great location, ocean front room nice, hot tub is very nasty, front desk rude.

location and beach front room was nice

they cancelled my trip 3 different times after booking, stating my card on file wasn't working. when i got to hotel they proceeded to charge me more than my latest reservation, and used the same card that i booked the first time with and it worked. front desk was rude and seemed like they were bothered very easily. hot tub was disgusting. there was brown water and a film in the water from the nasty walls.

Price a little high. I would stay again

No breakfast. Parking was in 4 different lots. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is quiet,beach and boardwalk were right there.

First floor could have been cleaner. Hotel is not smoke free.

There were parking issues. Traveling alone I would have liked to be near my car, but had to park across the street both nights and enter the room in the dark

The house keepers walk in at and dont knock before entering. Bedbugs everywhere. Checkout is at 11 but housekeepers wake you up before 9 by walking in and are very rude

Definitely an experience, will not go back.

The oceanfront view was nice, the hotel was pretty quiet as we are out of season, not too many other guests. Privacy was nice. Being close to everything was great. We didn't have to travel far for entertainment and food. The staff was very friendly at check in and called down with a few questions and they were very helpful and polite.

More attention should be paid to cleaning. The carpets looked like they havent been vacuumed in awhile. There was a weird stain on the headboard. The curtain was broken, they tried to "fix" it using tape to tape it to the wall but it didn't work. The door to our room had to be slammed to close it properly. The bathroom door couldn't shut at all. The water pressure was weak and never had hot water. Had medium warm water every time we took showers. The cable was not working the first night we got in our room and there was no maintenance person on staff. Laundry service had a sign out that they were closed until further notice. Hallways and elevators were messy, could use a good sweeping and wipe down. The Hot tub was disappointing. We went to check out the hot tub to find that only 2 jets were working in the whole thing. There were ants crawling around the edges. There were bugs floating around in the hot tub. Water level was low and the area around the pools/hot tub had trash all around. The elevator closest to our room was broken but had no sign on it.

Definitely customer service could have been better. The same women did our.ck.in and out. When we arrived she was rude and seemed like we were interrupting her. When we checked out it sounded like she was on a personal call...arguing with someone. She didn't talk to use at all our put her phone down . Handed us a paper and started he argument back up. No...how was your stay...thank you or anything!!!

Never again!!

Provided a roof

Not advising they only accept Affrim for deposits not full payment prior to getting there...the roach crawling across my suitcase...and the worst bed I have ever used in 60 years!! I also didn't think it was possible to have bad pillows!!But they achieved that too! Shower? Or water slowly dripping out of a shower head...no trash can in bathroom...fridge water all inside.... Desk people at 5pm...RUDE!!!!... we tried so hard to be smiling and friendly....nope!! They used to be soooooo much better....get what you pay for..but now...can't even reach that ...
