Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this lovely condo for $771 per night is a great choice for your next break. Family-owned condo! I hope you pick our condo to stay at! We love it and know you will too! Enjoy your private balcony and the breathtaking views of the beach! You can see dolphins and area birds playing in the ocean! There is also a beach front pool with an easy, short walk to the beach! 2 bedrooms/2 full baths! Two queens in one bedroom, a single queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have their own private bath. Completely equipped kitchen. Smart TV’s in the bedrooms and living room. Darkening drapes for those who want to sleep in. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Secured wi-fi included. Also, the Pensacola Beach Trolley stops in front of our condo, Regency Towers (free trolley Memorial Day - Labor Day). Printer, copier available in the condo also! Beach chairs and umbrellas set up daily at the beach and included with bookings March-October! Should you need another condo to rent at the same time we have another condo in the same building, Regency Towers, for rent. It is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, on 7th floor.

We loved this condo. Separate from the bigger condos so the beach was much less busy. Beautiful view and very clean. Donna was wonderful and always in constant communication if we needed her. Highly recommend!

This property worked wonderfully for my wife and I and our two adult girls. Location is great. Beach is perfect. Having the chairs and umbrella included in the package was much appreciated. All went great.

The location was great, only a short walk to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you would need, even some beach supplies. The property manager was awesome, she accoumidated in everyway she chould.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was super clean and pretty much fully stocked with just about everything we needed (including ample cleaning supplies), which was so refreshing to know we didn’t need to go buy a lot of items to get through the week. I’ve never stayed in a condo that has provided as much as this one! The location was awesome as well. A few miles from all the popular restaurants and Pensacola pier, so the beach was not as crowded. There was a free trolley (but we never used it) that had a stop right in front of the condo building. Unfortunately, we had no access to the balcony due to repairs being done to the building. However, Donna (owner) was in communication with us about it consistently in the months leading up to our stay and when it was determined that we would not have access during our stay she reached out and offered to make it right for us. We chose to have her provide extra beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use at the beach each day. That’s ultimately where we were everyday anyway, so it worked out well for us. Not the perfect situation, but she handled it professionally and the best she could given the circumstances. We will definitely be back!

There are not enough words to describe how great this place is. We had a wonderful time and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the chairs on the beach! Donna was amazing! We will definitely be booking here next summer.

The condo had everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable and a great view of the ocean. The beach chairs and umbrella by the ocean was a nice addition. We would stay in this condo again.

We had an incredible time at the beach. The condo was spectacular. It was in a great location and SO convenient to the beach. I loved the ocean view from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the condo had plenty of space! The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking pots/pans/utensils we needed. Donna was wonderful and so helpful and responsive. We plan to be back!

Property Manager, Donna, was great. Even though we had no issues, she checked in periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay. View of the ocean was breathtaking, and it was easy to get from the condo to the beach which was important to us. Would definitely rent this property again!!!

Great condo! Exceptionally well-stocked. Very nice furnishings and super clean. The owner, Donna, goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right. She made our stay the best. The complex is also very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place for a beach get away. About 2-3 miles from restaurants. Just an fyi for anyone travelling to Pensacola Beach, there's a bridge is out right now making it difficult to get from the beach to downtown Pensacola.

We went on a cold, dreary, windy weekend just to get away. So I can not report about pool, beach, etc other than to say that there was a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and could easily hear the waves. Still had a great time. We visited several restaurants nearby and the food was fantastic at all! Donna was very clear and prompt in her communication with us by text and email. Would go back for sure. Thanks Donna

Thank you, Dona for allowing us to use your place. You are by far the most generous of hosts that I have encountered through Vrbo or AirBnB. It was the little things, like having salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, etc things that you just need a bit of and it's there. You had toiletries, garbage bags, detergent, beach chairs, etc. for our use. The place is super comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has all you need but I would suggest maybe getting one or two more pots. Will definitely be booking our next beach vacation with you guys.

My husband and I had the best time at Donna’s beach condo. It was an oceanfront condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool . The location of the condo is just a 5 minute drive to amazing restaurants . Every restaurant we ate at had an ocean view and the food was delicious! Her condo was spacious and so comfortable. There were so many extras that were included like dishwasher detergent, coffee filters and toiletries. Those little things that you forget to pack before you travel. If you are looking at this condo, don’t hesitate to book, you will enjoy your stay. Donna was also so pleasant, she checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Thank you so much Donna!

We loved our stay. It has ocean views, pool view. It was just very lovely and you could take the stairs or elevator to your room. We stayed a week and did not wanna leave.

Beautiful condo! Spacious and tastefully decorated. Perfect ocean view from all windows and balcony! We never waited more than 1 minute for an elevator. Quiet. Nice pool and common areas. Everything is a short walk. Free trolley service to the entertainment area is a big plus! Fair price. We will stay there again!

We have been coming here for 9/10 years....always staying in the same unit. I've also stayed in the 1br unit she has. Both are tastefully decorated, maintenance staff is awesome. Donna is a pleasure to work with. See ya next year.
