This property offers a 1000 Square foot Private balcony , it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo in the Pyramid the condo unit is about 1200 sq ft plus the balcony. The Pyramid is a gorgeous uniquely constructed well maintained ocean front building with a private beach, AVOID THE CROWDS!! Contactless Entry! It is located on 95th street, directly on the beach, the beach is private to the people staying at the Pyramid but still Ocean City lifeguarded. So the beach is not overcrowded. The condo itself has an upscale decor, Flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and a 55" in the living area. Comfortable furniture, the kitchen has new stainless appliances and cookware, The balcony is set up with a dining table, chaise lounges, and a large conversation area with comfortable seating, at night there are tree's and lights to create that relaxing atmosphere. This condo was just as listed. Very clean. Loved the large balcony even though it rained one day. View is awesome! Communicated with owner and always very responsive. Only thing and no biggy is no toilet paper refills so we just grabbed some. I think I may have read that and just forgot. I’d definitely stay here again.

Bright, clean and spacious unit with large patio for our family to relax and rest. Debbie provided thorough communication for the easiest check-in experience. Definitely recommend staying at this wonderful unit, and looking forward to future visits.

I’ve stayed at this property before and highly recommend it. Check in was easy. The condo was clean and beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. If I had a question or something was needed, the property owner is quick to respond. I hope to rent it out again in the future.

We had such a great time here. The balcony was huge and had beautiful views, we spent most of the trip hanging out on it. The space was very beachy and cozy. Check in and out were seamless. The beach is outside the building and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby or a cab drive away. Loved it here, will def try to book this property again in the future!

The huge patio was just right for our stay. Everyone was able to spread out and relax. The view was unbelievable and the condo had plenty of room.

Debbie was amazing she checked on us to make sure our check-in process went smoothly. From the moment you step inside the condo everything was as the photos. I really enjoyed the views from the living room and bedroom. I look forward to staying in the near future again.

Arrived on Saturday with stuff in a cooler to put in the refrigerator. It was not cool inside. Called property owner she said she would come by and look at it in the morning. Long story short it never got fixed. Had a bunch of food we brought spoil in the process. Condo was not very clean. Cobwebs in corners, bathroom sink had rings around faucet knobs. Washer smelled inside and had mold in the inside glass. Mattress in one of the bedrooms sank down in the middle and needs replaced. For the money we spent to stay in this condo in off season I expected to have a much better experience. Only suggestion I would make is the owner needs to have a professional cleaning team come in after each stay instead of cleaning them herself.

This property had everything we needed. Great location. Right on the beach with a balcony that could see the sun rise and then the sun set over the bay. Teens had a blast. 4 entrances to condo from the balcony. Words and pictures do not do it justice.

Balcony = Awesome, Condo = Super Cute
We could have lived on just the balcony at this property and been totally happy. But we also enjoyed the rest of the condo too! It was the perfect spot for our group of two married couples. We made a meal or two at the condo, played games in the living room, watched the sunset and sunrise from the balcony (because you can see both!), hung out on the balcony during the day, walked on the beach, enjoyed the gorgeous oceanfront views, appreciated how close the condo is to great restaurants and other locations. It really is the perfect spot!
Check in and out was super easy and exactly as described. And the condo is even cooler in person than the picture in the listing.
We truly had an awesome time and enjoyed our long weekend in Ocean City, MD!

Weekend Christmas Jaunt in Ocean City
Wow -- that's all we can say about this property, especially once you open the gate and see the expansive ocean views from the massive balcony, which continues inside through walls of windows. Bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds, and linens provided for bed/bath were an added bonus (less packing)! Kitchen/Dining/Living were great for the two of us, as we lounged around, with ample entertainment.
As for the building, garage parking, trolleys for carrying luggage, multiple elevators, and secured building access were well appreciated. Bonus -- they really decorate for Christmas!
Overall, we had a great experience in this condo and are looking forward to another stay in the future.

Clean and Comfortable
Looking for a quick visit to OC near where other family stayed, and this place was perfect. Clean and comfortable condo, interiors just as pictured. Property manager was responsive and friendly. Due to the high winds and poor weather we weren't able to enjoy the deck much, but when we were able to be out there it was really nice. We didn't cook meals during our stay, but the kitchen was well appointed if we had. We would stay here again. Thanks!

WHAT A LOVELY PLACE!! One of the best places I have stayed in OC. Great location, AMAZING view! As soon as we entered the property, we were just WOW by it! Very clean and neat! I will for sure rent this place every time I visit OC and definitely recommend it to friends and to those who are looking for a great getaway!

The appearance of the Condo was just as it was online. Debbie the owner takes care in the furnishings and cleanliness of the Condo. It's at a perfect location to the beach and near by stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. The check in process took all of 15 minutes.

The house is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. I had the most relaxing vacation here! The property location can’t be beat. The deck is ocean front and the view is amazing. I spent many hours eating and sunbathing on the deck. Then just come downstairs and your toes are in the sand at the private beach. There are stores and restaurants all within walking distance. You don’t even have to move tour car out of the parking lot. I will be back next year for sure.

Pre Retirement get away
The condo and balcony were well appointed with a beautiful view. An excellent place to watch the sun rise and set. The sound of the waves relaxed us as we planned our move into retirement.
We will be back to enjoy the view from the expansive balcony and the comfort of the condo.

Our second stay at 8M The Pyramid. Extremely comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee as well as Ocean City Arts Center. Crashing surf, glorious beach right in front of you. Enormous ocean-facing terrace.

The property was beautiful, the view was amazing. The private patio was definitely a bonus for us. Check in and out was very easy. My sisters and I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay
We rented this condo for a mother - son get away. He is 17 years old and very much into the “vibes” of places we stay while on vacation. He is kinda hard to impress - and he loved this condo. Tastefully decorated, clean, homey and really good location. Stores and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Clean, beautiful place with incredible view right in the water
Everything was great and we really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable. On the 8th floor overlooking the beach. Debbie put a lot of thought into how she decorated this place. It’s the perfect beach getaway.

Very nice condo with amazing balcony
The outdoor space here is very special. You can see both the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset in the west. It faces south and gets sun all day. The inside was clean and comfortable. There are a few quirks in the layout, such as no indoor dining table (just a counter with four stools). There is a coffee table, but no great indoor space for playing cards, board games, etc. Also, the master bathroom is in the hallway (glad I brought a robe). These aren't deal breakers, just worth noting. We had a very nice stay (off season so not crowded at all) and would definitely come back.

Sisters Weekend Getaway
This condo was awesome! Check in was very easy and the place was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I can't say enough about the balcony. It was just amazing and the views of the ocean and the bay were absolutely stunning. We will be back!

Everything was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped with utensils. The location was good with proximity to coffee, grocery and some restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return when the weather is warmer

Lovely property beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. We came during winter and wasn’t able to use the huge deck. Looking forward to returning this summer.

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay for Valentines Day. The condo was easy check in and very clean. The balcony is amazing, it was raining most of our trip and cold so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. The owner is easy to reach.
