This unit is only 1/4 block to the beach and a short walk to destinations such as the Convention Center, Rita's Italian Ice, Seacrets, Coconuts Beachfront Restaurant & Bar, Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and miniature golf courses just to name a few. This 3-bedroom 2 bath unit shows like a model. It has been updated with a new master bath, flooring, paint, blinds, flat screen TV's and of course wireless internet. You'll also love the attention to details that makes this unit feel like home. The large kitchen features granite counter tops and is ready for your culinary creations. The extra-large deck is perfect for watching family members have fun at the pool during the day and relaxing in the evening as you enjoy the warm summer breezes off the ocean. So, come stay in this incredible home and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. *This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. * This condo is on the 2nd floor. Surf Watch is an elevator building. * Two covered parking spots are provided. * The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) * Outdoor Shower * Storage space provided for guest's personal beach gear * Quick access to the beach * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 41st street. * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Control # 72057 **To our guests** We do not advertise on Craig's List or other classified ad sites ****Important**** Linens and towels are included with all rentals from the start of Memorial Day Weekend through the end of Labor Day Weekend. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

My friends and I stayed during the Oceans Calling Festival and we really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was too far to walk to the inlet however, there is a bus stop across the road, so we were able to get transportation easily. The condo is bigger than we expected. It fit 5 women and all our luggage comfortably. The condo was very clean and was fully stocked with the essentials. Communication between the host, property management, and I was simple. The host quickly responded to my questions. The property managers email accurately described what and what not to do, so it was clear what was expected of us. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This was our third year staying at this rental for our end of summer family girls vacation. My sister in law and I take our 6 girls down enjoy a week at the beach every year. This rental’s location is the best we’ve found down in OCMD, which is why we have returned each summer. It is just a <2min walk to the beach, and in fact you have a partial ocean view from the balcony. I love that the unit is directly above the pool, so we can easily communicate with the kids and whichever one of us is poolside from the balcony. The balcony furniture is perfect for watching the sunrise with a cupIf coffee or sunsets with a glass of wine. There is always adequate parking. It’s a short drive to the boardwalk and minutes from the Jolly Rogers amusement park. The rooms/# of beds and 2 full bathrooms work perfectly for our crew with kids ranging from 6-17yrs old. We put the kitchen to use every year, so we don’t have to eat out. There are 2 grocery stores along Coastal Highway as well as a Super Walmart about 20mins away. There are plenty of cooking tools, pots/pans, dishes and utensils available to use. I was pleasantly surprised to see the addition of two brand new recliners in the living space this year. The couches could probably use an update soon but the furniture throughout is well maintained. I was also very pleased that they have included linens with the rental now, which makes packing much lighter for our family. The unit is always clean and the management team is exceptional! Overall, we love this rental and plan to continue to return every summer for years to come!

Some recommendations:
New pillows.
Coffee maker with auto shutoff.
Bunk bed are uncomfortable.
Can't watch TV from bunk beds.
Wd40 is needed for all hinges. Especially for the master bedroom.
We will record this place for future stays.

I stayed at this rental with my entire family. It was everything we wanted and needed. The condo was beautiful and we can’t wait to stay there again. We had no issues and the check in process was seemless.

Stayed here for an event at the convention center and was only a short walk from the event, right by the beach, and walking distance from restaurants and shops. The property had all the dishes and tools needed to cook our meals. Beds and pillows were comfortable too!

Great location, two minute walk to beach, ten minute drive to beach. Balcony has premium, comfortable chairs to sit in while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the waves, which are close enough to be heard. Surprisingly spacious, with enough room for two couples and four kids. Master bath has a luxurious walk-in shower! Would definitely stay here again.

Best placed yet
My family and I have been coming to OCMD to stay for the past 5yrs. We enjoyed it so much the first time, we have decided to make it our yearly summer family trip. We pick a new rental every year. This by far has been the BEST place we’ve stayed, we will definitely be returning. The unit was spotless and very nicely appointed and the location is absolutely perfect, just a one minute walk to the beach. There is plenty of space for a big family. The unit also has a pool which our kids loved! It’s not far from the boardwalk but not too close that you get the boardwalk noise. Check in was super easy and there was sufficient parking. Overall, it was a perfect place for a beach vacation.

Everything was great! Super clean and faintly building. The management staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint is the water temp in the master shower is flipped, cold is hot and hot is cold. We will definitely stay again.

The beach view from the balcony made our morning coffee even better. They are so organized and have everything for you- we truly ALL loved it. Highly recommend staying here. The only thing that could’ve made it easier (on the adults) was to have beach chairs/ umbrellas for us- but no complaints!
