Nestled in Lake of the Ozarks, this lovely house for $1,494 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Visit our website BlueWaterRentals.org This beautiful house is located on the Lake of the Ozarks at the 8 mile marker near Laurie, MO. The house is fully furnished and has 6 bedrooms (2 master suites with Kings, 3 rooms with queens) and a large bunk room for the kids (6 twins, 2 full) (max occupancy is 20). There is also a TV, DVD and game system for the kids to enjoy. There are 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, a dining and living area. Bath towels are provided, however, swimming/beach towels are not. The living room has a wall of windows over looking the lake. The kitchen is newly remodeled and can seat 16 plus additional seating in the screened in porch. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals. There is an upper and lower deck. The lower deck is fully screened in and has ample seating. There is also a water front patio. The patio right off the lake has plenty of chairs, including a hammock. It has a large fire pit, charcoal and gas grill and a full service tiki hut. The patio leads straight to the new two slip dock with swimming platform. Please feel free to bring your watercraft. It is located in a nice wide cove that is perfect for swimming, jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, etc. Remember to bring your own flotation devices and fishing poles! Where can I rent a boat? We will be offering tritoon and wave runner rentals (for an additional fee) with our houses beginning 2021. Check out our boat rentals tab. There are several places to rent a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks. We recommend Bombay Boat Rentals (573-207-0773). A quick Google search will pull up many others if you'd like to shop around. I have a boat, where can I drop in at? Lake Shore's Marina (573-374-3257). Please plan to leave your trailer there as there wont be room in the driveway. How many cars can I park on the property? Lake house 1- 6 vehicles max Any extra vehicles will have to be parked on the street. The homes are located on narrow winding roads so we would highly recommend limiting your vehicles if possible. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles. Boat trailers will not fit on the property. Please plan to leave them at the marina. What is the lay out of the house? Lake house 1- You will walk into the middle level. On this level is the living room, an eating area, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms (1 queen and the bunk house) and 1 bathroom. On the lowest level, there is the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (king) and 1 bathroom. This level will take you out to the screened in porch where there is an additional bathroom and eating area. How many beds are in the house? Lake house 1: 2 kings, 3 queens, 2 fulls, 6 twins What kind of coffee maker is in the house? The coffee maker is standard so please bring ground coffee if you would like to make some. Is there a grill? Yes there is a propane grill. Propane is provided. Do I need to bring towels? Bath towels are provided but are not for outdoor use. Please bring your own beach towels for use on the dock. Are there any water floats available for use? There are not any floats, toys or life jackets available for use. Please bring your own. What time can I check in/check out? You may check in as early as 3 pm. If we do not have any guests checking out the day of your arrival, we may be able to accommodate early check in, however, there will be an additional charge of $100. Check out is at 10 am the last day of your trip. Please plan to do a general clean up after yourself. Hang any damp bath towels on the hooks or over the shower. Is there a washer and dryer? There is a washer and dryer in each home. You are welcome to use them sparingly. Please do not plan to do all your laundry every day and/or prior to your leaving. This would overload the septic system. Please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets. Where is the closest store? The closest grocery store is G2M. It is located in Laurie, MO. This will be your closest town containing stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Please search Laurie, MO to find what you are looking for. Booked this for a family get together with 14 people. The house is amazing. The layout of the home is perfect & we had more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen had all the equipment we could have ever needed. The dock was perfect for spending the day & we really appreciated the afternoon shade it had. Loved having the Tiki Bar down by the water with the fridge. We’ve already talked about returning in the future. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Joel, Jessica, & Jackson were all so kind and accommodating. The house was perfect for our large group of 19. 8 adults and 11 kids ranging from ages 2-16. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. We loved the screened in porch. We brought 1 pontoon and rented another from blue water rentals. They made the process so easy and the pontoon boat was gorgeous. This is a great location for travel by car or boat to many fun places on the lake. Kids loved Coconuts and Frank and Louie’s. We also had plenty of fun just swimming, floating, and fishing by the dock. We will be back!

Great home, perfect location

Pefect family reunion
We hosted our first family reunion at this home on the Lake, and it was so much fun. Swimming off of the dock was great fun for both young and old. We rented a boat, and appreciated the ability to dock overnight. The house was so clean and the bedroom and bathroom situation could not have been better designed. We really liked the lower floor kitchen and attached enclosed porch for card playing and laughter - that did not wake sleeping babies. The only recommendation would be a later check out time, mobilizing and packing everything for a 10am departure was a challenge.
This truly was one of the best places we have stayed, I would highly recommend this for any family or friend group looking for a place to connect and relax. The owner is friendly and responsible, taking obvious pride in his property and the experience of his guests.

Great place for a girls getaway!
Our group of 11 ladies rented this house for our annual girls getaway and it was perfect! Plenty of room, updated bathrooms, large living area, great outdoor space with boat launch. The kitchen is in the lower level away from the living space which took some getting used to, but it was more accessible for the outdoor patio and boat area.

This property is amazing
We had a group from several countries at the lake and they were all impressed by this house. The dock and the area by the dock to build a fire and keep food and drinks in the tiki hut is priceless. Jessica was quick to respond with questions which is very helpful when you have so many people that you're coordinating.

Great time! Clean and very comfortable!
We had a large group of 20 people 5 families an even mix of kids and adults and there was plenty of space for all of us without being on top of each other. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for meal prep. We would definitely book this property again! Joel was working in the neighborhood and stopped by frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. He made sure we had what we needed and addressed any concerns right away.

Perfect Family Reunion Location in Secluded Cove
This is not your typical vacation rental. The home is beautiful and was just perfect for our 4 families consisting of 8 adults and 7 kids. Lots of places boast that they sleep x number of people, but very few actually provide acceptable sleeping arrangements when it comes down to it. This place met and exceeded our expectations. The bunk room for the grandkids was even nicer than in the photos and allowed everyone to have their own bed. The furnishings and decor throughout the home are magazine worthy. The screened porch was perfect for our evening meals. The cove was perfect for swimming right off the dock. We were able to get a tritoon boat delivered right to the dock. We were a little concerned about the remoteness from stores and restaurants, but were so glad to be away from all the chaos. We ended up not even leaving the house except while we were on the boat. Our kids did drive to the nearest supermarket a couple of times, and found everything they needed. This was our 1st family vacation with all 3 kids and their families, and they all enjoyed it so much that they want to make it an annual event. If we come back to Lake of the Ozarks, we will definitely book this property again. My only regret is not starting the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle sooner!

Beautiful Home
We had a great time staying at this wonderful home. We had plenty of room with 11 adults and four children. The pictures of the home online do not do it justice. It's a new home with beautiful furnishings. The bedrooms are big and roomy as well as all of the living areas. The screen porch was a huge plus! My elderly mother was able to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. We used it extensively for eating, games and visiting. The boat dock had good, deep water as well. It was easy to find and would definitely stay there again. The only small problem was that the upstairs bedrooms tended to be a little warm but it's been a hot summer. Joel, the owner, even came over and installed a window air conditioner in the bunk room! He was very easy to work with and accommodating!

Homeowner was very attentive to all of our needs! House was well equipped with everything we needed. We had 5 families staying in the house and it worked out great! Awesome dock for kids to use. Just a note, the 5th bathroom is off of the screened in porch. The boys got a kick out of the urinal out there!! Would return!!

BEAUTIFUL HOME
This property is so much better than the pictures. I love that the house comes fully furnished and stocked. The winding roads and the driveway were kind of difficult to maneuver but I drive a jeep so I had no issues. I would definitely recommend backing into the driveway or driving something that will not bottom out easily as the driveway is gravel and extremely steep. I will definitely stay here time and time again!

Great Experience!
We had 14 adults and 7 kids spend 5 nights at this property and it was the right size for us. The house was clean, comfortable and the access to the lake was fantastic. Everyone had a wonderful time. Having the fifth bathroom outside for those coming from the lake was pretty good albeit you had to truck back all those steps up but wasn't too bad. Would recommend this place.

Great house with perfect lake access for a large group
We loved this house. We had 6 adults and 8 children in our party. We had more than enough room (in fact, our 2-year-old got her own queen-sized bed, and we still had one king-sized bed to spare). The kids loved all staying together in the bunk room. The kitchen is a little small, but well equipped. The house is beautifully furnished and has very high-quality carpet in the bedrooms. Everything was clean. The private dock was perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating. We rented a boat for a day and just had them deliver it to and pick it up from the dock. The tiki hut has a full-sized fridge to load up with water and other drinks so that you don't have to continually climb the stairs back to the house when you are thirsty. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit and the view of the lake. The owners were also very helpful. Each time we had a question, they returned our message almost immediately. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Home Away From Home
We had a group of 8 couples that stayed at this property from 13-17 July for a little adults, no kids get away. This home is AMAZING! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out if they needed some quiet time, yet spaces large enough for everyone to hang out together (the screened in porch worked great for the night it was raining). The lake off the dock at this property is perfect as it doesn't get a ton of boat traffic so floating is easy and relaxing. The house was immaculate and well stocked for anything that you might need (to include a crock pot, mixer, wine fridge, and I could go on and on). The pictures really do not do it justice - walking into the home felt like walking into a highly rated resort. We will definitely keep this home on our list to visit again.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend away!! It was super relaxing, in a perfect location. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The home is nestled in a large but quiet cove. The waterfront patio is a beautiful place to enjoy the water, next to the open fire pit. The home is very large and would be perfect for a large family gathering. You will not be disappointed!!
