This condo is located in Pirates' Bay Resort, which sits on the edge of Choctawhatchee Bay's Santa Rosa Sound. The sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive away, as are plenty of restaurants that serve local seafood and other delicious dishes. The historical downtown area of Fort Walton Beach offers several stores and galleries where you can find that perfect beach souvenir, and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk awaits seven miles east. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was a great spot for a quick visit. We stayed on the bottom floor and the quick access to the pool and lawn was great. Appliances and space is limited. Great for a night or two.

We needed a room on very short notice, and we were able to book this room, with little issue. When we got to the room, it was just what we needed. We were 15 minutes from where we needed to go, and it was easy to find. Room was clean, and Vacasa checked in with us to make sure we had all the information we needed from before check in right up to check out.

It was a quaint little condo that had everything we needed. The patio opened up right to the pool and the marina. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies, plus a guest book to sign during your stay. The only negative was the cleaning staff came by twice between 9 and 10, even after we told them we would be out by 10. This doesn't reflect on the host, just felt rushed by the maids. Would definitely stay here again.

I really liked that it was ground level, making it easy to get luggage and food to and from the car and the pool is just outside the patio door. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s walking distance from some good places to eat and just a short drive to the beach and other attractions. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to Fort Walton Beach/Destin area.

Was a very cozy and clean comfortable room and so convenient to the pool. Would recommend to anyone needing a scenic, peaceful and reasonably priced beach rental for a long weekend or extended stay. The property is close to some good restaurants so you hardly need to get in the car.
