Overall, nice stay

Strategic location near to train station and shopping areas.

Iron for cloth is not well function. Might prepare iron in the room for ease use for working adults.

Don't stay at this hotel 100 percent.

Nothing. This hotel should be closed or managed by new management and staff. The manager Mr. Ari and his staff were very arrogant and disrespectful.

I don't like anything about this hotel. The manager Mr. Ari was very rude and disrespectful and his staff also was very disrespectful and rude to me. The Air conditioning in my room was not cooling and I tried to refund my payment but he rejected it several times. You cannot even sleep peacefully because of the noise, the rooms were not sound proof enough; you will hear doors banging and also noise in the ceiling. Even showers noise from other rooms, you can hear. The shower water in my room made my hair fall off while I was taking a bath. If you want to be healthy don't stay at this hotel. Your money will be wasted because they will not refund anything even though they admit that there is a problem. There are a lot of good hotels in KL and don't book this one, you will not save money rather you will lose in just one day. I book 10 nights and I stay only 3 nights because your health will be compromised, a waste0 of time and money if you book this hotel.

No soap at Ladies Restroom during my hole stay

Sängen var SuperNice, riktigt skön. Fönster fritt rum, med skrivbord och bra badrum. Fick mycket information av mannen i receptionen.

Otrevligt bemötande vid incheckning. Ingen hjälpande hand med väskor, ingen följde dig till rummet. Ladies Restroom mellan restaurang och Reception saknade tvål under hela min vistelse. Sa det till personalen, efter utcheckn. Anmärkningsvärt att ingen brytt sig på över ett dygn. Frukost kostade 15 myr, men var usel. Brödet var tyvärr slut, men killarna trollade fram kantskivor. Stekt ägg saknade salt. Juicen odrickbar, men frukten var ok.

1. No parking 2. No sufficient toiletery items like body shampoo even called to housekeeping several times No answer and No replied. Try out to reached "0" reception for help but still No respond from Housekeeping to supply us.

Rude male staff

The hotel location is close to the shopping centre.

The male staff, who is doing the night shift is a very rude guy. I went to reception to ask for a water bottle, but he replied, room service was closed after 8 pm. Is just giving water a big deal for him? Very disappointed. Never expect this kind of attitude.

Unfriendly Stuff and Overcharging

The location is not so bad.

Check in took around 30 minutes. İt's not nice to wait for Soo long so the staff can handle the paperwork. They gave me a non window room even I told the staff that I have booked the room with window.

Very comfortable stay in great location!

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, very clean. Modern bathroom, beautiful walk-in rain shower. I had a great stay for decent price compared to city standards. Convenient location close to the metro station and walking distance to Masjid Jamek for attractions and local markets. Also walking distance to Chinatown with great food and cute cafes.

The location was ok.

The room was dirty before we arrived. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper. We had to call reception three times in the space of two hours for more toliet paper, and even then we had to find housekeeping ourselves to get a roll. Even then they were hesitant to give two rolls. Reception was standoffish and rude. They request a deposit for some reason, then returned it at check out, without checking the room.

Staff at receptionist for being rude when we asked questions. the room that i booked earlier is with view or specifically have window but the room given was without window.did asked the staff to change the room with view but instead of giving recommendations to us, she kept saying system already assigned to the said room.either they didn't update the availability of rooms (window/no window) in Booking website or she doesn't bother to recheck their system or just simply assign room to customer (be it booking with window/no window).the price for room with window/no window is different though!

A special mention for the man at reception, Mr. Logesh or Logen( excuse for the mishap). He is superb! Calm! Helpful and very polite. Lovely. Love the place. Wish it was a little nearer to the lrt. But still 5 star!!
