Beautiful Elegant 1800 Three Story Home RIGHT ON SNOW MOBILE AND ATV ACCESS right in the heart of town restaurants and activities a walk away.two public beaches 1 mile in each direction. this is a new studio that has been added on fully loaded kitchen, , sitting area Murphy bed king size tempurpedic bed.Really nice!!!! has a private garden with bistro set , hammock, gas grill,bench . access to laundry room Great for parents or grandparents in addition to unit 1 or 2 although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit You may apply whatever cost you paid towards any of my properties listed here whether its Florida or Maine. I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds . They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture . the person booking age limit 25 or older

From the outside, it is a local, unassuming, simple property. I have family in the area, and it looks like any other home there. When you walk inside, you can tell that they put their money into the inside. Like many short-term rentals, they have locked closets where you can assume the cleaning supplies are. Giving guests a broom might be nice. The unit was spacious, and it really had anything I could imagine needing. It had lots of kitchen equipment; we ate at family's houses, but you could certainly cook a lot of things there. I would stay there again. If I may offer a small recommendation to the host: consider a new doorknob for the outer door. Everything after the doorknob is great!

Ok, we joked that it should be called NoMoosehead Lake. It rained most of our 2 day get away but the accommodations were great. Clean and comfortable large one room apartment. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Great, well outfitted kitchen. Location was close to everything we would have wanted. Didn’t do much walking due to all the rain but we could have walked to town easily. Great restaurants, had the best food all weekend. Enjoyed our girl retreat very much!!

Unit 3 is a cute spot, with all the amenities you need while exploring the Moosehead Lake region. The interior can be a bit cramped with the Murphy bed down, but not really a problem for just the 2 of us and our dogs (as you’re going to want to be out and about most of the day, anyway!).

What a cozy clean & comfy studio apartment. Recently remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. While visiting family we rode out Hurricane Lee which lead to power loss. Our host was amazing! She was waiting for us to come back & had lanterns & flashlights for us as we left our car & into our quaint space. Definitely renting this space again!

Needed a place to rest our weary heads and bodies while visiting family camping at Moose Creek Campground for a couple of days. Met all our needs and then some.... Lovely clean bathroom, comfy bed, and coffee pot were appreciated as well as the quiet. We will return in the future. The Wilsons

Check-in was extremely easy and I was able to contact the owners at all times. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were provided way beyond expectation. There was even laundry pods if there’s a full house parking can be tricky if you have a trailer with equipment, but again easily resolved with the owners we would definitely stay again

this place is amazing. It was much better and bigger than we anticipated and wide open - not cramped at all. Denise did a great job of stocking it with anything and everything we might have needed and her comunication was excellent. The location was easy to find and convenient to the area. We absolutely love our stay.

Excellent accomadations. Very clean. Lots of kitchen pots, pans, dishwear, etc. Even an old fashioned percolating coffee. I usually bring one with me. Quiet neighborhood as well as other renters. Two things that I would suggest would be dish towels (unless I just couldn't find them) and an spray bottle of some sort in the bathroom. Denice and her husband were very helpful as we were initially unable to find the house. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks. Nancy

First time visiting the Moosehead Lake area of Maine. Found more activities than we had time to do. Rental was as advertised, comfortable, well equipped, plenty of towels, utensils, plates, silverware...more than needed for two. Would gladly rent again if we are in Greenville.

A friend and I stayed in this house, unit 3 in the back and it was the perfect rest and recover spot for our weekend trip to kayak Moosehead Lake. We parked on street with our trailer. Parking was a breeze at the Greenville junction boat ramp, and Rockwood boat ramp. Nice paddles (mornings are best). The location was ideal, a convenience store down the road and nice restaurants in town (stress free moose pub, dock and dine) and Kelly’s Lansing in Rockwood was awesome on the water. Amazing stay. Great bed too! Everything was perfect.

Nice studio style apartment. Inside was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. Very clean and comfortable. More outside lighting would be helpful at night and the garden area could use a little love. Perfect location for anyone wanting to spend time in the Moosehead Lake area.

Our studio was perfect!! Full kitchen with ALL THE COOKING UTENSILS YOU COULD ASK FOR GREAT FOAM KING BED AND VERY HANDY TO THE CENTER OF Greenville. There is a unit above but they were very quiet ! Extremely clean Perfect weekend getaway!!! Thank you! Only suggestion light outside not working have to be careful going in after dark and shower was little small and dark but fine for us. Great place!!!
