Enjoyable stay in good apartment close to all amenities.

Location, terrace, cleanliness and quiet.

Oven was temperamental but solved the problem.

Seville is a super place and we had a great stay!

Well located. Spacious apartment. Good roof terrace. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very secure entry etc but a safe would be nice. Problem with bin etc quickly sorted by management. Very quiet despite central location.

Kitchen- very basic- only one chopping board, no bread board, no electric kettle , no power adaptor so one socket for toaster and coffee machine, no sink plug so bought one.The oven was old and didn’t work well. The fridge was very poor with missing shelf and broken handle. Kitchen needs a refit! The dishwasher and washing machine worked well.

Weekend lungo rilassante

Situata in pieno centro storico, in zona tranquilla e a pochi passi da musei e attrazioni principali. Appartamento accogliente e confortevole…non mancava nulla. Staff gentile e disponibile. Tutto OK

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was spacious and fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the roof terrace, which had plenty of shade throughout the day. The location was great next to many bars and restaurants and close to other points of interest.

The WiFi although connected was without the Internet, so couldn't really use it. The only other thing I would suggest is more instructions within the apartment on how to use air con, WiFi, and other appliances, spent a bit of time just trying to work out bits. Having said this, the host was on hand to answer any questions via what's app and responded very quickly. Lastly, I would recommend sending the door entry codes through WhatsApp, It was a little difficult on arrival, trying to hear and understand codes given by telephone. It would have been much easier to send through what's app rather than us having to call for the codes.

Loved Sevilla, the apartment, location. Facilities good, could be excellent.

Great location. Clean and tidy, just the right space for 4. Terrace a bonus.

The booking advised I would be met at the property but I had to make a phone call ( the taxi driver helped with this as no instructions were left to this effect) to get the code for the key box. Additional paper work was required, again not explained until I rang. Thereafter communication was via WhatsApp which did work well. Some kitchen appliances were poor- the kettle is dangerous, could not take the stopper out to pour the hot water and then it leaked when you did pour it. The bin lid does not stay on..The shower hose in the upstairs bathroom kept coming unscrewed. There should be more instructions , I suggest an apartment book with all the rules and how appliances work including check out as again I had to call to learn what I should do with the key. We took our rubbish out as not clear if that was necessary and we had to search for a outdoor bin we could use.

Very good

Great location, we were here for 7 days The apartment was wonderful everything we needed was here. It was exceptionally hot this week so we could not use the attic single bedroom , my daughter slept in the living room instead. Maria was great gave us a late checkout … Gracias

Perfect Seville Apartment!

location was perfect! walking distance to everything. the apartment had plenty of room, and it was great having a dishwasher and a washer. we felt very safe and secure.

Terrace up 2 flights so difficult for drinks etc Terrace could have 2 more comfortable sunloungers No fan is downstairs shower room Noisy garage shutters in morning!

Excellent value for money, great location, for everything, bars, restaurants, shops and sightseeing.

Location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the main Cathedral area, Alcazar etc but set in a really buzzing part of the old Town, bars and restaurants were a real unexpected treat. Also lots of small but very nice shops in this area.

Not really a criticism but something to be aware of. The roof terrace is an excellent space to relax and maybe chill out with a beer at the end of the day, although the terrace is a private area it is very close to neighbouring properties one of which has a young baby whose parents are very happy to let you know when they think you are a little too loud. Although understandable in the circumstances up to a point, but it made it uncomfortable to use this space afterwards for fear of upsetting the neighbours, bear in mind we were two couples in our 50s not a screaming bunch of boisterous teenagers,

We were very comfortable for our week in Sevilla. The one bed mattress was our only issue.

It was in a good location on a quiet street. The building was nice. Maria was very gracious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies to get us started for the week. The grocery stores and restaurants were close and good. Everything worked. 4 of the beds were very comfortable but the one by the window in the master bedroom was really sagging in the middle and was moved to the other bedroom for the child to sleep in. We had plenty of towels and two extra sets.

When we first arrived the power went out but was quickly fixed by re-switching the circuit breaker. Unfortunately the bed that was sagging gave the father and the child bedbugs. None of the rest of us got these bites.

A pleasant stay at a nice apartment with great convenience.

With two levels of living space plus rooftop terrace, the apartment provides a good space for four of us. The apartment is located at the corner of a quiet inner street within five minutes walking distance to various eateries and retail shops as well as two small superstores.

The mattress is a bit dent.
