The location is superb, the check-in super easy, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the apartment great and tidy, in the heart of Poblenou, very close to the beach and nice local restaurants and supermarkets. Very good window isolation, nice balcony.

Some minor things: the twin beds were a bit squeaky, so sometimes you were waking up at night. The bathroom shower door and WC tank was leaking a bit, so you needed to have towels on the floor. It would also have been good to have more of some basic supplements in the kitchen: like oil, salt, pepper (there were three one-portion packs, which was a bit little for a 4 day stay).

Good location close to a lovely beach. Restaurants and bars are right on the street. Well-equipped kitchen, nice balcony, comfortable beds, and enough storage space in the bathroom and bedroom. Extremely friendly staff, personal check-in, always on-call. Black-out curtains and sound-proof windows. Accessible with an elevator and enough space for a stroller. The crib was ready when we arrived.

As with every accommodation in Spain we`ve experienced so far, you can hear the neighbors if they play loud music or speak loudly. However, it wasn`t too bad here. Also, restaurants are right below the windows, so you can hear them with open windows. Yet, once you closed the windows, the bedroom was quiet. My husband is pretty sensitive about this and he didn`t complain :) The public transport commute from the airport is not so easy, but the area is worth the journey.

The apartment was clean, had a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was excellent, with many sidewalk cafes, stores, pharmacies, bakeries, fruit shops, and walking distance to the beach and the metro.

The only negative is you hear the noise of the neighbors, but it was not too bad. Our visit was the last week of October.

About half an hour drive from the airport and 15 mins drive from the city centre. Good over all location. few minutes walk to the beach few minutes walk to the supermarket and a lot of cafes around. it is actually quite spacious with two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, separated kitchen and living room plus balcony.

Quite noisy. It is on top of a pub and some places near by play music at night. That would be my only "didn't like" point

The location was perfect. Restaurants right outside the door, 5 mins to beach and a 10 min walk to the metro. Did our sightseeing and came back to the beach every day. Perfect. After checkout I had the whole day to spare before my flight and was able to make the short walk to the management offices and leave my stuff there safely for the day. Staff were super helpful.and friendly. Oh and one last thing - loved having a washing machine in the apartment.

The only negative aspect was the apartment building next door was under renovation and the construction noise was bad. However, that is temporary and outside control.of the management.

Wish we’d stayed longer.

The location was very good, 3 min from the beach and with shops and cafes downstairs. Nice neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Nice and spacious balcony. The communication with the agency was also good and efficient. Overall we really enjoyed it there!

The arrangement of the bathroom between two bedrooms was a bit unusual. Because we stayed with the family it was OK, but if there were more people and someone had to sleep in the living room, it would be awkward to go to the bathroom through someone else's bedroom all the time. Also, because the apartment is located on the first floor, it was a bit noisy from the street outside, especially during the late evenings. It wasn't a major issue, but just something to keep in mind.

It was a bit noisy, from the street, from the bar downstairs and in the night when neighborhood is quiet you can hear people snoring in the next appartment.
