Nestled in Athens, this charming condo for $208 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. High Point Condo is a 2BR/2BA condo in Athens, GA just 3.1 miles from UGA Football Parking, 5.0 Miles from Downtown Athens. Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. The Entire 2nd floor is a Master Suite with a King Bed, the Love Seat in the sitting area pulls out to a full bed. Private bathroom, with a walk-in closet, and TV mounted on the wall swivels to the sleeping area and sitting area. Main level has the 2nd BR, which has 2 Double Beds, direct access to BA, and plenty of mirrored closet space. Living Room has a 42inch flatscreen TV with Charter cable and a wii entertainment system. Oversized sofa and chair which serve up plenty of seating room to watch the games. There is also a closet that stores a roll away bed and bedding. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a large family meal on the ceramic top stove. Dining room seating is right off the kitchen, as is the full size Washer and Dryer for those longer stays. The back door opens up to the patio for great night seating and is just steps away from your 2 Reserved Parking Spaces(with 2 more shared guest spaces right next to your reserved spaces). My wife and I are frequent renters from VRBO, and have booked houses and condos all over the world. I find that when I am booking a place, it's not about how many people it can sleep, it's about how many people sleep comfortably there! When we set up the condo for guests, that was the first thing in mind; plenty of beds, roll away bed, pull-out sofa, big wide sofa, etc. This is perfect for 6-7 guys that do not want to sleep together, large families, a couple of couples, etc. All of this for the price of a single Hotel Room, you get 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Reserved Parking for 2+ Cars, and More! Quaint community, very impressed with the layout of that and the unit itself. Very comfortable, easy access to main roads and downtown. Unit had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5, though the sleeper sofa would be better in the den rather than the master bedroom. When it is open, you have to crawl across the beds to go from the door to the bathroom. Only other negative is the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was coming off the ceiling so we couldn't run it. That made the room (which is upstairs) very stuffy. Simple fixes though. Would definitely love to stay here again. Love Athens! Go Dawgs!! 2021 National Champs!!

My kitchen flooded, and we were searching for an escape. Mission accomplished! The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. From whisks to cake plates, the hosts thought of every detail to make family time a pleasure. This attention to detail was seen throughout the house.

Our home renovation was running over and we needed a spot to stay for about an extra week. Michael's place was just right for us to spend that last week. Everything was clean and the obvious care that was taken with the decor really made our stay feel homey and comfortable. It's so close to so much - shopping, restaurants, etc.

We took our son to visit UGA and stayed off the main campus area. This was a perfect place. It was extremely clean, everything nicely decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the folder that explained everything around us for good restaurants, close grocery stores etc. I had several questions prior to arriving and they were fantastic at responding incredibly quick and always accommodating. We will look to stay there again should our son choose UGA. Go Dawgs!

My wife and I plus 2 kids had an amazing stay at this condo. The owners have everything you could imagine stocked for this condo, from Coffee and all the fixings to Advil and Goodie Powder in the bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything, comfy living room to relax and watch the olympics at night, and the most comfortable beds and sheets, nicer than ours at home! We will definitely be staying here the next time we need a place in Athens, especially since it was cheaper than the hotels around.

The location was central to our travels. The property is situated in a small, private community with similar housing. It felt safe to be in this tucked away area. The pictures for the listing were exactly as it was in the duplex. The layout was perfect as my preteens could have their shared bedroom and bath downstairs and I was free to retreat to the master suite on the second floor. The furnishings were comfortable and fit our needs. I will say this has been the best stocked rental I have encountered. Spices, lots of kitchen supplies, toiletries, ironing board…if you forgot to pack something, I’m sure Michael has already thought of it and has it tucked away for you to use! We did have someone next door to us, but I wouldn’t have noticed they were even there if I had not noticed them outside occasionally. My family and I were in town for a softball tournament and Michael was kind enough to have plenty of water stocked for our use. I also had a bit of an issue with checking out but I was able to get in touch with Michael and have everything worked out. He was very responsive to my questions. I loved this affordable rental and look forward to another trip to Athens!
