The apartment opens directly onto a large swimming pool ( exclusive to apartment guests ) with ocean and rural views. Located only 2 Klms from the town centre and beach with panoramic views of Bass Straight. It is positioned directly underneath a large three bedroom house (owners residence with spare rooms that can also be separately booked) with extensive garden and lawn area for kids to play. The pool is for the exclusive use of apartment guests. No other guests will be in the property when guests occupy the apartment. The property has abundant parking. The area is very tranquil and is a haven for native birds of many different types from nearby bushland The apartment kitchen is fitted with an electric cooktop and a portable electric oven. It is equipped with everything a family would need plus many extras. A BBQ with side burner is also available

We had a great time. Amazing accomodation with a beautiful view. Glad the weather was good so we enjoyed the pool! Big thanks to Trevor and Edilma who were gracious hosts, even gave us a couple of snappers to go home with. Definitely recommended especially if you have fur babies.

We loved the property. It was large with access to a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were very welcoming and overall we had a marvellous time. the property is very well presented. They also allow pets which suited us.

This property is very clean and well maintained, everything we could possibly want was provided (and more) Great views across meadows to the ocean, lovely big pool, well equipped BBQ and outside dining and relaxing areas. Our bed was so comfortable. Our hosts Trevor and Edilma were very friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to our next stay there.

Beautiful self-contained apartment, perfect for our little family (2 adults, toddler and a small dog). View from the apartment over the hills out to the ocean is beautiful as well. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a very comfortable stay at this fabulous property which is a 5min drive into Lakes Entrance. Everything is immaculate and the pet friendly policy is awesome. The hosts Trevor and Edilma are quick communicators, particularly welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Our daughter became ill while travelling to our stay and the hosts accommodated our changed itinerary without any fuss. Cannot fault anything and totally recommend!

Thanks to Trevor and Edilma for a fabulous stay! The accommodation is perfect and immaculately clean! Our family and two dogs loved it... the heated pool is a luxury and the dogs enjoyed being able to roam around easily. Thanks for your generosity! We would love to come back!

Lovely 2 bedroom unit on the edge of Lakes Entrance. Weather wasn’t the best while we were there, so couldn’t take advantage of the pool. Was ideal for our situation, especially being able to take the dog. Trevor’s communication was great & available whenever help was needed.

Perfect setting for relaxation for me, partner and our pooch!! Was greeted by the owners Trevor & Edilma on arrival. Gave us a tour of the property and was not disappointed! Plenty of room to unwind and for our dog to run around in. Everything was clean and ready to use. Property overlooks land and ocean... sunset was also amazing!! Around 5min drive to the local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

We were very lucky to have such fine weather. The property is perfect with a lovely view and a beautiful pool. It is close enough to the centre of Lakes if that is what you want but far enough away for peace and quiet. The property is well equipped. Trevor and Edilma are lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

Great attached accommodation which was comfortable for the three of us and our two dogs. The hosts were extremely friendly and even gave us some localy caught whiting when we arrived. Great place to visit with plenty to do in the area.
