Summary: This luxury cabin offers great fun for the entire family! The cabin welcomes you with beautiful hardwood flooring, comfy furnishings and southern décor. The open, spacious living area allows plenty of room to enjoy family activities or to simply spread out and relax with friends. For those cool, chilly evenings with friends and family, the living area offers guests a gas log fireplace to enjoy. The Space: For non-stop fun, there is a flat screen HDTV in the living area mounted above the fireplace, as well as the master suite and loft area. The cabin offers Charter high speed internet with WIFI and the enhanced silver cable program package. You will find both bedrooms well appointed with high quality linens and furniture. The master suite has a King Log Bed and the second bedroom has a KING Log Bed. The loft area provides four built in bunk beds, pool table, foosball table, bar area and board games for the little ones to enjoy. The large wrap around deck is where you will find the hot tub, gas grill and additional outdoor seating for relaxing and dining with friends and family. The kitchen comes fully furnished with dishwasher, range, oven, built in microwave and refrigerator. The cabins also provides you with a washer and dryer. With a newly built ramp and only one stair to climb to reach the front door, this cabin offers easy access for unloading luggage, groceries and little ones! Realizing it may be hard to leave your "Out on a Limb Cabin" once you have arrived, the Eagle Springs Resort does offer an outdoor pool for it's guests to enjoy May through September. Whether indoors or outdoors, this cabin is sure to offer fun and relaxation for everyone to enjoy! Guest Access: Guests will be able to enjoy the cabin as well as the community pool and pavilion during the summer months. The Neighborhood: Eagle Springs Resort is conveniently located in Sevierville, TN and only minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The resort is located behind the Sevierville Golf Club and The Wilderness. There are many restaurants and activities for the whole family to enjoy within a short commute. Getting Around: Our cabin has fairly level parking and will accommodate two vehicles. The resort is easily accessible with paved roads and conveniently located to area attractions. Interaction with Guests: We are available and able to assist you should you have any problems while staying at our cabin.

We were in the area for my son’s wedding and this was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice large deck, plenty of room in the bedrooms. Nestled in the woods, yet not far from main highways and stores.
We will definitely look into booking this place for our next trip back to TN! Property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had checking in.

I chaperoned 3 teenagers for our trip. Loft was perfect for the girls. I was concerned about the size of the beds from the pictures but everyone fit fine. They liked having their own area. Spent plenty of the evening hours in the hot tub which was so cozy. I didn't realize we were quite so far from town but it wasn't too bad just narrow winding roads.

This house had everything we needed and was awesome for a weekend in Tennessee. Perfect distance from the University of Tennessee and many surrounding places to eat. Will definitely be staying here again!

Prefect place to go with friends, just make sure is not on motorcycles, steep hill to get in or out on bikes especially at night.

We had a wonderful stay here! We loved the cabin, all of the decor was awesome. The beds were super comfy! The kids loved the beds and game room upstairs. We loved the location, it was nice and quiet, but close enough to town that we didnt have to drive forever to get there.
The only complaint we have is that the house was hot when we got there, but it did cool down a few hours later. It was 100° outside!

My family had a wonderful stay! Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in and a spot on the couch. The open layout felt spacious while everyone could still be close. I wish we could've stayed longer!

The cabin is clean and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. The pool was very nice but you do have to drive to it. If you are coming to do activities in Pigeon Forge it is a good drive in but the cabin is in a very quiet area. We lost power twice due to storms and the owner answered questions quickly. We stayed a week and were only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was also only 2 trash bags. The owner stated that they only give starter products so make sure to take plenty of supplies. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the cabin.

Overall our trip was amazing. There were plenty of linens and towels and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that they could use two bear proof garbage cans on property; staying a weeks there you have a fair amount of garbage. Also, the refrigerator door doesn’t always close so you just have to give it a little push every time you open it. None of these would be deal breakers for us to stay here again, in fact we are already talking about next year. Clint also checked in several times throughout our stay to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful time at your place! It was clean, organized and built beautifully. The hot tub was a great time too! We loved how close we were to town and surrounding areas! Thank you for being so responsive and caring during our stay we will be back!

Beautiful cabin and very clean. Easy communication with host. Check in/out process was easy. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Made for a great week of rest! Secluded but close enough drive to attractions.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was really great to have the upstairs with the 4 beds for the kids. Overall communication with host was a little difficult. We sent questions ahead of time and while we were there and never really got an answer. We received our code and and a message saying "Let us know if you need anything" After that we asked a couple questions and never received any answers except for automated messages halfway through and at the end of our trip. Overall I would stay there again. It does need a deep cleaning. The furnace air intake in the hallway was very dusty and the fan light in the living room had alot of bugs in it. The were also quite a few carpenter ants, but you are out in the woods

We only stayed for 2 nights, but this was perfect for our family with multiple kids! The two bedrooms on the main floor are perfect for two couples, or in our case one couple and a young toddler. All the big kids and teens can sleep upstairs in their own dorm-style loft. They loved it! Cabin had everything we needed - we did not use the kitchen other than to store food in the fridge, but everything appeared in working order. 10/10 will stay here again! Great value for the price. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We got snowed in a couple days but found plenty to do in the cabin and built a snowman out front. The cabin was clean and setup well. The owners were easy to reach and communicate with. We recommend staying there.

Cabin was clean and nice. Kids loved the game room. Pack spare paper products, kitchen trash bags, etc. as what was supplied was minimal at best. Hot tub was a nice amenity to have too.

Loved the cabin experience
Thank you to the owners for an easy check in and check out process. The location is close enough to everything you need but has a great quiet feel. The on-site community pool was nice and clean. Great family vacation spot. Had some issues with the tv’s, pool table and foosball table but the owner was super responsive. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful!
My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. Plenty of seclusion from the busyness of town. We loved how peaceful it was, especially in the hot tub at the end of each day! The property owners were very responsive and pleasant to work with! We definitely recommend staying here, no complaints at all.
