Our stay added tremendous value to our visit to beautiful and extremely friendly Copenhagen!

The location was excellent set within a section of heritage buildings and architecture, including choice of a variety of restaurants.

Had trouble accessing the apartment at the given check-in time as it was not electronically set to be accessed.

Very pleasant

Property was very clean, the management called to check if I needed any help during the stay. They also delivered extra tea bags when ours ran out! If you are there to explore it’s the best location to do so!

This is amazing!

Perfect apartment at a pefect place. Fantastic and simple service, very comfortable beds and bathroom. Very well equiped kitchen. The heating system can be regulate easily.

Great service. We did not receive our check in details but the lady on the phone from the hotel helped us tremendously. Honestly the best reception service without a physical reception

Excellent location. smooth and easy process. prompt reponses from staff when contacted. spacious apartment. very handy to have luggage storage space. All in all very comfortable stay.

We were given a 4th floor apartment. not easy with young children and luggages. Stairs issue stated on their site and worth bearing in mind. Also need some owen gloves and baking trays.

Huge, clean apartment with great location

Excellent location. Huge living room and kitchen area. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. They offer a very convenient luggage storage and laundry area. Instructions and communication with host were very efficient. I will highly recommend.

Not exactly a dislike but it wold be great to find in the bathroom also hand cream and body lotion, besides the excellent shower gel, shampoo and conditioner

Nice stay

Location is excellent and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The use of codes is helpful and efficient. The team was able to accommodate a (paid) late-check request, which I made last minute.

Our apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator to it (but it was possible to use the elevator to other apartments on another section of the 4th floor) this is not communicated upfront.

I like the layout, simplicity and that it has everything one needs.

There was no place to put my clothes. But they did bring me a chest if drawers that is necessary. so thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment's location is great right at the center of Copenhagen with walking distance to everything. Very clean & modern. Great place for a family with children or even for 2 couples.

There was no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. The wash basin in the toilet is too small and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Great place for a family with children. The staff was very service minded, and we got immediate help with extra bedsheets and towels. The location is great right at the center of Copenhagen with walking distance to everything. The apartment was very clean.
