In the center of Naples, La Casita Toledo is a charming apartment located in a very quiet nineteenth-century building (De Rosa palace, later also known as Palazzo de Gemmis), in Toledo street, one of the most renowned streets of Naples, rich of numerous shops of all kinds, refreshment points and bars; a few steps from the famous Dante Alighieri square and all means of transport (buses, metro, funiculars, Cumana), museums, monuments, theaters and cinemas. A few minutes from the ancient centre, rich in a particularly large number of cultural and artistic resources: the well-known streets of the nativity scene, San Gregorio Armeno, Decumani, Basilica of Santa Chiara, Napoli Underground, catacombs, outdoor and underground archaeological excavations. About 15 minutes from boarding for Ischia, Capri, Procida, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano. The apartment is located on the second floor and there is a concierge and an elevator. The total surface area is 60 m2. arranged on one level: entrance, living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed, balcony overlooking a typical internal courtyard, bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Equipped with a large and comfortable room with double bed (divisible if necessary), double sofa bed, 40-inch LED TV and balcony overlooking the courtyard which gives it extreme tranquility. I am happy to host you in my newly renovated apartment. The furnishings in a welcoming and functional style are equipped with all the comforts to make you spend a comfortable and pleasant stay in our beautiful city of Naples. The price includes air conditioning, weekly change of sheets, towels, shower towel and everything needed to prepare unlimited hot drinks (tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc.). You can also take advantage of the Wi-Fi service. Access to La Casita Toledo is permitted exclusively to people who are part of the stay, registered with an identification document.

Lovely apartment just off busy Piazza Dante and minutes away from so many attractions in the “centro storico” but when we entered this comfortable accommodation in an old palazzo, the noise and bustle was left behind. Marco couldn’t have been a better host! Our long conversations with him were delightful and his pride in his city translated into a wealth of knowledge infectious enthusiasm. We look forwarded to returning soon! Mille grazie!

My son and I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Casita Toledo. Our host, Marco, was wonderful! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his city of Napoli. He gave recommendations of must see places and places to dine. The apartment was immaculate and the air conditioning worked very well (which was important because it was in the 90s during our stay). There is also an elevator. The listing says the apartment is on the first floor, but in Europe the first floor is the second floor in the US. The location is fantastic! We were in the heart of the city. The Metro is not even one block away. The apartment is close to lots of great dining and shopping. And it’s a ten minute walk to the National Archaeological Museum (a must see). Marco was the most gracious host who made our stay In Napoli wonderful! He even reserved a taxi for us on our final day to the airport. He makes himself available 24/7 and will go out of his way to ensure your Napoli stay is perfect. Gracie mille, Marco.

Nice appartment for a short trip in Napoli. A little bit small for four or more people but in a perfect location and with a very kind housekeeper. So we can recommend the appartment for this great price!

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni nell'appartamento: lo abbiamo trovato carino, pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, anche per prepararsi qualche semplice piatto. L'accoglienza da parte di Marco è stata cordiale; ci ha dato informazioni e idee utili per la nostra visita. Anche nel giorno della partenza è stato molto disponibile a concordare gli orari con noi. Anche durante la nostra permanenza si è fatto vivo, per sentire se tutto andava bene. Punto di forza principale della casa è la posizione, direttamente sulla Via Toledo, vicinissima a Piazza Dante con il collegamento metro. Perfetto per girare il centro e per i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un cortile di un grande e suggestivo palazzo storico: questo lo rende un po' buio ma in compenso davvero tranquillo, persino in una zona così centrale. Lo raccomando.

Fabulous lokation in the heart of Naples. It felt safe and secure to stay in the apartment. The apartment is well-appointed and very clean. The kitchen facilities were not good. There was 1 glas, 1 cup, 1 kitchen knife, 2 forks, knifes and spoons, an old frying pan and so on. For very little money you can easily improve these facilities.
