Good untill...

We liked all of it nice and quiet

I did not like the fact that I got a message when we got home accusing us of making a crack in her fridge whitch was already there and the tap board under the cooker was loose whitch was not our fault maybe the caravan should be inspected more closely befor letting other people in it

Excellent position on site. Site is handy for all attractions plus bus to Skegness via Roman Bank (fantasy island) stops outside and runs constant all day.

Nothing against the site but found very little open after 5.00 pm. Think this is just early season pre-bank holiday weekend.

Nostalgic holidays.

The caravan was reminding me of the 60s and 70s holidays, with my fa ily.

Not sure how to put heating on, only a gas fire. The bathroom held the condensation from the shower, the window had to be kept open. It was totally basic, but we loved it.

We liked everything. Caravan had everything you needed and was clean and spacious. Good location on a friendly site. I will be looking at returning here.

Location was great,easy access to pubs shops and the beach Fantasy Island was a short walk away too Van was spacious enough for 3 adults a dog and an 18month old. Two toilets is lso a big bonus.

The double mattress wasn't really that comfortable, and the kitchen knives could do with either sharpening or new ones.

Lovely site and friendly reception

Toilet seat kept falling off toilet, mop broke so could not dry bathroom floor as was wet with no bath mat also hole/crack in side of shower wall and close horse also broke list goes on not happy with the stay this time,

a very. good jubilee weekend stay

was very please with the caravan , it was very well equipped sited near the entrance , very clean .

I liked the thoughtful things that were in the kitchen , like corkscrews and and an easy to use tin opener.

Beds are hard. Owner is rude. States bedding but arrived to known to be told to go Tesco and buy it myself.

Nice large caravan plenty of space for the family.

Not very homely no cushions on the sofa. only one net curtain up in the living room that kept falling down as it was held up with white tac . Had to close the curtains on one side of the van for privacy due to no nets or blinds. Cold van even tho we had heating on my be worth thinking about a curtain at the door or over the living area. No welcome pack so didn't no what we need to do as we left. I cleaned the van as I alway have done in previous vans I have stayed in. Windows inside dirty with droplets on. Dust on top areas and dog hair everywhere. I found the hover and hovered the areas needed. The sofas was the worst for dog hairs. Mattress in main bed room falls of as it is a double just sat ontop of a caravan built in bed base. Overall tho it was very cheap and we did enjoy our stay. Caravan 91

Nice, clean and spacious caravan the little touches of hand cleanser and welcome pack of a cleaning cloth and sponge were useful Staff were pleasant The price was great for a three night stay so a real bargain

The crockery and pans were on the basic side unfortunately There was no mixing bowls or things like that and to cook a breakfast was an impossibility as the frying pan was that small you could only fit two rashes of bacon in it Other than that for the money it was a bargain

The caravan was comfy, in a great location and immaculately clean.

The location was excellent.

I wouldn't say i didn't like anything but there were a couple of things that could be improved. There was no shelf in the shower to put shower gel, shampoo on etc. The bottom step on the stairs of the veranda was far to high and was a large step to the ground. An outside would have been useful. In the kitchen the small draw was broken and not secured at the point i opened the drawer not knowing it was not attached and it feel to the floor just missing my foot.

Lovely!.

The location is perfect a walk away from the beach and arcades for the kiddies, the caravan was cosy, it's ideal for a small family I would definitely recommend. I would book again 100% but I would opt for bigger caravan for own preference.

Lovely caravan, just a shame that the people before us hadn't cleaned up after themselves. They hadn't taken the rubbish out, cleaned the shower after they had used it. This isn't to do with the caravan but kids kept coming up onto the first patio so I was on edge about my dog getting out, but luckily you have two patios.

Excellent caravan, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach which I loved especially with the dog and it was a dog friendly beach. Shops, takeaways, arcades close to the site. Everything was walking distance I would definitely book again.

Fantastic little get away location!

It was located so close to the beach and arcades. The locals were lovely and the pub grub was exceptional for the price. Most definitely worth the price and I'd book here again.

The cutlery and plates were slightly dirty but we were supplied with dish soap so nothing we couldn't fix.

Poor customer service from management / host of caravan site. Caravan good size but mattresses poor.

Location, two toilets in the caravan (number 91). The hot water and central heating were warm and worked well.

The oven was very poor, gas oven, did not work very well. Only 1 oven shelf so cooking up some pizzas took a while. The beds were uncomfortable, you could feel in the inners of the mattress. Unfortunately the communication was the most disappointing from the owners/management who run the caravan. Before arriving we did not receive information on which number caravan we were in, the management of the caravan said they leave dog treats for guests with pets but did not mention this or leave any. When we left the property we accidentally left behind some pillows in the caravan and after messaging the property, did not receive a response following up whether we could collect them or not. Poor customer service means we would not recommend or use again.

Another excellent 3-day trip to skeggy

This caravan is perfect for a getaway with the kids and dog. It’s clean, it’s spacious and we’ve stayed in it twice now. Will no doubt be booking again for august bank holiday.

I can’t say there was anything about this caravan that we didn’t like.
