Nice hotel in a great location.

Location was great, rooms were big, comfy beds and good showers.

Breakfast we had to pay for even though it was included in my booking and was poor quality. The rooms were not well insulated and you could hear everything from other parts of the hotel. No English channels on the TV even though they state they have them.

zero customer service

We spent 3 nights without internet. We texted the hotel on the first day and no reply after 3 days. Nobody at the reception. Room was dark with very little light from outside. We asked for queen bed but bed was made with two single beds put together with separate sheets.

If nothing is done to improve the decor etc. we wouldn’t return or recommend to friends

The only positive was the location, most attractions and places to visit were within 10 to 15 minutes walk

It was very tired and in need of a complete overhaul. shower trays were crazed, dirty and didn’t drain. All communication was electronic there was no face to talk to. Breakfast room had no windows and was was tiny. Was advertised as a hotel but was hostel standard with no communal areas

Great location and lovely clean rooms

Excellent value for money, right in the centre of the city and with big, clean rooms with air conditioning and comfortable bed. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely stay again if returning to Seville. No staff on site but we were sent codes to enter the building and room. Very easy process

Calm area, easy to check-in. Nice, cozy and clean overall.

Since there was no manned desk at the hotel, it was a bit complicated to get a receipt, it took some time, but the staff was helpful in the end.

Superb

Great location and even though it was a main road and taxi rank it was nice and quiet. Room was very clean and the air conditioning was excellent. Bed was comfortable too. Loved the keypad entry system.

Shower head wasn't secured properly (Shower spray was excellent though) Needs a sunscreen over the main entrance keypad as I couldn't see the numbers.

Great find for a city break.

Location was fabulous - in the old town, taxis, busses in the square. Walking distance to everything and literally dozens of restaurants within 10 minutes. Shopping galore round the corner. Wasn’t sure about the fact that there are no reception staff and self checkin was done by separate keypad codes to front door and room but it was good. There was an issue with the lift but it was dealt with really promptly.

Would have preferred a room on the plaza rather than in the “patio” but so little time is spent in the room it hardly mattered. Location, location, location and value for money!

All the printed information available in the hotel is out of date. The flash in the bathroom was too slow and the shower was not working properly.
