Come Join Us! Spring Break is Calling!!! 1006 Navarre Towers ~ Beyond Spectacular! We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time! Unit 1006 is on the 10th floor of Navarre Towers and has spectacular views! Tropical decor, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen ~ come and enjoy all we have to offer!! We sit right on the beach and have lots of beach frontage. The weather in Navarre is beautiful every season ~ come join us! Relax, Relax, Relax - that's our motto while on Navarre Beach ~ our favorite thing to do is NOTHING! Sit back and enjoy the sun, the sand and the surf! We have high def, flat screen TV's in every room. We have created a fun, relaxed environment for you both indoors and out!! From our Gulf front balcony you will have beautiful views of emerald blue water, pristine white sand and lots of marine life! Spectacular views from master bed and a table for your morning coffee right there to enjoy it! WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER 2 BEDROOM AND A 3 BEDROOM UNIT AT NAVARRE TOWERS - SO BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY! Our weeks run Sat. to Sat. You may reserve for less than a week at certain times but check in or check out must be on Saturday. (Occasionally we make an exception, so it never hurts to ask). There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required with Rental Agreement which is separate from your vrbo reservation. It is a No Smoking, No Pet condo. Navarre Towers is a wonderful gated complex with lighted tennis court, basketball court and shuffleboard. Also located near the pool area is our fitness center. This is a great place to spend your vacation. The bedding arrangement makes this the perfect place for 2 families to share! Navarre Beach is one of Florida's most beautiful beaches - and still one of its best kept secrets! It's pristine white sand and emerald blue water is a 10+! The living space boasts nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, and wall to wall windows for spectacular views. The dining area easily accommodates our guests and the furnishings throughout are both comfortable and tropical. The unit has 3 TV's, DVD player, etc. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living space with allows the condo to comfortably sleep seven. Our balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or living space and is a great place to watch the dolphin, surfers and romantic sunsets. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am Central Standard Time. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available right in front of the complex. We have a walking, bike path that runs the entire length of the island. The State Park is on the east end of the island (within walking distance) and we are guarded on the west by the National Seashore. Fishing, dining, golfing, shopping or just beach walking... what more could you want for the perfect vacation spot? We spent 10 days of a girls trip at this condo. The condo had plenty of room and was stocked very well. The views of the beautiful Navarre Beach were excellent! We felt very secure in the gated complex and were only steps away from the beach area, as well as the pool area. We will definitely consider Simply The Best as a place to visit again!

We enjoyed the condo. We had a couple of things that went wrong, but Betty and Michelle took care of them. The only thing that I didn’t like is when we cooked on the stove the pots and pans had stuff on the bottom and stuck to the stove really bad. It was no easy to get it off.

My husband and I usually go to Gulf Shores every year. We decided to try somewhere new this time, and we were not disappointed! Navarre is absolutely beautiful and so were our accommodations. The room has a gorgeous view and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Great property. Condo was the best. Suggestion - build a ramp to the sand for those who need it. American Disability Act calls for all properties to be handicapped accessible and the beach was not. It needs a ramp. Otherwise it was great !

We had the best time…beautiful weather and beach. The condo was so nice! The tile floor needs a good mopping..it was dirty. It looked fine, but you could feel on your feet it was not clean. Our feet were black after walking around on the floor. The balcony table was dirty and the balcony floor had not been swept. The twin mattress was not good at all…way due for replacement. All this said, we still enjoyed it very much!! The recliner did not work either. Our instructions said to use only the direct tv remote, but that does not work except to turn tv off and on. We had to use the other to watch shows.

This is a great condo with amazing views and space throughout. Very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of extras for the kitchen- spices, extra garbage bags, dish detergent and dishwasher tabs. Beach chairs and toys were also in the unit. A great selection of books was a plus as well. I felt very safe walking to the fishing pier and through the neighborhood near by. Great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely return.

The condo was perfect for two senior couples. It had everything we needed. It's on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Great area for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Saw dolphins every day. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.

We enjoyed our visit even though the weather did not cooperate. The condo was nice. The condo was clean. We had some construction going on, but we were told about that early. We had a slight problem with the gesture and it was replaced the next morning! Thank you Betty!

We were satisfied with our stay overall. The only thing we were disappointed with is that the shower curtain in the master bath had mold and as well as some of the tile. Other than that, it was nice.

You can’t beat this location. Beach is right out the door. Several places to eat within walking distance. Don’t miss walking the pier to see dolphins, sea turtles, and manna rays.

Property was well maintained. Condo has great views, spacious rooms and beds were so soft and comfortable. Had all the kitchen items you would need. Nicely decorated. Was looking for a week of rest and relaxation and the condo, area and beach delivered.

We had a perfect week. Betty has a very nice condo. Navarre Towers is a very well maintained facility. The weather was excellent. The only down side is that there are not a lot of good restaurants in Navarre, but then again, there are not much in the way of crowds and traffic either which is what we like. Certainly much nicer than Destin. So all in all, it was a great week.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The views are gorgeous and the location is absolutely perfect! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for our family of 6. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars instead of five is because it wasn’t well stocked. We were only left 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper per restroom, 2 trash bags, and 1/2 roll of paper towels. Who wants to have to leave the beach and go pick up toilet paper? And that’s what we had to do. So my only recommendation is for it to be better stocked with essentials. I would have rather had to pay a couple bucks more per night than have to leave the beach for such small items. Other than that this place was awesome! Highly recommend but bring your own essentials!!
