Our newly renovated beach condo is located on the world famous 5th Avenue South nestled among the multi-million dollar mansions on the beach end of 5th Avenue. Our condo features a large freshly painted "Ocean Reef" master bedroom with a new King size bed, furnishings and bed linens. A dresser holds all of your belongings and a cozy reading chair completes the space. The en suite bathroom has spa-like feel with newly built pebble tile shower. Diptyque luxury bath products complete your "at home" spa experience. Enjoy direct access to the pool terrace from your bedroom. The second "Palms" bedroom features a King bed, new furnishings and Scout bed linens, a cozy reading chair and direct access to a private landscaped terrace. Perfect for your morning coffee. The guest bathroom is newly renovated with a walk-in shower and Diptyque bath products. The luxury kitchen open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, cooktop & dishwasher. The dry bar provides a Keurig coffeemaker & microwave; along everything you might need for evening cocktails poolside or on the front terrace. The open concept family room has an LG 50' smart flat screen TV and plenty of seating of lounging. Direct access to the pool from this living space. Wireless internet is provided. Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs (4) and beach umbrellas (2) are provided. Each bedroom has a Scout beach bag stocked with two beach towels for use during your stay. The location for this property was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Accommodations were comfortable, and the two kings beds were great for two couples. Beach chairs were a definite plus! My one complaint was the supply of hot water. It took several minutes to get hot water, and it didn't last long making it challenging for more than 1 person to shower.

This location cannot be beat! We love walking 5th and down to 3rd so this was ideal! Plus, easy to the beach with all the TB setup! The condo is newly remodeled and very clean, plus Sarah is great to work with—we appreciated that!

The property was absolutely perfect for us. It was conveniently located to everything we enjoy i.e. beach, restaurants, bike trails and tennis. The unit was neat and clean and had all the provisions for a wonderful visit to Naples. A very trivial matter is there was not an ice maker;however, there were ice trays and fun fact, CVS, Publix and Wynns market (which is fantastic) as well as the 7/11 all sell bags of ice for practically nothing. If you are looking for a great place in Naples, here it is.

First, to be objective, the host is responsive and has tried to make things right, location can't be beat, and the condo is clean and newly renovated. While we felt like some corners have been cut (no towel hooks in the guest bathroom, only one TV, light not working on the patio, master bedroom door scraping on the floor, cheap mattresses, only one blanket per bed) we felt like these were relatively minor issues that we could live with. It was odd that we had to buy our own dishwasher detergent, first time we had to do that in a VRBO. However... On our first day we noticed that there was no hot water and the pool was not heated. We contacted the host immediately, but it took almost 24 hours for a plumber to show up. Turned out that because there was low occupancy in the building, we had to run the water for 5 minutes to get it to warm up. What a waste. Four days into our stay, the pool was still not fixed. On day 4 both toilets plugged and one overflowed, the bathroom smelled of sewer water. The plumber came out within 2 hours. Turned out that the obstruction required the association plumber, so we wouldn't be able to use the toilets until the following day. She then told us that we have to leave for the night. It was 8:15 PM. At this point we decided to move. She only issued a refund for the nights we didn't stay (initially offered to cover the hotel but later withdrew her money). Would've expected a full refund since we never got to use all the amenities.

What a perfect location...two blocks from the beach...two blocks from 5th Ave and all it's great restaurants, shops and Art Galleries. The Condo was exceptionally well maintained and we will definitely be returning.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo is in great condition. We loved the layout and the decor. The location can’t be beat - one block to the beach and a short walk or drive to the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue or Old Naples. Communication with the owner was easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Naples.

Everything as expected. Great location, easy parking, nicely appointed and equipped. Fairly clean, but a more thorough vacuum would have helped; we found a lot of hair on the floor and in bathrooms. Otherwise it was very nice.

We had a great 3 day stay and planning to return in a few weeks. Location perfect—you can walk to beach and great restaurants. No need to drive. Apt safe, clean with all amenities so you can cook and have snacks/food.

Great condo on first floor with pool and perfect location - one block to beach. Excellent communication with property owner. Two king beds + 2 beautiful bathrooms. Bedding, linens and beach/bath towels great quality. The condo had everything we needed - including backpack beach chairs and umbrellas. We will plan to visit again!

Sarah’s condo was the perfect location for our Naples getaway. Five minute walk to the beach and 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Condo was great size and had everything we needed and Sarah was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend

We loved the intimate setting of this condo. Because the pool is in the middle of all the units, it provided a great opportunity to meet several of the other renters. The location was amazing! We walked to all the fabulous restaurants and shops. The beach was only a 5 minute, easy walk! Parking could be an issue, as there was only 8-9 spots and 14 units. Luckily, we rarely used our car so we were fine. The condo itself was very quaint and cozy. There is limited seating and could use some type of ottoman for resting your feet but otherwise, everything we needed was available. Sarah was an AMAZING host. She was great at communicating with us and was available to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again soon!

The property was just like it was listed. Easy to find, with a parking spot in the back. Two block walk to the beach, and right off the 5th Ave shopping and dining. Loved exploring Old Naples, and the are did not disappoint. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Two bathrooms also very helpful. Pool right outside the front door, and a semi-private patio on the east side with a table and two chairs. We loved everything about our stay, and will absolutely be back in the future.

My daughter, son in law, 1 year old grandson and I had a great weekend at Sarah's condo. Sarah was especially helpful with questions I had and check in couldn't have gone more smoothly. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas there to use. The condo is part of 5th Avenue Beach Club which is small and quiet and very conveniently located; steps from the beach and 5th Avenue shops and dining and a 5 minute drive to Publix, Walgreens and the mall. After a busy day of shopping, dining and enjoying the beach the condo's pool and patio area are ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend Sarah to host your trip to Naples. We look forward to returning.

Perfect location to walk to all of downtown Naples restaurants, shops and art galleries, as well as only a few blocks to the beach. Kitchen is small, but with all the great restaurants, we did not cook. Also note that the pool is in the center of the complex, and as it is an older building, the walls/windows do not provide much of a sound barrier.

Property is very clean and well kept, location is fantastic. Communication is great. I’d just say plan on eating mostly out as stove is a bit antiquated. Fine for fixing little things but probably wouldn’t plan a full dinner in the kitchen. Other than that, was a great unit!

Walk out the door and you are right on 5th Avenue. Just two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Walked to dinner every night even to the 3rd Street favorites!
