Only 300m walk to the esplanade, and you are within easy walking distance of the cafes, RSL, Bowling and Sports Club, supermarkets, seasonally lifesaver patrolled beach, walking tracks, mini golf and much more, the location is what makes Camellia a perfect holiday base, you are sure to find everything you need and more! The property has parking on site for a boat and is approximately one kilometre from one of the excellent boat ramps.

A wonderful location within walking distance of anything you want to get to in Lakes Entrance. Parking was on the street and very easy. Lots of bedrooms and places for the family to hang out. Kitchen moderately stocked with cooking utensils. Could have used a few more towels (only 6 provided for 8 people). Would definitely book again!

All feedback is good feedback remember.. Beautiful spacious air BnB, excellent location. Only minor issues would be the couch smelt and the rug was very dirty like it’s had a lot of spills and dirt stains. I didn’t put my baby on it because of that. Also it says sleeps 8 but is only a 3 bedroom (2 double bed room and 1 room with 2 single beds) the rest are mattresses for the floor... the couch in the lounge does fold out to be a comfy bed though. I just think that should be included in the title that if having 8 to stay 2 will need to be on floor mattress or fold out couch. Apart from that! Stunning place! Beautiful simple outdoor area.

We had a great stay in Lakes Entrance. The accommodation was located near to the shops and the foreshore restaurants and cafes, and was an easy walk to 90 mile beach across the footbridge. It was great to have secure parking. The house had everything we needed and although it didn't have a clothes drier, the undercover clothes line turned out to be very effective. Having Netflix was a nice added bonus. We would definitely come back and stay here.

There is no hot water. First day there was the person trying to fix the hot water for us. But temperatures wasn’t really good and sometimes hot ,sometimes cold. After first night. No more hot water at all.

Only 1 thing I could pick on is one of the couches is very uncomfortable. This needs to be replaced. Other than that great place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful holiday. We were close to shopping and the back beach. Walked the full length of the Esplanade every day and had great coffee. Our accommodation was excellent, clean and comfortable and with access to streaming service for a nightly film showing. Comfortable beds, great shower.

The house was in a great location, close to town and the beach. There were a few issues we had with the house. The water in the 2nd bathroom was cold and hot water took a long time to come out in the main bathroom and kitchen. It was very surprising to find that the house fronts a caravan park, so there wasn’t much privacy out the back.

We a family of 3 and grandparents stayed 3 nights during the Australia Day long weekend. The house has everything that we need. Very clean and newly renovated house. The beds are comfortable. The property manager dropped by to give us the Wi-Fi password. Walking distance to the shops and 5 minutes to cross the bridge to the beach.

Really enjoyed the size of this three bedroom, two bathroom house. Beds were super comfy. The house was sparkling clean and had lots of kitchen appliances and utensils for meal prep. I think there could have been better couches (one too soft and one too firm - a futon) and electric blankets would have been great. Also required is some hanging space in the bedrooms - even hooks behind the doors would help. Overall a really comfy and enjoyable stay.

Camellia Cottage is a lovely house to visit, very comfortable & spacious. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great. Beds very comfortable & nicely made. Easy to locate. Access from parking was great.
Maybe some wall hooks in laundry or at back door area, to hang coats...

Great central location. Couches could all do with an upgrade, very uncomfortable. House in general cleanliness condition, however under beds was a lot of dust and under one a dirty tissue. Cleaners could do a lot better job. Very minimal cleaning products provides, 4 dishwasher tablets for 7 nights with 5 guests, one tea towell.

Overall very good stay. Spacious accommodation. Noticed there was heaps of dust under the couches and a few dirty mugs which are easy fixes. Also ad needs to be clear that split system is only in one of the bedrooms. The 2 other bedrooms get super cold at night.
