Over all the place was excellent. We did arrive and the place wasn’t ready and we found a few broken items. We contacted management and things were handled very quickly. If we ever come back to that area we would most definitely stay there again. One thing to maybe improve is the kitchen appliances the stove was a bit of a challenge the burners kept popping off. Also no food storage except for the fridge.

This is my fifth time in Orlando and previously I’ve only ever stayed at a hotel. This time, we hired a car and decided to stay in a house. We initially looked at villas with private pools before stumbling across this listing. We actually preferred the idea of having a communal pool as we wanted to feel like we were around people. Though the pool areas were relatively quiet, there were people using them which gave it more of a holiday vibe. The house itself was great. A really decent size and everyone had separate rooms. The place was clean. Basics were provided such as toilet roll and shower gel to last the first day, however you’ll have to buy your own for the remaining time. This was fine with us as we saved so much money by not having to pay for 3 hotel rooms. It was also great to have a fridge freezer, cooker and microwave which also saved us a lot of money. There is free parking on site and we were able to park directly outside the house as there were always loads of spaces. The owner regularly checked in with us to ensure our car was registered before arriving (even doing this late at night for us after picking up the car) and also messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. It was so handy having a washer and dryer as this meant we saved money by bringing less luggage. I would recommend this stay to others :)

Had a 3 week stay in July/August 23. Communication with Yong was excellent and he came back quickly to my many queries. Location was superb; 30 minute (maximum) drive to all Disney Parks. Lots of restaurants available to try and very convenient having massive Walmart nearby. Swimming pool and jacuzzi on complex was really nice and open to 11pm was so nice after busy days at the parks. Accommodation was really spacious which was good for us with teenagers. Didn’t cook so can’t comment on cooker etc. the carpets are probably in need of a proper clean and we did not walk around with bare feet. Minor problem, but just something to be aware of. Would stay there again if we return to Kissimmee.

The property was nice. Needed a bit more dusting. Would have been nice to have at least trial size of dishwasher soap and laundry soap. It was hot in the condo but the thermostat was at they said we could have it at without freezing. Great price and location for the theme parks.

condo was clean and not far from parks. appliances are dated but work fine. air conditioner not so great. owner didn't want it below 75 degrees. was not so comforting during the heat we had during our stay. other than that would rent again. owner communicated how to check in and what was going on during stay

Had a great experience at this rental! Host was SO communicative…. One of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. He constantly emailed us before the trip and during it to make sure we were doing well. Thank you for that! Property was a little outdated and could use some sprucing up, but everything was clean and in order. Make sure to bring your own laundry and dish soap!

We had a great stay at this property. It is close to the Disney parks, shopping and dining. Access to the home is easy and felt secure because of the gated access with 24/7 guards. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, utensils, flatware & pots/pans. Like it states in the description, you will need to provide all your own necessities , like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags as well as dish & laundry soap. There was an abundance of towels available in the master closet. We didn’t utilize any of the on-site amenities, ie pools, basketball or volleyball courts, so I can’t speak to them. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house, clean comfortable everything you would need. Comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, washing machine and dryer iron, dishwasher, and cable TV. Owner left a couple of a bits for first night, like dishwasher tablets, toilet paper that kind of thing, saved running right out. Security on the gates. Good location, near the parks and restaurants shops. Would highly recommend, would happily stay again.

Nice condo! Exactly how described and pictured! Perfect for the five of us! Three adults and two children! Easy check in and out! Kids loved the pool area! Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here during hurricane Ian. No flooding even near our unit. It was clean, comfortable. We all loved it and recommend it to everyone that would like a really nice place when they go on vacation.

Checking in was very easy and we loved being right by pool, basketball courts. The only thing that needs to be addressed would be the cleaning. Our floors were not vacuumed and the vacuum cleaner was full of hair and could not pick up anything. I took time to clean it out and vacuumed myself and it picked up a bunch of stuff. Needed to be dusted also, but everything else seemed to be in order.

We were thrilled with this rental. So much more space and amenities than a hotel room. Plus our family of five could all stay together at a very reasonable price. Kids loved the pool too. Owner was terrific with clear and easy communication.

We met a couple there with a car. Day 1 laundry didn't work, they were right on it but as you know everything has to be ordered when delivered the company refused to install. So our 2 week stay was being picked up and l as unary. Owner was in contact with us and really couldn't do much more. I think there could be updates for sure. I went for price and got what I paid for

The address takes you to the back gate and it will not let you in a big problem. The bedroom mattress are horrible worn out the couch cushions you are worn out also carpet needs cleaning TV’s are tubes style in the bedrooms the one downstairs is tiny. Shower heads have restrictors on them. This condo needs a complete upgrade don’t recommend renting this until it’s done.
