This second floor, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom gulf front condo includes: Over 2,000 square feet of living space with marble floors and special touches throughout. A beautiful kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lots of storage for groceries, and gulf views. A wet bar adjacent to the kitchen for entertaining. A living area with plenty of seating, electronic black out shades for movie nights, a large flat screen TV, and a large private balcony. A large main master bedroom with a king size bed, balcony access, a flat-screen TV, connecting spa bathroom with separate dressing area, jacuzzi tub, and shower. A second master bedroom with a king size bed, easy access to the balcony, gulf views, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet area, and a double sink vanity. A third bedroom with two twin size beds (Perfect for the kids). A third bathroom which includes a large soaking tub and shower. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Keyless Lock- Self check-in Elevator Swimming Pool (Heated the weeks of Christmas and New Years) Hot Tub Outdoor shower Tennis Courts Fitness center Grilling area Upgraded Cable and High speed internet Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella Thermostat can not be adjusted below 72 degrees No trailers, boats or other towable items are allowed on the property. We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that we rent exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well furnished, and contained every possible accessory you could need. It was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Belle Mer property is well maintained and the pool is great. We will definitely return here.

We loved our stay at this location!! The place was CLEAN, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The very quick walk from the room to the pool to the beach kept our energy up. The beach service was THE BEST. We've never had beach service before, and now I never want to go without it! The kitchen was fully stocked with any kind of cooking items you need. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, detergent to wash things. We've been going on vacation with our friends for the past few years. This the best beach + accommodations we've had so far. We plan on returning.

A clean, comfortable rental on a quiet stretch of Navarre Beach with a pool and a hot tub and a short walk to the beach were exactly what we were looking for. The management communications before and during were fantastic. Traveled with our 4 kids and had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We found every single thing we needed for the week waiting for us in their lovely rental. Clean fresh linens & soaps, plenty of beach towels, chair and umbrella service already paid for, it was easy to settle right in. Coffee filters, dish soap, games and books and even cushions for the patio lounge chairs we’re waiting for us. The beds were all very comfy, the view from the second floor balcony was glorious, and the home was well stocked and organized. Every light switch, TV remote and cabinet shelf was labeled clearly, so it was really easy to find what we were looking for. The utility room with washer and dryer off the kitchen was a work of organizational art. All the appliances worked well (though the coffee pot did leak when it was poured), and every utensil and gadget we needed were close at hand. I was completely delighted, even my kids noticed (mom there’s a label on EVERYTHING!) and we plan to book another stay at this unit in our next trip to the area!

Our stay at Navarre was a wonderful break. The condo was very clean with lots of amenities. The condo exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was well maintained. Inquiries to the management company were immediately responded to and they were very gracious and helpful. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

I have stayed at many VRBO rentals and as of this review writing, this condo is my favorite. I thought the pictures were too good to be true, but they actually do not do it justice! The condo is very well-appointed with beautiful furnishings and tons of upgrades. The kitchen is very well-stocked with every cooking tool imaginable. I love the two master suite layout which is perfect for couples sharing the space. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to gather, entertain or just relax. I can't say enough about the location of the property. You are located right on Navarre beach and the views from the balcony are stunning. You can see the sunrise and the sunset and also have a great view of the beautiful pool and spa area. You are just minutes from two restaurants as well as the bridge which can take you to grocery stores and fast-food options. I definitely plan to stay here again. The pricing in the off season (we stayed in December) was very reasonable for the lodging we received. I highly recommend this property!!

This is one of the nicest Condos I have ever rented. It had everything we needed plus extras. We loved that it had two master bedrooms with King size beds. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean! We will rent again next year!

Such a luxurious and indulgent condo, absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious floor plan with huge windows and amazing views of the ocean. The glass sliders open to a large patio overlooking both the pool and the ocean, making it a wonderful spot to dine, relax and unwind. Also enjoyed the convenience of the beach being just a short stroll across a wooden walkway. The condo is beautifully decorated and is extremely clean. It is just as impressive as the photos. Our trip to the Emerald Coast was paradise and we look forward to returning and staying here again. This property most definitely deserves 5 stars and high recommendations!

This condo was amazing! My family has stayed in many condos across the gulf and we all concur this condo is the best one we've stayed at. The view, condo amenities, and everything that the owners stock in the condo made for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you could need if you're cooking in one night or entertaining a whole family. Everything was labeled for ease and convenience. Lastly, we couldn't leave a review without mentioning the huge balcony equipped with lounge chairs and plenty of chairs around the dining table. Even though Hurricane Ida clouded our first couple of days, spending the days in the condo were so relaxing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Navarre Beach. My family and I will definitely be back next year!

Spacious, lovely view, easy access to ocean, giant balcony -- we enjoyed our stay and any questions I had were immediately answered! From swimming in the ocean, breakfast on the balcony, quick dip in the pool, walk along the beach, board games at the table -- we loved our stay!

Loved the property. Would be nice to have cushions for the balcony furniture along with ceiling fans. Was great sitting out there and watching and listening to the waves crashing on the shore The bar area could use a bottle opener. Can’t complain about what all the unit has and would recommend this property to others.
