Better than Expected! Large kitchen, dinig area and living room let us spread out. 4 adults on this trip. The garage was a plus as we parked inside and had everything ready to go skiing. We hope to be back soon! Also well stocked kitchen, great stove and large island. Since I hurt my knee skiing, the one level house was even more appreciated!

This home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Quiet location near Fort Rock Park and close to bike path. A question we had was answered quickly; seems like a very efficient operation. We hope to return sometime in the future.

This is our second stay at this vacation home. Brought the grandkids for some sledding and fun! We had a few issues with items not having been cleaned, but they were minor. New kitchen appliances upgraded since last year. Still hoping they remove the carpet from the master bathroom, as that would be so nice, especially with the large bathtub in there. The carpet is not ideal. A few maintenance items like the latches on the exterior gates, could be addressed, but overall we loved this home and plan to visit again. Great location and the SHARC passes are such a bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved how open the floor plan was, it gave our littles a lot of space to play and run around in without feeling like we were on top of each other.

This home was very clean, kept very nicely. It had a great kitchen space for cooking, the beds were very comfortable with cozy liens. The hot tub was a perfect ending to a couple long hikes/snowshoeing outings. During one of the times in the hot tub we did have some unexpected mask visitors going under the door to check out the trash can closet. They were cute! 🦝

This was our first, but not last, visit to Sunriver. 10 Tan Oak was a perfect layout and location for our three generations of family. Our 8 year old granddaughter loved her bunkbeds room and her parents were right across the hall from her. Each room had its own bathroom. Grandma and Grandpa were on the other side of the home, with our own bathroom. The beds were comfortable for all. The kitchen was well-stocked and the hot tub was enjoyed every evening. The use of the TV was an issue for us. I think upgraded instructions are needed. We did reach out to management and were pleased with the timeliness of their response.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It has a perfect layout for families and all the amenities we needed. We love visiting sun river but sometimes find the rental houses are not as promised - this one absolutely lived up to the listing and we hope to book it again.

We loved the house. Great space and clean. The only thing that went wrong was when we arrived we were unable to get in as we were given the wrong code fir the door. We easily got in touch with someone and they gave us the correct code.

Wonderful home, perfect location and so spacious. We typically don't cook much when we are traveling, but here, the kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to enjoy quite a few family meals without missing a thing. My husband appreciated having the extra spices and all things necessary to barbecue! The morning breakfast out on the deck was the quintessential Sun River experience — the highlight was having deer grazing nearby. It is apparent that someone put thought into all the little details to make the stay comfortable and convenient . All the appliances were top notch… washer/dryer with laundry pods, double oven….even the ice maker was able to keep up with us all filling up our water bottles. Good coffee beans, grinder and filters conveniently placed was just another extra that allowed us to ease into the day without having to drive to a coffee shop.

Property spacious and comfortable on beautiful street very close to Fort Rock Park - my favorite park in the world!
Loved the spacious newly upgraded east facing back deck where I could sit in the sun on brisk mornings and take in my coffee!
Super quiet area - never saw a kid other than my two grandsons who visited one night and slept in the bunk room (which sleeps 4 kids). They LOVED the hot tub!

The house was incredible! The place is huge and was above and beyond expectations. Only note is they didn’t have a microwave which was odd and the DVD player in the master bedroom wasn’t working. Otherwise, it was the perfect get away spot at a great price. Will 100% be coming back in the future.

This house was perfect for us! It was big enough for all 6 of us to stay, play and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls and cookie sheets as well as other appliances. The kids also loved the SHARC free swim time ( April so indoor). We are all ready planning another trip back to this house next year with another couple added in. It was a awesome house to stay at.

We loved our stay in this home. It was very comfortable and warm and cosy. Lots of space to spread out and prepare great meals after days of awsome skiing. It is very light and bright and we appreciated the extras like the heated ceramic floor in the kitchen. We would be very happy staying here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, the layout was fantastic, large kids room down the hall from master suite and another room on the other side of the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. They were even able to provide a pack n play for our little one. As far as negatives, there weren’t many, Other than a few small things like the shower in the master there are no shelves so you have to put toiletries on the shower floor and we found a pair of dirty underwear under a bed that someone must have forgot. Otherwise the house was great , we really enjoyed it and we would definitely recommend and stay again !

We enjoyed our stay but feel the property management could have done a better job. We had a question about early check in that went unanswered, as did another we asked upon arrival. Most significantly we had an issue with a sink that backed up and had to call. While we were fine reporting it and having it fixed after our departure (it happened the night before we left) they said they had someone in the area and it would be repaired that evening while we were out. That did not happen, nor was their any communication from them regarding the change in plans.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, quiet, well supplied and clean home. It was a nice base for hiking and golf in the area. We didn't think the beds were too hard, just not pillow topped mattresses. Our only suggestions would be to clean the carpets at least in the high traffic areas and update to a smart TV in the living area or provide a firestick or equivalent-yes we could watch streaming channels on our tablets, but it would have been nice to do so on the large living area TV.

Spacious, Clean, Deer Heaven
The property was BEYOND clean including the Jacuzzi which worked perfectly and was not grimy at all like most rental jacuzzis. You are in the middle of Sunriver but still feel like you are somewhat isolated especially in the backyard. Close to pickle ball courts and 5-10 minute ride to SHARC and the village...
The best part was the daily visits from deer, especially the young buck who decided to take naps under a tree near the house. Wonderful place for a family!
