About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $371 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT OWNER PRIOR TO REQUESTING A RESERVATION. GO TO PHOTOS AND ABOVE PHOTOS GO TO LINKS FOR MORE INFORMATION AND CLICK ON "LINKS FOR A TOUR OF THE FLOOR PLAN" This 2nd floor unit overlooks a semi private beach with easy access to the main beach through the path in the dunes. Walk from the 12x15 foot balcony directly to the beach. The LR/DR has 2 sofas, dining table for eight, 65 inch screen TV, artwork, ceiling fan. The kit is well furnished with with every thing you will need, ice-maker, cold drinking water, micro wave oven, new refrigerator and glass top stove, Keurig coffee maker etc. There are 3 BRs including the master with king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and full bath. The second BR has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The bunk room has a double bed, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, 50 INCHTV, and ceiling fan. NOTE; RENTER TO PROVIDE LINENS & TOWELS The entire unit has ceramic tile. Includes a full size washer and dryer. We only rent to Families and groups. We do not rent to groups and/or under 25 years old unless accompanied by family members and/or guardian meeting the age requirement and in the unit 24/7.

Property was dirty when we arrived. It is also not well taken care of. Light fixtures in bathroom completely rusted over, soap scum clearly building up over years, toilets were gross. King bed was hard and super bouncy, TV was internet only and kept cutting in and out. Save your money and go somewhere else. The plus was the location. The owner called to check in and we let him know the place was not clean when we arrived. He offered to reimburse and I said reimbursing the cleaning fee would be appreciated, and then he said he already spent it. Bizarre.

Great location! Beach front views from the family room and just a few minutes walk to the beach with a back entrance and hose to rinse your feet before going back up. The balcony off the family room is very roomy and we spend time out there watching the ocean. Very enjoyable stay!

The condo was nice, bigger than we expected. The location and view are great. Close to shops and restaurants and of course, right on the beach.
We would stay again if visiting OC.
The only concern was some lack of cleaning attention.The main areas/appliances were clean, but the air vents and less used surfaces had significant layers of dust.

This place was awesome! It overlooked the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Ken was available if we needed him, and was very helpful through the whole booking process and through the trip. If you are a family with young kids this place is perfect for you!

Location, location, location and View, view, view!!! As advertised, this property is in great oceanfront location with great views from balcony and semi private beach access. Property is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Only thing this property lacks to be top notch is just a little attention and refreshing - like updating/organization of cooking utensils, closets organization, and bathroom towel bars/toilet paper fixture replacement. Although we had a minor inconvenience with nearly new refrigerator (all appliances are practically new), owner was easily contacted and quickly had it serviced. Bottom line, this property is now our first choice for return visits to OC.

The owner, when I informed him on arrival of multiple things falling apart and it being filthy simply said that the usual cleaning crew had someone else come due to an emergency and he wouldn't be hiring those people again. There were dirty socks in the bed linens, under a pillow. The duvet covers had human hair on them and did not appear fresh in any regard. I sent the owner pictures of the filthy floors with trash and balls of hair under beds and behind doors as well as photos of the dining room lamp which was not screwed in and fell apart when we pulled the chain one time, luckily catching the lights before they hit anyone or the table. Also sent pictures of towel bar that was not screwed into wall that came off while hanging a towel up. I asked the owner in good faith to refund the service/cleaning fee since the place was filthy and he completely ignored my texts about this. Sorely disappointed that the cleaning fee was not refunded when we were walking around with black feet the whole weekend we were there and wiping up other people's hair. I also let him know that things were odd with the electricity and certain outlets not working at all. He has not communicated back to me since I asked for refund of cleaning fee, which is disappointing since I made an effort to let him know things that needed fixed prior to next guests coming.

Ken was friendly and super helpful with all/any questions we had. The unit is 100% a family must. It felt like we were at home. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this apartment - the balcony was incredible! Loved being steps away from the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped but could have been a little cleaner - the dryer had something in it that smelled of cat urine and there were some stains on the couch and comforter. Had some issues with the refrigerator but Ken was very responsive and addressed it right away. Overall I would recommend staying here! Great place to relax by the shore.

Ken is a super nice host! I could watch my son and husband fish while I was on the balcony. And the short walk with a toddler to spread our quilt on the beach to play in the sand was perfect! Beds were comfy and all appliances worked well. Cleanliness rating was due to stairwells in building.

The view was beautiful and we loved being right on the beach. The house was a little small for the six of us but it was worth it to be right on the beach.

As with our last stay at this Condo, it was perfect. We really enjoyed the upgraded new sofa. It fit great and was comfortable. The balcony overlooking the Ocean and Sunrise is a wonderful gathering place and essential to start the day here with breakfast. The Location can't be beat and is convenient for uptown or downtown, as well as, OC West or Fenwick restaurants. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops.

Loved this property!
My family and I will definitely stay here again next summer. The condo is very spacious, enough to have family in Rehoboth Beach join us for my son’s 4th of July birthday celebration. Easy check in process, and great communication with Ken.

We had a nice vacation here. It's close to stores, restaurants and things to do. Ken was only a phone call away if needed. The keurig machine stopped working and he worked with me on getting a replacement for it. Loved the view of the ocean in the morning. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay here.

Very enjoyable weekend with five sisters

The property is lovely. It is an ideal location in Ocean City. The view from the balcony is what we enjoyed most of all. My husband and our dog, Gracey., very much enjoyed our stay. The host for the property was most affable and helpful to us.
