehr zufrieden. Das App. ist neu bzw. modernisiert, hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine Vermieterin, die mitdenkt und sich auch kurzfristig bei Fragen meldet. In der Nähe sind viele Cafés und Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Die historische Altstadt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in allem - sehr zu empfehlen.
