Located in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming condo for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Luxury 1st floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Condo at Seaside at Anastasia Condominiums. This beautiful condo has been recently redecorated, with all the accommodations of home. This unit is across the street from the St. Augustine Beach Pier, Pavilion, and Splash Park (a kids play area with playground equipment and water spouts). This is an upscale complex with the serenity of a gated facility. When you are here it feels like you are vacationing in the Islands. We have king size, queen size and 2 twin beds. TV's/DVD player, washer and dryer and many amenities...… *NOTE* Our Cleaning & Safety Practices in Place: FOR YOUR COMFORT AND PEACE OF MIND, WE HAVE COVERED ALL MATTRESS’S AND PILLOWS WITH *ALLEREASE Brand* of ZIPPERED PROTECTORS, WHICH ARE CLEANED REGULARLY. Everyone is very concerned about the Coronavirus and how to avoid exposure and stay safe. Based on the CDC, there is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. What a better way to avoid being exposed than a day at the beach. Start your day with us at Sunrise Yoga during your stay in our condo. You don’t get any exposure being on the pier; fishing, sunning, starring out to sea, totally mesmerized by the tranquility of the ocean. The market at the pier offers local, family farmed produce and other foodstuffs that are free from germs. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including: • Avoid close contact with people who are sick. • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. *No problem with our open airy beach, wonderful pool, outside dining at most of the fine eateries adjacent to our Condo. My family and I had a great stay at Melissa's condo. The location was incredibly convenient and a quick walk to the beach access, restaurants, and community pool. The kitchen and facilities were very well appointed, clean, and taken care of. Upon checkout, we followed the instructions that were listed in the on site handbook, which were fairly standard in my experience renting from VRBO. However, on our way home, I received a message requesting an additional fee for cleaning because it allegedly took the cleaning company longer than anticipated to clean. We did not leave the condo in poor condition, cleaned up after ourselves and followed all of the checkout procedures. After explaining this to Melissa, we were able to come to an agreement, but I would recommend expanding - or at least clarifying - check out processes if your expectations are higher. Otherwise, a great spot and stay.

This location was perfect for our family. We had some that wanted beach time and some that wanted to visit historic sites. We could satisfy everyone while staying here. It was super convenient to historic St. Augustine and St. Augustine beach.

We had an amazing 6 week vacation at this beautiful condo. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed. Melissa was always available to answer any questions, as well as keeping us updated regarding any news from complex management. The Beach & pier are a short walk & we really enjoy the Wednesday farmers market across the street. Good restaurants & shopping are within walking distance,. Short drive to town and supermarket. Beachside Diner is must for breakfast or lunch. The new Crabbys Beachside right next door had delicious meals. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property. The unit is spotless and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach! Beautifully decorated spacious and very comfortable. Melissa is an excellent host and check in and out process so easy! Will definitely stay there again.

We just returned home from an absolutely incredible week at Seaside at Anastasia #106. The property was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured/described…..well equipped with ALL the comforts of home! A reserved parking spot is right out the front door which was absolutely wonderful! Melissa was very prompt in all communications and wonderful to work with….only a quick text away if needed. Location is truly everything and this property could not be more centrally located!!! The pier and beach access is right across the street with an incredible farmer’s market being held on Wednesday mornings. Restaurants are within walking distance, as well as, shopping! We fell in love with Sunset Grille! We also loved our visit to Little Margie’s and Panama Hattie’s! Our daughter and her boyfriend had rave reviews about Antonio’s pizza across the street! MayDay ice cream offers an out of this world ice cream experience! Be sure to check out Island Donuts (the experience does NOT disappoint!) and for those that need their morning cup of caffeine, there is a full-service Starbucks located in the Embassy Suites hotel just up the street on the A1A. Lots to see and do all within proximity to the property and only a short drive away! The property was both quiet and peaceful….we did not hear any noise from neighbors. We were incredibly spoiled having both a washer and dryer in the condo! We could not have loved our stay more at this property and plan to return back….hopefully very soon!

This property was really amazing!! We take a Family Vaca each year and this year was to St. Augustine. Melissa’s Condo was absolutely perfect for our family and the location was the best! We walked across the street to the beach daily, even on days we didn’t spend the entire day out there. There was a market on Wednesday which we took advantage of to buy fresh fruits and suvionrs. Driving into downtown St. Augustine was no trouble at all so that we could tour around as well. I would highly recommend this condo for your next family vacation. So much room and accommodations with all you need. We would definitely book again!!

We are a family of 5, and this condo had more than enough room. This condo provided an easy walk to the public beach access, and EVERYTHING that you could ever need was provided (beach cart, shovel, umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, towels, and more). We enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in patio right on the corner closest to the beach. It is just a short walk to many restaurants (Sunset Grill, Beachside Diner, and Panama Hatties (ask for Becky) were among our favorites). Also, just a short drive over to the mainland to enjoy downtown St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed Jan at A Ghostly Encounter. This condo was amazing!

Great condo - very well equipped including beach toys and cart. It was super convenient to load everything in for the beach and step out without any stairs. Beach and pier are a short walk away, grocery stores 5 min drive. The host was very nice and responsive

Loved everything about our vacation rental! Condo provides all necessities and then some. Close to pool, beach, fishing pier, restaurants, and a short drive into town. Melissa is always available to answer any questions. Definitely coming back next year!

This was our first time visiting St. Augustine, FL and had a great week with our family. We enjoyed the property which was very nice, clean and met all our needs. Easy close walk across the street to the beach along with the pizza restaurant and Rita's Water Ice. We would recommend staying here! Melissa the property owner was great to deal with! Awesome place for vacation!

Our group of 6 had a great time. The condo is convenient to the beach, restaurants, putt putt (Fiesta Falls) and a Shell station / convenience store. If you plan to dine at Salt Life, go during non-peak hours or prepare to wait at least an hour. Panama Hatties next door seemed promising but it was one of the most over-priced meals with the most unorganized level of service (food was “okay-ish”). Our kids are older (17 & 19) so they loved the proximity to everything. Rita’s Italian Ice across the street was a big hit. Pizza next door was good, as well. Melissa was great to work with and always accessible whenever we had questions. The condo has all. the. things. When we arrived, I noticed I didn’t have to pack as much as I did. There were beach towels, boogey boards, a beach cart, chairs, beach towels, and even sunscreen. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also nice having a dedicated laundry room. We used the broom and stiffer wet jet several times to tidy up after our sandy selves. We all especially loves the giant couch with reclining seats. Plenty of room and then some for our group! The Clubhouse had games and puzzles which came in handy while Elsa blew through. We didn’t use the pool but it always looked clean and inviting when we walked by. And getting to and from Historic Downtown St. Augustine was easy. We enjoyed touring the lighthouse nearby, as well. You can literally do as much or as little as you’d like in St. Augustine. It was our first visit to the area and we had a lot of fun. Many thanks again to the hosts for providing such a well thought out home away from home.

The unit was very clean and quiet with plenty of room. We wish we could stay longer! The complex is well cared for and feels secure (it is gated). It was so easy to enjoy the beach since it was just a 5 minute walk!

This condo was perfect:) it’s roomy and clean. The check in process was easy! It’s a short walk to the beach. We were able to walk and get dinner every night to close restaurants. I will hopefully get to visit and stay here again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine. The unit was located right across the street from the fishing pier and the beach. The sunrises are beautiful and totally worth getting up early for. The Wednesday market is worth a look and the historic Old Town was fun too. We purchased the hop on hop off for the Historic district and that worked out well. We would stay here again.
