About this condo rental
Second story apartment (1350 SF) in a completely updated single family home is open and airy and filled with light. I’m fully mindful of cleaning requirements, and have implemented a required 3 day gap (see https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/17/well/live/coronavirus-contagion-spead-clothes-shoes-hair-newspaper-packages-mail-infectious.html) between guests for everyone’s safety. Head-to-toe renovation features brand new appliances, 12" gel cooled memory foam mattresses, a sleek eat-in kitchen plus features from the original home: exposed brick fireplace and repurposed moldings (headboard) and balusters (side tables). Dishwasher, washer/dryer & driveway parking. Five blocks from Fluor Field and the Swamp Rabbit Trail, you'll be close to all Greenville's art, music, and food festivals. It's another six blocks to the heart of downtown and loads of shops, restaurants, and happenings like the Saturday Farmer's market, and only a block-and-a-half to the bus stop and free trolley stop (to West Greenville's Arts District as well as downtown).

My husband, daughter (31) and I stayed here in order to gather with my family. We had representation from 4 states (NC, SC, AL and CA) all in different vacation rentals. There was plenty of room for everyone, 15 in all, to gather and catch up and just to enjoy. The apartment is upstairs and has very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking aid we needed. Lois was very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is a must if you visit Greenville. I highly recommend this apartment.

We were really impressed with this beautiful property. I don't think the pictures do it justice. It's an apartment above the owner's home. It's very spacious and decorated in a fun, creative way that really reflects the owner, who is an artist. Lois was very kind and communicative. There were some groceries waiting for us, which was so helpful since we got in after dinner and we didn't have time to get to the store before breakfast. Highly recommend! One note - the second bed in the smaller bedroom is a mattress you pull out from under the bed. It worked fine for my kids so they didn't have to be in the same bed but nothing fancy.

Lois is an amazing host! She has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Greenville.

Great apartment in a close to downtown location. It was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. We would definitely use this listing again. We received an excellent orientation from the host and she answered our questions and gave us suggestions which made our stay near perfect.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Greenville. It’s a beautifully renovated upstairs apartment with a modern, artsy vibe. The location is convenient to downtown. Lois is a terrific host and has truly thought of everything that visitors might need. I can’t recommend this property more highly!

These accommodations are amazing! Lois went above and beyond with what she provided. The place is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. She had homemade muffins ready for us when we arrived as well as a totally well stocked kitchen! She welcomed us when we arrived and she gave us dinner and activity recommendations…..which were all fantastic! This was the best place we have ever stayed through VRBO! Thank you Lois!

This property was more beautiful than we imagined. The beds were extremely comfortable. The place was clean and artfully decorated. Lois provided lots of extras to make our stay comfortable and gave us pointers as to where to go in Greenville. We loved it!

We loved our stay at Lois’ apartment. She had it stocked with goodies (which surprised us!) and it had everything we could possibly need. The living space is roomy, the kitchen attractive, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds were comfy, and the yard was full of flowers. The living space is on the second floor, so if climbing stairs is difficult this is not the place for you. It is within a mile of downtown’s Main Street, and felt safe and convenient.

Lois was so personal and an engaging host, she met us right when we pulled in the drive way and took us up to the rental apartment. Pictures don't do the place justice, it is beautiful and such great space having two bedrooms with full bathrooms and closet space! The couch is large and comfy and the kitchen has great space along with so much stocked in it!!! I have stayed in many rentals over the years and I've never seen a place this well stocked all around (kitchen/fridge/bathrooms/towels/bedding, etc.). We were IMPRESSED! We chose to walk downtown, it's also a short drive or uber, great location for a busy weekend to avoid traffic and looking for parking. We would highly recommend and were already trying to think of when we could visit again :) Thank you, Lois!

This property is perfect for two couples as both bedrooms have ensuites. Lois is a lovely and very accommodating owner. She has thought of every contingency. I would stay here again which is the best recommendation I can give!

My family came from out of state to meet my daughter-in-law for the first time prior to their wedding. This was a perfect setting because it was relaxed and everyone could visit. Location was perfectas the wedding was at Falls Park. Lois was very easy to work with throughout the whole time.

In Greenville for a wedding, but so happy that we stayed an extra day to enjoy this fun little city. Restaurants, brew pub’s, shops, a beautiful river walk with small waterfalls, all in walking distance from this beautiful rental. Lois was a great host and this private, upstairs apartment, in a quiet & charming little neighborhood had everything we could possibly need, with more than ample room for 2 couples to spread out and relax after a fun day in town. My husband and I stayed here with our daughter as we prepared to drop her at college. We had everything we needed: coffee, tea, a kitchen, and all the comforts of home! Lois took time to orient us to the surrounding area and made recommendations about things to do and places to eat. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Greenville. The town is amazing and so easy to walk to from this property. We could have stayed a lot longer. Lois was so accommodating and communicated with us so well. She runs a beautiful property and makes you feel at home. The property had every single thing you could think of that you would need. There is not stone unturned. Bravo, Lois. My partner, mother and myself were in Greenville to celebrate a family member's birthday. Lois' place was immaculate! The space was beautiful, spacious, and full of small details to help make the stay better (toiletries, easy grocery items, etc.).Upon arrival, we met Lois and her dog, Bunny. She gave a brief tour of the space, some helpful nearby food/coffee suggestions, and amazingly delicious homemade muffins (blackberry, honey, and cornmeal). Our stay was perfect and we were surprised Easter morning with some Easter Eggs and candies from the "other Bunny". Lois is one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet and her space is by far the best VRBO that I've ever stayed in.

Artsy, Spacious place in a Great Location!
Lois was very, very kind and accommodating based on our check-in and check-out times. She had groceries on-site that she provided without replacing. Lots of thoughtful touches, including homemade muffins and extra toiletries in both bathrooms.
