The private balcony is furnished, so you'll have an extra spot to read your book or sip your beverage. The kitchenette features a wet bar-style design so you have room to put together meals, plus plenty of tools so you don't have to worry about bringing anything along. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. You can also enjoy access to a shared pool during your stay, visible from the balcony. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: There is a dock available to guests as well as private boat slips available. Guests must have boat insurance to use the boat slip and fill out the necessary paperwork. Please be aware that Pirates Bay does not have a boat launch. There are three options to launch a boat: Liza Jackson Park (Self-service/free; 338 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach), Fort Walton Boat Yard (cost varies by boat size, call for more information; 32 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548), and Legendary Boat Marine (cost varies by boat size; 12 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, Fort Walton Beach). Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall, a great place to stay! The place was very sparse. No k-cups, one dish towel, no rags, minimal dishes, etc. I don’t expect there to be a ton but it was almost laughable how little it was equipped with. Also, one of the patio chairs was broken (and unsafe) and took up space on the tiny patio.

This place was wonderful ! Had a lil trouble with door code , but it was solved quickly . The condo is clean !!!! Beautifully decorated, all white is bright ! Plenty of towels, kitchenette stocked enough with basics (I didn’t come too look at those items ) LOL …. Pool and scenery nice and relaxing , appreciate the security please we did, codes to get in Everything be prepared. Local neighbors are friendly and helpful we will definitely be back SOON THANK YOU !

We absolutely loved this condo! Nice pool and location. Customer service at Vacasa is on point! Plenty of room for 4 people with very comfortable beds. Will stay again.

My family of 3 stayed, plenty of room & set up to where it doesn’t feel like only 1 room. Location was great. Quiet but close to Okaloosa Island & Destin for shopping & events. Pool was quiet & clean as well. No complaints at all!

The unit was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Many occupants live there full time. The pool was great too! Would definitely recommend to those wanting a quiet, relaxing place to stay.

I was very happy with the condo the only issue I had is the website advertised a boat slip & marina to dock your boat but once I got there that wasn’t the case. I was told we couldn’t use it due HOA rules. This was the main reason I booked here.
