Situated in Bal Harbour, this charming flat hotel for $1,079 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This unit is a Deluxe Oceanfront Suite, This Suite is 1,478 sq ft. Plus Balconies = 1,933 sq ft. Not to be confused with the smaller suites or standard rooms. It is very special unit in terms of location and size. This unit is on the north side which is the preferred side because you can see straight out on the beach and all the way up the coast. This apartment is the largest of the suites available. The den which is the second Bedroom has a pullout sofa and a full bathroom. You will have all of the same access to the hotel amenities and free valet parking. The Resort is located in Bal Harbour , Miami Beach. The best address in Miami, directly across from the celebrated Bal Harbour Shops and mere minutes from the vibrancy of South Beach, Miami. This Residence is a Hotel Suite. Also for your entertainment, there are 3 large upgraded TV’s, one 75inch and two 65 inch. *All amenities are currently available but due to the covid-19, government or building regulations may make some amenities temporarily unavailable. Discounts for such can not be given.

My family of 4 with two kids 6 & 8 loved this place! It was the perfect setup for us and the bathrooms are really nice! The St Regis amenities and facility took this from a great place to an exceptional place. If we come to the area again it would be hard to want to try another place out. Great Value!

We had a great time , the apartment is perfect with everything that you may need . The hotel Amenities are great and the location is perfect , across the street is Bal Harbour shopping. I highly recommend the apartment it is perfect !!!! Next time in Miami I will definitely stay there again

I've visited this property several times. You cannot beat the location or the amenities at the St. Regis. The condo is spacious, clean and provides fantastic views from the two balconies. The St. Regis staff is superb, I look forward to returning.

Great property, great management. We’ve stayed at similar rooms at this property both through the hotel as well as through VRBO, and this residence is too notch. Very well maintained, clean, excellent communication with owner and friendly, communicative management. Views are fantastic, check in process is super easy and client friendly as opposed to others I’ve stayed in. We look forward to our next visit!

We had a great time and everything was terrific. I think the listing is misleading as this is not a 2 bedroom apartment as it states. It is a 1 bedroom with a den. Regardless it’s a great place and Patricia is a great hostess Thank you

The unit overlooks the blue waters of the Atlantic. 2 separate balconies in this unit. The kitchen is small but more than adequate for 4 people. The resort is clean and the staff are extremely attentive. Really nothing negative to say about this stay. A five star stay.

Everything about this was out of this world! The suite itself, the 2 balconies, amenities, location, sparkling clean! The suite is gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice! Thisnis definitely a must book property. The area is very clean and nice. The hotel/residency is contemporary. The condo is as well with very nice amenities. Communication with the owner Kevin and his staff (Patricia) was awesome and they were very helpful and accommodating. My wife enjoyed her birthday get away!

This was our second time to the St Regis in Bal Harbour and our first time in this unit. The owner Kevin and his property manager Patty were very easy to deal with and made our stay seamless. The unit is very nice, has every amenity one could need when on vacation with their family. The condo is exactly like the photos and is very spacious. The property is centrally located and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The beach, pool and service at the St Regis was first class and the staff would go out of its way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

My family 2 adults and 3 teens enjoyed our stay In Kevin’s gorgeous apartment. Everything was as pictured. Clean, spacious amazing views from the two oversized balconies. I have to say we spent so much time on those balconies ! Was such a bonus. Patricia waited for us even though we had major delays getting in and welcomed us and settled us in. Service at the st Regis was incredible and the beach was amazing we would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a great stay at the St. Regis. Kevin’s condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. Patrica met us at check in and explained everything thoroughly. Both were great to work with. We loved having the kitchenette to make breakfast each day. Tons of space to spread out in the unit. The only thing that could be improved is the bed in the primary bedroom. It was lumpy and probably in need of replacement. Beyond that everything was spectacular, including all the amenities of the St. Regis. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Great property in a great location!

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. It looked exactly as pictured. Everything about the property was great. Checkin with Patricia was easy and very informative. We got lucky and only had one bad weather day. Having the shops and restaurants directly across the street gave us plenty to do that day. The rest of our time was spent at the pool or on the beach. Thank you, Kevin, for sharing your space with us. My husband, twin 16-year-old daughters, and I enjoyed ourselves very much!
