Had to check out early due to the black mold in the bathroom. Lacked amenities (ex. Coffee maker but no coffee). Told owner but nothing was done.

The location is ok, Jacop was helpful and the check in was super easy.

The shower was really dirty. Around all the ceramics and in the corners were blackish. There was one small fan (too small for the whole room) and another from the ceiling (which made no difference).

The house is located in proximity to the tram, which takes you to the city center and to all of Florence's attractions. Creative way to get the keys. Impeccable facilities, comfortable beds, clean showers and toilets. Supermarkets close by. All just perfect. I highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Very close to tram station and supermarket. Apartment was clean and cozy. Hosts had also provided an additional fan which was helpful in the heat. Also, there was an umbrella provided which was very thoughtful. Host was also very helpful in providing sightseeing hints.

Main thing missing was a cutting board.

It is tidy and has almost everything you could need. It has some shops close. And transport near to the place.

It is just something to improve: to get a chopping board for the kitchen. To fix the tv remote control. To have a first aid kit available. To get a lid for the big pot😁
