Very private, very well maintained. Ashley was a fantastic host and very communicative.
The property itself is really cute, and provides a great refuge from the city. It's also located right in the heart of some of Portland's best restaurants (you gotta try Eem).
Loved my stay here, and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you're a foodie.

Stay was awesome and our host was so gracious and accommodating. The place is super well built and smartly designed with every amenity thought of and available. We fit our 2 boys and my wife and I easily and with plenty of room. All the restaurants around were in easy walking distance and delicious. This is tiny home living at its most chic and smart. The high ceilings and darling kitchen were my favorite. But I also enjoyed the cozy blankets, the powerful heater on the bathroom and the serene and secluded patio. Such a gem—can’t wait to go back!

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Overall perfect place to stay in Portland - conveniently located to bars/restaurants, coffee shops and local hot spots. We were able to park our car and walk nearly everywhere - parking was ample and free. The house was sparkling clean and the host was easy to contact and friendly with suggestions.

Nice place to stay. Hosts are very accessible and friendly. Close to restaurant row. Within 1.5 hours of Mt Hood. Good access to good sights like pittock mansion, multnomah falls, and the Powell bookstore. And if you are looking for a solo/couple place for 8 elements, it’s literally a 5-10 minute drive or 20 minute walk (plug for my dance peeps).

This property is a purpose-built vacation property and it shows. It's bright, stylish, and private.
Just a short walk, and you're experiencing the food of chefs and cooks featured on several Netflix and Food Network shows (Chef's Table, Somebody Feed Phil and DDD).
We would stay at this property again, and we would recommend it to friends and family.
Thank you Tom and Ashley!

Loved our stay in this vibrant East Portland neighborhood. An architecturally attractive Small House with great detailing, privacy, and quiet. Walking distance to two dining neighborhoods. Hosts were friendly and helpful without being obtrusive.

This space was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to a lot! There are many cool restaurants and shops within walking distance. It took us a mere 15 min to get to other cool Portland neighborhoods. Lots of street parking available. The local art featured in the space and the decor help make this space as unique as Portland!

Stayed at this house in late March. The place is small, but super nice. Tim and Ashley live next door and are super nice people. We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were super quick to help us and find a solution - super quick and good with communication! Overall great experience!

You know how everything always looks cuter online? Photos hide the weird parts, make things look brighter, bigger? This place is EXACTLY AS LOVELY as the listing. New, clean, modern, perfectly appointed. Why would I stay in a tiny room downtown when I could stay at Ashley’s? Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and highway, tons of nearby amenities, and a VERY thoughtfully curated property. Thank you Ashley.

I’d been looking for some place in the Pearl district, but decided to stay in Boise (hey, my grandma was born in Boise and moved to Portland as an adult; why is this area known as Boise?). Because it is near a freeway nexus, it was close to everything downtown the East side, the West side, the Southeast side (OMSI), everywhere all at once.

Awesome location, and a great space to stay. Would definitely recommend for those looking to stay close to great restaurants and easy access to downtown Portland.

My husband and I spent six night in this lovely property. The neighborhood is fabulous, with lots of cafes, restaurants and bakeries. New Seasons Grocery store is within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Parking in from of the house was never a problem. It snowed during our stay and the unit was warm and cozy and the decor was lovely.

This property is exactly what we needed traveling with as baby to attend a conference in Portland. It was centrally located with easy access to attractions, restaurant/food trucks, and the convention center. Ashley was a wonderful host, super attentive and accommodating!

My wife and I actually spent our honeymoon here! Ashley was great. She checked in on us through texts which was nice and always was quick to reply to any question we had. Heat and AC worked well, shower was nice and warm, and there was plenty of towels and bedding. Had a really excellent time and never struggled to find parking on their street. No complaints!
