Situated in Ocean City, this attractive house for $590 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful modern 4-story custom built luxury house is spectacular and is ideally located in downtown Ocean City at Wilmington Lane and 1st Street. It is one block from the Ocean/Boardwalk. It is literally less than 300 steps from the beach in the heart of Downtown Ocean City. This large beach house has 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and a two car garage. It is finely furnished and can sleep 10 persons in beds. The house is professionally painted with pastel colors, and the decor is reminiscent of a Delmarva Coastal Living lifestyle. The first level welcomes guests through a spacious foyer and a spacious two car garage. On the 2nd floor you'll find the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE profile black French door refrigerator & freezer and other appliances. Two balconies are located on the 2nd floor. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, with the master bedroom having a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom having two full beds. Each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom and a balcony with water views. A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the 3rd floor. The 3rd bedroom is on the fourth floor with two single beds (1 person each) and also a bunk bed that can accommodate 2 individuals. The fourth floor bedroom has its own bathroom with extended size shower and a vanity. There is a balcony with beautiful views of the ocean and bay. Each bedroom has flat screen TV with cable and remote control. The living room room has a large flat screen TV. with cable as well. Wireless high speed internet and WiFi are available as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, toaster & dishwasher. Please bring your own linen, towels and paper products. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this single family beach house. We do not rent to high school seniors or college students. This house is advertised on VRBO and Homeaway only. If this is advertised on any other site, It is not a valid listing. When you walk out of your house to the board walk you enter the main entrance of the boardwalk with quick access to restaurants, bars, boardwalk rides and games, arcades, beach volley ball courts, and much more. Some of the local restaurants/bars and carryout include Tony’s Pizza (in front of building), Lazy Lizard Dock Bar and Grill (walking distance across the street on bayside), Purple Moose Saloon (less than 5 minutes walking distance), Shenanigan’s Irish Pub/Restaurant, Harrisons Harbor Watch (nice restaurant with ocean inlet views at end of boardwalk 10 minutes walking distance), Dumsers Dairyland, Thrashers Fries, Fisher Popcorn, Dunkin Donuts, Guido’s Burito and Tequilaria, Mug & Mallet Crab House, Dough Roller, Marina Deck and Mr. Ducks.There are jet ski and water craft rentals across the street on the bay side at Lazy Lizard's, and most of the fishing boat charter companies are in walking distance. You can take a short walk and surf fish off the boardwalk pier. For the teens there are basket ball courts, baseball fields and a skate park in walking distance. You can rent bicycles next door to the building or walk out the door and jump on the Ocean City bus headed north for $3 all day. Jolly Rogers Park II, Seacrets, and the OC Convention Center are a short bus/car ride away.

Wonderful place to stay! The owners were wonderful to work with and answered any of our questions quickly. The house has a great layout for families with multiple kids. The house was spotless when we arrived and there were plenty of brooms and cleaning supplies to help keep the house tidy. A great location, a short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, de Lazy Lizard and Harrison’s. Easy access to the Coastal Highway to get to other attractions. The garage space was a perfect for our one vehicle and beach items. It is also a bonus for those who don’t want the hassle of finding free parking or pay for parking. We will definitely book this house again when visiting OCMD.

- Communication with owner was great. They were courteous and they made it easy to contact them if I needed to. -The property was clean and spacious, great for any vacation with family and friends. -Parking in the garage came in handy since finding parking around this area was difficult during a busy holiday weekend. -The property was close to so many restaurants and literally a minute away from the boardwalk and the beach. Such a great spot with alot to do.

This was one of the nicest homes that I have rented for our family vacation. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious for my 2 daughters and 6 of my grandchildren. The house was only a block from the beach near 1st street. I will definitely rent this house when I go to Ocean City again.

The property was clean, roomy and had every thing we needed in the kitchen to be able to make meals. It was convenient to the Boardwalk and easy walking access to the beach! We would definitely stay there again! My suggestion for future renters: bring bath mats as the tile floor can become slippery after showering.

Nice location. 1 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk. Easy in and out with the car which ever direction you wanted to go. Loved having our own private garage to park in. Communication with the owner was simple. Everything was pretty much as it reads in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is perfect for 2 families (with young children). We appreciated how clean the house was and purposely chose a location not directly on the boardwalk. The home is close enough to everything. Very convenient. Will be renting again!

We had a great stay. Location is close and able to walk whenever you want to. Was nice having 3 bathrooms with 4 girls. Just keep in mind there are a lot of steps if you have knee issues. None of us had issues.

Beautiful home away from home. Comfortable, roomy and perfect for families, this house was hard to want to leave. Conveniently located to pier, boardwalk, restaurants and easy access to main routes of travel. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Neighbors were friendly; area relatively quiet. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Took my grandson here for his bday because he was born in the 4th of July. They set all the fireworks off by accident at 11 am. The police on the beach were very rude. The beach is so dirty with garbage and everyone smoking weed. This place has gone down hill big time. Will never stay there again.

The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk yet far enough away from the noise at night. Parking in the attached garage was super convenient. All of the beds were really comfortable and I was very happy with the kitchen pots, pans, etc. (have had to actually buy pots and pans in previous years, but not this time!) Was happy to replace trashbags, laundrey pods, etc. since there were already some for us to use - which meant we didn't have to run to Walmart the first night!!! Would definitely stay here again.

House is in the perfect location. Only thing lacking is a pool, which is no problem as the beach is only a block away. House came equipped with everything we needed for a fun week away from home. Even though you are down town, noise was not a problem. Check in and check out were a breeze as they are done online prior to leaving for the trip. Would stay here again.
