De très bon point fort !

La vue est splendide, la qualité de la literie est top ! et la petite terrasse privative est idéale pour se ressourcer au soleil ! Merci pour la petite attention pour notre escapade en amoureux ! 🥰

Sauf erreur de ma part, il y a que les échantillons de disponible pour se laver, on ne peut pas poser sa valise en hauteur afin d'avoir une facilité d'accès. Pour les appliques du lit, peut être opter des ampoules chaudes pour que cela soit moins agressif. Au buffet, les jus était un peu acide.

Hotel muy práctico y con sorpresas agradables.

La verdad es que supero nuestras expectativas. Nos toco una habitación con vistas a la montaña y con una terraza preciosa. La habitación estaba genial, limpia y con un montón de detalles, entre los cuales destaco la máquina de café (porque somos muy cafeteros) junto a una cajita de cortesía con infusiones, capsulas de café, azúcar, etc.

Es difícil comentar algo que no nos haya gustado, porque como ya dije es un hotel que supero nuestras expectativas. En nuestro caso, nos hizo falta tener a mano una manta delgada porque con el nórdico llegamos a tener calor y resolvimos apagando la calefacción. Seguramente si la hubiéramos pedido en recepción nos hubieran dado alguna porque eran muy amables.

Professionnel, accueillant unique, mérite une étoile supplémentaire

Je conseille à cet hôtel qui pour moi est un hôtel de très grands standing. Il vaut bien cinq étoiles. Tout d’abord une entrée très accueillante, joliment décoré, chaleureuse. Nous sommes arrivés à 1h30 du matin et un Accueil à la hauteur de nos espérances. personnel, agréable, souriante bien que l’heure soit tardive très compréhensive et surtout très professionnel. Nous avons aussi été énormément surpris par l’odeur. Il régnait une odeur de propreté mais aussi deux petites intentions dans notre chambre. Café à disposition thé à disposition Petit, chaussons et peignoir, un lieu qui sentait le propre et le respect de nos hôtes envers nous. Si je reviendrai un jour dans cet hôtel ? Il n’en fait aucun doute, c’est un oui Fotr sincère.

Good, but not told in advance that the in-house restaurant was closed

Nice rooms, helpful and pleasant staff, good breakfast, secure parking, close to restaurants and fuel

The in-house restaurant was closed due to a staff shortage. Shame we weren't told as we would have factored this in. By the time we got out to find a restaurant they were all closing, despite being close by. Macdonald's provided food, but not our idea of a pleasant meal to end the day. Otherwise it is a recommendation.

If you are visiting Prades, stay there

I would recommend this property to anyone going to Prades. Great location, great staff, great rooms, very good value all around.

Scenic and ideal Hotel for your next getaway!

We chose this Hotel due to reviews and also being in Prades it meant we could use it as a base and venture out and explore from here. The staff where very friendly and most helpful. A buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold options (from scrambled eggs and bacon through to typical european breakfast options of salamis and cheese). We had a ground level room, with a little patio and easy access to the pool, umbrellas and loungers. Most of the hotel rooms have a great view of the Pyrenees. Plenty of parking available and easy access. Also suitable for those bringing or arriving by bike. We had dinner 3 x nights at the hotel - we were there in summer so chose to take our evening meal by the pool...plenty of selection, (usually one hot meat dish and fish dish to select from and plenty of variety of different salads, cold meats and cheeses and the buffet of desserts top quality (flans, cheesecakes, fruit salads, fresh fruit slices) Certainly value for money. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. Don't miss the Prades local markets held on a Tuesday morning... just a short walk from the Hotel and definitely worth going to.

The pool, the view, the cleanliness of room, and staff. Very impressed by Vincent who made us feel really welcome and was a great help with helping throughout our stay. Also Noamy was very nice and it was great that she was able to speak so many languages.

A very well run hotel. Check in/out efficient. Room was clean, comfortable and Immaculately serviced every day. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Nice pool and gardens and a 10 minute walk to Prades centre for a good choice of restaurants . WiFi very good. Excellent touring base for the area.

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Breakfast buffet is located inside the dining room, off the main lobby. It offers both continental and standard anglo saxon fares. The quality and consistency of the viennoiseries are excellent and consistent. Both standard and fresh squeezed juices are offered.A moddern hot drinks machine offers a variety of coffees; and chocolates. There also was a choice of 16different kinds of teas. The staff was pleasant and accomodating and willing to go out of their way to help the clients: A number a nicely placed tables were also available facing the pool and the very pleasant garden

Beautiful hotel, calm and peaceful stay

I had a great time. The staff was really friendly, the pool was nice and the garden was exceptionally beautiful.

There could have been more vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast.

Disappointing

We really liked the Rooms, the view of the mountains, everything was clean and as opposed to a lot of places we’ve been the last few weeks - Air con and wifi actually worked perfectly, breakfast with fresh juice also a huge plus

No shade for the Sun beds, and the bar is not a bar, but most frustratingly how chilled every staff member handled the fact, they my partner and I were woken up at 02:00 at night by people walking into our room turning on the lights, as they gave some one checking in, our room - the guests themselfs were obviously apologetic, left and Got another room, but this really felt unpleasant…

Poor facilities for Wheelchair user

Required- Disabled room for wheelchair user. Roll-in Shower. Accessible terrace. NONE OF THE ABOVE PROVIDED. OUR ROOM NO.9 DEFINITELY NOT FOR A WHEELCHAIR USER!! Staff quite nice

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Le Vauban.

Lovely comfortable friendly. Short walk to town.

We had a room on the pool side so from the little private terrace adjoining our room we could look out to the Mt Canigou - spectacular. Also as the hotel fronts towards a busy junction from our room on the other side of the building we could not hear any traffic noise.

It would have been nice to have been able to have the room door onto the terrace open at night but local cats would come in if we did. One jumped on our bed. Also on the last night there was outdoor decorative lights shining on the building changing colours which shone into our room. I used a little table to block the light.
