Okay, but not woth the money and the booking pages needs updates

Nice public spaces and room decor with specific style

Value for money is bad, pool costs extra (which isn’t stated on the booking.com page), breakfast is very expensive and not as extensive as the photos suggest.

Way overprised ! Stay away

Close to metro

Extremely overprised breakfast. Completely insane. And below average in content. All hotel facilities is also charged extra (pool). Find somewhere else to stay. This is a almost fraud i would say

Amazing

Free Wi-Fi , great hotel with great facilities, highly recommend, Pool, Sauna and steam room for small fee, great and friendly staff. Special mention for Emily who was so professional, friendly with great knowledge, our go to person, who went far and beyond her duties to make us feel so welcomed, she was a star and a credit to the hotel.

Nice choose

Style of hotel was different than regular chain hotels and have inner garden and nice restaurants . Hotel staff was friendly like anywhere around Denmark

Fantastic and unique hotel with comfortable rooms, cozy atmosphere, and great food.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent interior design.

Daily room cleaning could be more comprehensive. Only beds were made.

Piękne miejsce w super lokalizacji, w którym spędzać czas to przyjemność!

Hotel robi ogromne wrażenie, jest naprawdę piękny! Korzystaliśmy z wielu usług oferowanych przez hotel - zjedliśmy dobre śniadanie (chociaż polecamy i tak jeść na mieście, bo oferta śniadaniowa w Kopenhadze jest niesamowita), korzystaliśmy z kiosku z herbatą i kawą, i z dostępu do lodówki, chodziliśmy na siłownię, basen i do sauny, cieszyliśmy się pięknie pachnącymi kosmetykami dostępnymi w pokoju i prasą. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, jeśli tylko nie padało, wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo, a awaryjnie korzystaliśmy z pobliskiej stacji metra. Na plus zdecydowanie też serdeczna i pomocna obsługa!

Niestety byliśmy rozczarowani jakością sprzątania, w naszym pokoju miejscami było brudno. Brakowało nam też uważności na zużywające się rzeczy - zostaliśmy w hotelu na trochę dłużej i w tym czasie nie uzupełniano nam zużytych kosmetyków oferowanych w pokoju (mydło czy balsam). W łazience przydałyby nam się też wieszaków na ręczniki i ogólnie dostęp do większej liczby ręczników (za każdym razem po zabraniu ręcznika na saunę, trzeba było prosić w recepcji o nowy, a wystarczyłoby, żeby były dostępne ręczniki w saunie lub dodatkowe w pokoju). Zabrakło też informacji o tym, że w razie potrzeby można dostać w recepcji klapki hotelowe, z których chętnie bym skorzystała wcześniej, bo zapomniałam swoich.

Pretty unique, not in a positive way

The breakfast was good. However, pretty pricey. I would expect for this price to have espresso not filter coffee included. The stuff was very helpful.

The rooms are quite unique. For us, not in a positive way. First of all, I like the air in the rooms to be fresh with a neutral smell. However, the room was excessively perfumed. It was pretty difficult to sleep even after removing the source and keeping the windows opened. Another big minus comes from the weird design of the bathrooms. There was a simple glass delimiting the bathroom from the rest of the room. It even had a small window leading to the rest of the room, which couldn’t be shut all the way. Even in married couples, there’s a level of privacy and intimacy some people like to keep. Third, I’m sensitive to dust. Please, vacuum hard to reach areas like behind the bed.

Le style de l'hôtel, le calme du quartier, le petit salon à l'étage avec thé en libre service.

Le sauna a payé en plus, les dimensions réduites de la chambres et le store qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Perfect Stay.

The space was beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even getting us bread and butter after an unsatisfactory elsewhere . The shower was heavenly and I wish I had one of those robes at my home!!

Dejligt og afslappende. Dog et minus med poolen!!

Der er så hyggeligt , stille og roligt, ingen larm overhovedet. Smukt indrettet osv. Sødt og venligt personale, alt kan lade sig gøre! Fem stjerner.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Syntes det er for ringe at man skal betale for en svømmetur og sauna. Det burde som før høre med i prisen!!!!

Fab and looking forward to checking out the other sister hotels

Great location fab quality feel hotel throughout with easy access to the Metro or as we did a 25 minute walk into the centre of Copenhagen

The bedroom was a little smaller than expected, making the bathroom privacy tricky - ok for established married couples !!

Perfect place for a perfect city break.

The design is absolutely amazing. Especially the amazing Amazigh carpets and Moroccan Tables. Feels like Morocco and Bali got Married in Copenhagen. Also the personnel is very nice and lovely.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful district

Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist with a very friendly attitude. Our room was very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. Interesting concept of having a sink in the bedroom but it turned out to be very practical when there are two of you trying to get ready at the same time. I absolutely loved and appreciated the little kitchenette with complimentary tea as I was feeling a bit unwell at the time. Thank you!

Cudowny, klimatyczny hotel.

Świetny design. Pokoje czyste, wygodne, przytulne, ciepłe. W pokoju jest głośnik Bluetooth! Przyjemne ogrzewanie podłogowe w łazience. Lokalizacja OK, blisko do metra. No i bardzo pomocna, miła i profesjonalna obsługa. W mojej opinii bez wad.

Coming back for sure!

Wonderful hotel and rooms are spacious and cozy.Staff are incredible,smiling and always super approachable and supportive.Location is great,a bit far away from the center but I chose it for this reason,to stay away from the crowds.

Breakfast is a bit pricey and it’s always the same,we’ve stayed 6 days and I would love to have found more variety.There is no menu à la carte. Swimming pool is slightly heated,so for December with 0 degrees outside it’s not enough to get warm and relaxing.

Sehr bequem, sauber, gemütlich und praktisch für ein paar Tage zum Reisen und erholen. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel sieht sehr gemütlich aus. Es ist sehr hölzern und heimelig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Metro ist vom Hotel aus zu Fuss gut erreichbar (8 Minuten zu Islands Bryggen). Das Frühstück war lecker, jedoch war der Preis höher als erwartet.

Ich fände es gut, wenn es beim Kiosk im Gang nicht nur den kleinen Kaffeerahm/ die kleine Kaffesahne, sondern ganze Flaschen mit Milch und Hafermilch hätte. Beispielsweise einen Glasbehälter, den man auffüllt und dann in den Kühlschrank stellt. Dies, da es dann nicht so viele kleine Verpackungselemente aus Plastick zum Wegwerfen braucht. Eine Idee wäre hierbei, die Hafermilch selbst herzustellen, damit es nicht so viel kostet :). Dies als Idee an das Hotel. Ansonsten gab es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Personal top , Ventilator flop

Gut gefallen hat mir das Personal, sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sauber und nett eingerichtet!

Nicht gefallen hat mir die Tatsache das der Ventilator nicht korrekt abgebaut war und das anscheinend bei allen Zimmer... da wir eine Nacht die Geräusche von dem Zimmer unter ins in unseren Zimmer übertragen bekommen hatten. Das ging wirklich nicht . Positiv wir haben sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen

Aesthetically beautiful hotel but style over substance

Loved the decor, great facilities such as the pool area which looks stunning and a gym which does a job. Bikes are great and the best thing about this place is the staff, so friendly and helpful.

Charging people to use the pool, mainly due to sustainability I assume is insane. Just get rid of the pool? Nothing is for free here, including tea, coffee or bottled water. Nothing is included in your payment other than the actual room, everything else costs additional. Room layout was smaller than expected, nowhere obvious to put your luggage so moving around was difficult. Shower has enough water for one shower then you gotta wait for it to refill the thank. Rooms are so stylish but not the most practical. Two single duvets for a double bed is a new one. Sink area gets messy easily due to design. Felt a bit out of it location wise

Everything. Nice clean rooms, eco friendly throughout. Nice sauna/steam room and heated outdoor pool. Free tea/coffee, nice little communal seating areas on each floor. Great bar/dining areas with cozy fires. Super friendly and helpful staff, and well located near a metro stop. Reasonable price for what we got

Výborná skúsenosť s hotelovým ubytovaním, dobrá voľba.

Vysoký komfort ubytovania počas chladného obdobia. Využila som aj wellness (vedela som vopred o dodatočnom poplatku), ktorý padol v danom ročnom období veľmi vhod.

Pri týždňovom zimnom pobyte je k dispozícii relatívne málo úložného priestoru, kam si vyložiť všetky osobné veci tak, aby mi nemuseli zostať v kufri. Ale pre nenáročného hosťa to nie je veľký problém.

Great place to stay

The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel ever. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We changed rooms. The first room had black walls and the bathroom behind a glass directly in the room. That was not exactly romantic. The electric shower decided not to work so we switched to a bright bigger room on the first floor with a separate toillet and shower. From that moment on we appreciated our stay very much! Due to the shortness of the stay we did not manage to check out the wellness.

Great hotel in quiet district

Loved the decor and ambience. Loads of toiletries in the room. Comfy bed and very quiet. The staff were delightful and the outdoor pool fabulous. Love the eco vibe!

I was a bit taken aback that there was an extra charge for the pool and it was expensive. The rooms were very warm and difficult to cool down. Disappointed that with such an eco friendly emphasis that there were only little plastic pots of milk for hot drinks.
