Exceptional

The accomodation was clean and new, all aplianceses are working, there is climate. You have all the tings needed for short and longer stay -washing machine. The main bus station is 10 min walking, the beach is 5 min, there is a shop in front of the building and accomdation has balcon that looks on amazing backyard. It can fit 3 persons. The comunication with owner was amazing and there was no problem with us cheking in after 19 o'clock.

Perfect apartment!

The apartment is perfectly renovated, nicely designed, with fully equipped kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, etc. are provided). The apartment looks exactly as its photos. Comfortable bed; the windows look into beautiful private garden. Air-conditioning is modern and quiet. The beach is 5 min walk, large supermarket 8 min walk. You reach the Venetian port and the old town in 10-15 minutes. There are always free parking spaces in the street. The host speaks English well and answers messages fast. I highly recommend this place. You would feel completely at home there.

A beautiful, cosy apartment equipped with everything you need. It is in a very convenient location, close to Nea Chora beach and within walking distance of the Old Town of Chania. The bus station is also a 15-minute walk away, which is very convenient if you travel by public transport. Although it is on a main street, the apartment is quiet as it is at the back of the block of flats and overlooks a spacious and incredibly beautiful flower garden. In the morning we had a ritual of drinking our coffee on the terrace, which is never exposed to the sun and offers a lot of peace. There are many small shops nearby, several bakeries, and on the opposite side of the street, there is a supermarket. There is no lack of restaurants with delicious fresh food in the area. The hostess Sonia was truly kind and tried to provide us with the most comfortable stay.

The mosquitoes, but the place has nothing to do with that. :)

Very nice flat, well-equiped, big living room with spacious kitchen(all equiped)tea, Coffee facilities etc.Cosy and big bedroom, very spacious bathroom[hairdryer, towels, showerbath]air-condition in the flat. I definately recommend this comfortable flat!

I recommend it as a good place for a beach holiday and as a base for exploring the island

great place to relax. very close to the beach and restaurants and also in close proximity to the old town. quiet and peaceful, good and quick contact with the hosts. Thank you for a great stay and best regards.

Very nice and clean apartment. It has a good location near to a beach with fine sand and good water for kids (~2-3 min walking), very good taverns nearby and it is ~15 min walking from Old Town. A very good place to stay in Chania. Sonia and her mother are very nice people. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Superb

Modern, recently renovated appartment with a spacious bathroom and walk-in shower. Nice balcony overlooking the colourful garden that lights up at night, giving it a fairy-tale quality.

Limited wardrobe space (as we like to hang up our clothes) but Sonia kindly suggested to bring trouser hangers. In the end we managed without.

The apartment has a very central location in Chania. The Beach and old town are reached by foot within minutes. The apartment was clean, modern and very well equipped. The hosts were always helpful, responsive and friendly.

The apartment was spotless clean. Location is perfect if you want to stay in a quite area meters away from the beach. It takes no more than 20 min to walk along the beautiful promenade to the old city. There is everything you might need in the apartment. Fully loaded kitchen and washing machine with all detergents. Nice balcony with a garden view. Nearby you can find a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants along the sea. We loved it a lot and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

A modern, quiet flat 10 min from the beach

Fantastic flat and great location. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach and about 15 min walk to town centre. Very quiet area and very comfortable flat. The living room and bedroom have blackout metal blinds on the windows and they can block 100% of the light so there is no way the sun is going to wake you up early in the morning! Facilities were great and it comes with a fully fitted kitchen. There were a couple of cold bottles of water in the fridge when we first got in the flat which was greatly appreciated along with some fresh fruits. Would definitely stay again!

There is only 1 a/c unit in the flat which means you would have to sleep with the bedroom door wide open if you need it to cool down. Not a big issue at all as long as you don't mind that.

The perfect place to stay in Chania

We stayed here for 11 nights. It was spotlessly clean, well spaced, nicely decorated, and equipped with absolutely everything we might have needed for such a long stay (washing machine, extra sheets and towels, perfect wifi). Even kitchen ware for preparing my infant daughter’s meals. There’s also a beautiful garden that we enjoyed thoroughly. It’s perfectly located, within five minutes walking distance to the beach and ten to the busy center. There’s a nonstop (I think) store across the street and a delicious bakery, Perathorakes, which I highly recommend, a few minutes away. We rented a car and easily found parking places all around the building. The hosts were very gracious and friendly, and welcomed us with a few treats. All in all, a perfect stay in a perfect city, we had a great vacation and we’re planning to come back here next year!

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but the bed is, I think, a queen sized (160cm), and even though there was a crib available, our baby daughter sleeps between us at night so there wasn’t very much room. But there’s more than enough for just two people.

Really a pleasant stay in Chania

Perfect location if you travel with a car because there are lot of place to park nearby. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the city center in a quite neighborhood, ideal for families. It's full equiped with all amenities, even a balcony and garden. The owner, Sonia, was not there during our staying but we dealed with Sonia's mother, who was always willing to help us. Thank you very much!

Everything was perfect.
