Horrible. Room was disgusting. Torn carpet, torn wallpaper, paint chipping, mold in the bathroom, filthy - did not stay, left immediately. Still waiting for refund.

The Landon Bay is in a great location with proximity to beaches and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. However, this is a no-frills hotel. The breakfast is basically cold cereal, bagels/bread, coffee and a banana. The lobby is not a place to hang out in and the staff is limited. But for spending the night, the hotel is fine.

Small dark bedroom with 1970s air conditioning unit which is extremely noisy. Paper thin walls; desktop fridge illuminates room at night; 4 breakfast bar stools for 46 rooms. Only positive was friendly staff.

Nice place to stay. $15 parking fee per night, which I didn’t know when I made a reservation. But rather then that everything was great.

A hotel fee was demanded even though the stay was only for a couple of hours. I was obligated to pay for wifi, cleaning, breakfast all of which I did not use. Additionally parking is a must that has to be paid.

The staff is absolutely awesome. When you are returning guests they make you feel like you are part of the family. They always try their best to accommodate every request made. Really a pleasure to spend vacation days there.

Nothing fancy and doesn’t have any amenities. But if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable hotel this was it for me. They do charge for parking and mandatory fee for Wi-Fi, breakfast; but overall place was nice and will stay again.

The London hotel is such a bad hotel. First of all they don’t have any plug outlets near your bad at all. Second if you sleep in the rooms close to a window facing the street you’ll be hearing noises all night since the windows are thin. Last the front desk will charge you a $20 resort fee for the towels… I know I’m also confused . Also there is no elevator and parking. Non of the staff speak English besides for 2. It was just a bad stay. Never going back.

I totally loved this hotel, clean and nice room and location is perfect. It also includes breakfast and has a selection of fruits, beverages and coffee all day. Staff was the best, thanks Feliciano and Michel and I’ll be back soon!

It was a good stay. The location is off the main street so there is no road noise. Overall the hotel feels like a work in progress. Room layout is excellent and efficient. Cozy for 1 or 2 people. As far as price, it seemed fair.

The room Was nice but very small in size. Expedia listing says wifi and breakfast is included but when we arrived they charged $20/a night along with breakfast. Breakfast was very underwhelming, all they had were apples and bagels. I would not stay here again, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. Overall, I rate the property a 3/10 and that is me being gracious. For the price, it was not worth the amenities they claim they claim to have and offer.

The staff are nice but the rooms aren’t clean, and it smells moldy. When I checked in, there was old dental floss on top of the ac unit, and the tables were dirty. Shower floor and walls are moldy and they needed to be bleached and disinfected. It’s super convenient to Bal Harbour Shops wouldn’t stay here again.
