Eddie was the best. The property and pool were amazing. We will be returning. There was a 5 star review below stating it wasn’t because of the property, it was because of Eddie. We were looking for a place that felt like a resort without being in the strip since we had a wide range of ages with us. This was perfect. There's a lot of houses in the area with similar layouts but nothing close to the amenities offered here. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. Check in/ out details organized well. 100% will be rebooking.

Great place for a family to stay in Vegas off the strip. Close enough to strip yet able to do other activities in Nevada. So much relate to do but gamble. House well equipped with all you need , clean, and spacious

Our family wanted a place where we could get together and relax. This house is perfect. Has an amazing pool and rock slide, has a safe fenced area if you have kids. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has many things you will need and they had snacks and coffee pods for us too! Eddie was available for any questions I had. Game room is great and we had a blast playing cards and sitting together. Big areas to all be together. It is very close to Green Valley resort for gambling, movies and good food and shopping. It was a great house for our family.

The house was great for our family trip! Nice residential neighborhood with lots of entertainment on site. The backyard is like a private resort with extra large pool, slide, floats, grill, shaded areas and pool security for the kids. Eddie & Michelle were super responsive to our questions. We would do it again.

This is a nice house in a nice quiet location. The master bedroom is huge, but the other bedrooms are small. The pool area is everything. The only drawback is there is a curfew and you cannot be outside on the property after 10 p.m. A plus is the hosts are great.

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans cette propriété (fin mai début juin 2022) qui est conforme à l’annonce, les chambres son spacieuses, cuisine agréable et extérieur au top, le coin jeux est excellent, villa à 12 minutes du Strip de Vegas, nous avons passés de superbe vacance, je recommande cette villa à 100% si il doit y avoir un point négatif ça serai sur les horaires pour êtres à l’extérieur sur le coin piscine, il n’est pas autorisé d’être dehors après 22h sans avoir une alerte du propriétaire, même pour fumer une cigarette, je peux comprendre que certaine personne ne respecte pas le voisinage, mais beaucoup de gens son civilisé et respect le voisinage

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful with a great backyard. Eddie was responsive and attended to all of our needs. It is located in a neighborhood in Green Valley Ranch and is less than 15 minutes from the strip. The house was clean and everything worked. I would stay here again in the future.

5 of us stayed for a week long golf trip and couldn't have picked a better home to stay in. From booking to check-in to checkout there was never a question unanswered or anything to even worry about. Michelle and Eddie were responsive and thorough throughout the process as well. I've stayed at multiple houses with pools and this pool is by far the best ever. Easy to control, worked as advertised, and is 10x better in person than in the photos, you'll want to take the pool home with you. House was clean, safe, secure and offered everything you could need. Centrally located to everything you'd need, I will 100% be staying there again in the future. Thank you both for exceeding our expectations and making the stay perfect.

We stayed here with friends and the outside area is better than the pics! It is amazing. It would be perfect for someone traveling with kids also. The inside was extremely clean and they have a ton of things to do! Games ect..we will definitely be coming back! Any questions we had were answered within minutes...extremely friendly. Excellent all the way around!

This property is beyond amazing, it was a total experience. Everything was immaculately clean. The amenities are way too many to list but it's everything listed and more. Super spacious, the layout is incredible. The hosts are super responsive and we can't wait to be back.

I want to preface this by saying that I am leaving this property a 5 star review not because of the home, but because Eddie and Michelle are excellent to deal with. Overview of our 2 night stay: -Contacted on day of check-in saying the property would be ready for us to access it early at 2:30pm. We arrived at 2:30pm and were unable to unlock the front door. Unfortunately was unable to reach anyone at this time. Finally got in touch with Eddie at 2:50pm who told us the door would not unlock until 3pm. Not sure why we were told we could get in early - minor hiccup. -Remainder of Day 1 was great. Enjoyed the pool. -Night 1 started by finding out the grill would not turn on. Had to cook burgers and hot dogs on the stove inside. -After dinner we noticed the hot tub was cold even though we turned the heater on when we arrived at the house. -The master bath tub was used by one guest after we found out the hot tub was not working. This led to what was described as "raining" from the ceiling beneath it. -Woke at 6am the next morning to try and figure out what was going on with the hot tub, grill, and to make sure the leak had stopped. Error code flashing on heater unit. Contacted Eddie and Michelle about all of the issues come 7-8am. They reached out to their pool contractor immediately in addition to another contractor responsible for the tub. I then proceeded to spend an hour on the phone with the pool contractor as he tried to have me trouble shoot fixing the hot tub. This included having me send him multiple pictures on my phone and going inside and out of the house multiple times to flip switches here and there to try and fix it. Of course this did not fix anything. He came out later and fixed the hot tub for 20 minutes before it broke again. They were back out the next day to fix it again, but unfortunately we all had to check-out. -People were sent out during the day to fix the grill. Gave us pliers and a lighter and told us we needed them to start it. Unable to control temperature and destroyed steaks in less than 7 minutes. -Microwave turned off while cooking dinner and wouldn't turn back on. -Eddie and Michelle did offer us an extra night for free that unfortunately we were unable to use and then a "credit" for our inconveniences. I am certain all issues will be fixed before the next stay. Book with confidence that you will have a good time staying here and that if something is not up to par they will work to get it corrected ASAP.
