About this house rental
On Northlands Blvd. Main village location at this small townhouse complex, which is steps away from the heart of the Whistler village. Business License 2024 # 00012364. Three guests or 2 adults and a child will be comfortable for short and long stays. For any questions, please send an inquiry & ask before reserving. A quick response will be sent to you. On long stays , extra cleaning is included, required and scheduled by our dependable professional cleaner. This townhouse is all on one level with no stairs to climb. Includes the free-gated parking garage, but you might not need your car once you arrive. For Whistler's cold weather, our condo has a heated entryway floor & heated ski closet. There are screens on the windows and front patio door for guests that like to have fresh air. Year- round hot tub & pool in center of the courtyard. The pool and hot tub are fenced with a locked gate. Our fob unlocks the gate. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, great for guests who want to work online and still enjoy Whistler's atmosphere. Three TVs. Smart Samsung TV and Blu Ray player are above the gas fireplace. Bluetooth speaker lamp with wireless charging pad in master bedroom. Extra wall lights in both bedrooms. Large washer and dryer set. Retractable screen door opens to front patio with a BBQ grill. Modern kitchen appliances. Shirley's local concierge service is complimentary. Bike storage cages available in our garage parking area and accessed with our guests' condo fob. Mountain- dirt bikes cannot be stored inside our home without asking about doing this. You can ask about storing 1 or 2 expensive clean road bikes in our entry way, but not in the bedrooms. If you are selective about which condo you rent, consider our vacation home as one of your choices. It's perfect for 2 or 3 adults that might want to be close to restaurants and grocery stores . We provide dependable guest service. ** This property meets the additional cleaning standards required by B.C. Health Authority. ** Please read the additional notes located in the rate area when you are ready to rent or have questions about a reservation. ****The British Columbia government requires and collects additional taxes on short term vacation rentals. Taxes collected on less than 30 nights’ rentals. 5%GST 8% PST 3% MRDT On 28 nights, 5 % tax is also collected. No tax is collected on 30 nights. Spent 6+ weeks working and living from this rental in January and February with a friend. Couldn't recommend it more - proximity to village, communal hot tub, general quiteness of property, amenities of condo, and Paula is extremely responsive. Couldn't have more good things to say!

Paula's condo was fantastic. The location is perfect for getting to the lifts (10 min. walk through town) and also easy access to restaurants, grocery store etc. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything a guest could ever need. Paula went above and beyond to make my stay perfect (she is the best VRBO host I have ever had - responsive, clear instructions for accessing the condo, takes great care of her home etc.) I can't recommend staying here enough! Also, the complex where the condo is located is great - it was quiet, clean and had a very nice hot tub. I can't wait to go back!

The Best Stay!
Paula's condo was fantastic. We had great time at this condo. Everything we needed and more to make our stay confortable was there. The owner Paula was so nice and give us more time at checkout to get organized to leave the condo which was very appreciate. Thank you Paula!

Paula’s Place
Paula, and her concierge as well, were a wonderful team: efficient, helpful, easy to communicate with. Her condo is cosy, well appointed, and perfectly suited for two couples or a family of five, provided two kids were willing to share a bed, and the third accept the pull out sofa in the common room.
Located in the village a block from the main concourse and directly across from the free shuttle makes a car free getting about a breeze.
A superb choice for a holiday at Whistler.

Excellent place
The place was just like the the photos. Large, comfortable, clean, close to the lifts and the stroll (only 5min walk). Everything you need to be self contained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hopefully will be able to stay there again in the future.

Perfect for family holiday
Paula was the ultimate host. The communication from booking through to our last day was fabulous. We arrived to a fridge full of snacks and Christmas decorations - very very generous.
The condo is incredibly well appointed, not one thing we needed was missing and clear instructions for all was available.
Location is perfect - lovely quiet area but literally across the road from the free shuttle to the mountain base gondola and just a block from the supermarket. Village entrance across the road too.
Very clean condo, all that we needed was provided and we had a fabulous time here. Highly recommend.

Great location for a Whistler stay.
Very well located just off the main pedestrian path. Very clean with absolutely everything you would need for you stay. Paula is the perfect host, even providing treats for your arrival. There is a pool and hot tub right outside the door. Residents and guests are respectful of the 10pm noise curfew. We will definitely use the property again on our next visit to Whistler.

Comfy and well stocked
We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. The location was just right, close enough to bike to the gondolas in about a minute, but far enough away to be quiet and private. Paula has stocked the condo with food and amenities--everything you might need and some you didn' t know you did. (Little Shiatsu massage pillow got a lot of use due to biking muscles.) Paula was very helpful and responsive before our arrival, emailing quickly and fully with answers to my questions. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub just across the walkway. Our stay added considerably to the enjoyment.

Turn key condo close to everything
The entire experience with this property owner and the condo were outstanding. If you’re looking for the easy button for a vacation to Whistler, this is it. Throughout the process, the property owner would respond to emails within a day, most times much less. Parking, check in, amenities, cleanliness...this place had it all. Well outfitted kitchen if you need to cook, and the bathrooms were clean and had most of the things you’d expect. Walking distance to the village makes it easy to tour the town. The condo was extremely easy to operate with signs and labels throughout. Contact information provided in case of any maintenance or noise issues, but I’d find it hard to believe you’d need it. Supplied parking was key for easy in and out for excursions you can’t reach by foot. We had a great time, with no disappointments.

Nice condo - good location
Nice place, very well stocked. Too many directions to follow for a vacation rental regarding house use and appliances “”, lights, heat etc... felt a bit overwhelmed. However it is a nice condo and Paula was great in responding to any questions I had. Conceiage never returned any of my calls. Also the people upstairs were very noisy in the early morning hours. They may have been vacationers not sure.

Great location, perfect stay for our family of four!
This is the second time we've stayed in this condo complex, which is ideally located adjacent to Whistler village - just a 2 minute walk to village stroll. We much prefer this unit because it is ground floor and without any stairs - made for much easier "in-and-out" with our kids and their "stuff". Also, the unit has everything (and beyond!) needed for cooking. Both beds were very comfortable - and overall the place was quite clean. Paula was a great host - and even providing special arrival food goodies for all of us.. Can't go wrong with this unit!!

Spur of the moment trip
What a fantastic experience! Last minute trip and it couldn't have been easier or more fun. Paula was fantastic in making us feel right at home, from the snacks waiting when we arrived to the recommendations on things to do during our stay. We appreciated Paula's hard work in helping make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

All the comforts of home
Paula's place has all the comforts of home. There were items we normally travel with that we didn't even bother to pack because Paula's place already had them. It was super thoughtful of her to provide some snacks for us. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated, and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again, for sure! Thanks Paula for the hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at Paula's place! She really pulled out all the stops and supplied us with everything we needed! Only thing I would suggest is a full length mirrors! Helpful to the ladies before they go out in the village!

I cannot say enough about how excellent it was to stay at this condo in Whistler this year. This place has quite literally everything, including an excellent location with rapid access to some of our favorite restaurants at the whole resort. The condo itself has plenty of space and all the amenities you could wish for. Plus they keep it fully stocked with tons of great snacks and food items. There is sure to be something there for everyone. The TV worked great too for watching the game (we were there during the MLB World Series)! The beds were really comfortable and the showers were hot with good space and water pressure. All in all a 5-Star stay that we would recommend and repeat again and again!

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in many wonderful and not so wonderful places. I had read other persons reviews of the property and was expecting a little more than what we normally find when we arrive at a rental property,(no sugar, no salt and pepper, one packet of coffee but no filters - you know what I mean from most places) however was shocked on our arrival in this home. It was "AMAZING"...... extremely clean, just about every up to date amenity in the home that you could ask for along with great information on how to operate everything. On the counter was a basket with my name which contained some snacks specific to our stay and also many other items for use by any guest in the home. Paula has certainly thought of everything and makes your stay such a delight. Aside from the home itself, the overall property is very well kept and manicured and has a pool and hot tub, underground secure parking and what mattered most to us was secure cage parking for our bicycles.
We have already given recommendations to friends and would rate Paula's family home as the #1 place to stay in Whistler. We will definitely visit Whistler again and can only hope that we are able to stay in this amazing property once again. Thank you Paula and family and also the cleaning crew who left the home in such a great state for us.

We stayed with another couple at this condo and it was absolutely perfect. The owner is so attentive to our needs, and when we arrived she had arranged for gifts of goodies for us! She also bought some of our favourite foods. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and great sizes. The location is perfect! Easy walking distance to the village and close to some nice local coffee shops etc. We would absolutely stay here again and would give 6 stars if we could :)

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here during Ironman Canada. The condo was super clean and the owner was very accommodating, even getting our favorite snack to put in the condo. The location is also amazing and you can walk to everything in the village. It was great to have a nice place to stay with all the amenities before a big race. I really recommend staying here.
