Located in Green Valley North, this charming house for $851 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Amazing, large 5 Bedroom , 3 bathrooms home with private pool. Brand new furnishings throughout. Pool table, board games for kids and adults, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and ample sleeping room. Perfect for families, business trips, or just a fun getaway!l To heat the Pool it's an additional fee at $80 a day for the heater is on the entirey of your stay, so you must pay the total number of days booked. Please confirm 48 hours prior to your arrival if you need the pool/spa heated, so we can make arrangements for someone to turn on, please no last minute requests. Both will be heated at the same time. *IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by host, guests is not allowed to operate unless instructed too! Depending on the weather It will take a day or so to heat. The pool heater is controlled by a timer clock, if the clock turns off please contact the host. Pool cleanings is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced until the next cleaning day. Monday and Thursday is the regular cleaning days, no exceptions also there is no scheduled times. If there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay please notify us and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance, the weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas. Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors which can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility. IMPORTANT: Green and white towels are only allowed at the pool!!! Thermostat: Summer: minimum 72 degrees Winter: max 90 degrees Booking: Guest must provide a copy of their ID, to the host once booked to receive check in information. Guest must be 25 and over. Fireplaces are non working, it's just part of the decor only. We as hosts are not responsible for items left behind, please be sure to check everywhere before you leave the home. The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Due to no fault of this owner, another booking fell through on VRBO and our group was forced to scramble to find alternative lodging in a short period of time. Grateful that it was available and for Valerie's communication with us throughout. Pros: Neighborhood location convenient driving distance to coffee shops/basic grocery stores Private pool and ample pool towels Oversized washer/dryer with provided detergent Large dining table for our group to play board games Second table in kitchen for small meals Reimbursed for refilling the propane tank (not all owners do this, thanks Valerie!) Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen Space in garage to park a vehicle Minor Inconveniences: No plug for the upstairs hall combo bath/tub to be found, primary suite's bath had to be used to give child a bath Wifi was inconsistent during peak non-business hours (weekends, weekday evenings) No baking sheets in the kitchen, found work arounds using the supplied baking pans Floors were not visibly dirty but did leave our feet/socks soiled Cons: Dishwasher was not effective, we hand washed many of our items Coffee maker was small (2cups) for our 5 coffee-drinking members Twin beds on creaky frames, appeared to be old spring mattress/box frame combos Primary suite's mattress seemed to be near end of life and reportedly not as comfortable as the twin rollaway

Valerie was a great host, the first night we had a smoke detector beep and the next day she had someone there to fix it. Great location and amenities.

The house was full with ants to the point they were crawling in the beds all over the kids! Notified the owner and she was very rude and not helpful at all!

My mom, sister, wife and two small children stayed at this house for two nights. The house was very well located in a central location. It was large, had a great floorplan, large bedrooms and closets, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was fantastic and the jucuzzi was a huge surprise. Very easy and fast to heat both. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay off the strip.

Overall experience was excellent. First time we've booked a rental property and the experience was great. Valerie was very pleasant and accommodating to us. The house is very spacious, beds were comfortable and the pool and back yard is a nice bonus. Your able to heat the pool or spa yourself as needed, and there's plenty of room in the back yard. Will definitely be coming back, oh and your only 14 minutes from the strip which made this place perfect.
