Nestled in Utah, this charming condo for $265 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We invite you to stay in our condo; this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has nice furnishings and appliances. The RedCliff Condo complex is located just 5 miles south of Moab and only 10 min. from Arches National Park. When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet. This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access off of the highway. Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic La Sal Mountains to the Southeast and the most stunning red rock landscape to the Southwest. Note we have a 2nd unit so if this unit is not available go to VRBO Listing #606807 If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 14-16... My friend and I came to Moab for a half marathon and this property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was a great price and close enough to town without being in the middle of the busy part. It was easy to check in and had all the amenities we needed. There was a kind of funky smell when we got there and it seemed like it was coming out of the garbage disposal, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed after long days out in the desert. The kitchen and laundry room were so convenient and the place we kept so clean. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for our week stay in Moab. It is as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. We appreciated the little things like salt, pepper and some spices. It was well supplied with everything we needed. Definitely felt like home after a day of hiking. It is close to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dark Horse state Park. We also drove up to Warner lake to see the beautiful fall colors in the Aspen. My husband enjoyed a hard bike tour with Rim Tours. Brian was a great tour guide. We also did a raft trip on the colorado river with Moab adventure. Beautiful trip. Definitely needed a full week here. We hated to leave. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

My dad and brother and I really enjoyed all of the space we had in this place. It was very clean, and we had great communication with the owner. We had no issues. The A/C works really well which is nice after a hot summer day in Moab.

This is a very nice property & we enjoyed our stay. The owner/host was very responsive & helpful, providing excellent info about the area, tips & even a great list of favorite restaurants. The views are nice & the area was very quiet. The only negative is the listing did not mention the facility does not have an elevator. So, if you're a senior like we are (early 70's), you'll need to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the condo. This proved to be a daunting task requiring multiple trips up & down the stairs to get our luggage & other items. All in all, we enjoyed our stay & recommend this property & owner if interested in a quite, well equiped base while seeing & exploring the beauty of Moab, the national parks & it's surroundings.

I highly recommend this place in Moab. It is a few miles from downtown Moab but it was worth it for the peace and quiet. Parking in Moab can be found on side streets if you want to go out to eat. Everything was great at the condo. If we are ever in the area again, we'll be back.

Rented the condo for two nights while in Moab. Came to Colorado to watch my grandson play in two baseball tournaments in Grand Junction and Aurora.. While we were in Moab, a group of us went on the Canyonlands UTV tour. We all had a great time. The condo was very nice and clean. Couldn't have asked for a nicer time.

The condo is nice. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen and laundry. Nice pool and hot tub for all the buildings. A little ways away from downtown so no restaurants within walking distance. No elevator so it’s a little inconvenient when on the 3rd floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The furniture was comfortable. The place was clean and well stocked. Gorgeous views and an excellent location. Be aware its a little further from town than it looks on the map but an easy drive to and from. We would definitely rent this place again. My only complaint was the porch light was out. But thats an easy fit. Thanks Tod for being a superb host

The condo was perfect for our one night stay while on tour of the Mighty 5 parks. From here we visited Arches and Canyon Lands. It was a quick trip early in the morning to get to Arches. The condo was clean and well equipped.

A great 3br 2ba condo on third floor, no elevator but steps were wide and accessible. Comfy beds, sofas & tv (no tv in brs). Great washer & dryer in unit, electric stove, dishwasher & disposal. Could have used some additional bakeware and more indirect lighting (suggest adding dimmer switches to dr & lr lights. Small patio with gas grill, limited view from patio. Only issue was neighboring kids were slamming doors and in hallways making a ruckus, you could also hear when door was shut, hard to relax with all that noise. Couldn’t use hot tub at night, overrun with kids. Need to have adult time, otherwise forget it. Overall nice place would stay again.

We were very pleased with this rental after a string of poor Vrbo experiences. The place was very comfortable with no unexpected quirks, or surprises. It was close enough to town quirks, or surprises. It was close to town but far enough out to be quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
