We ask observance of the noise laws to be taking to heart when renting this home as many of our neighbors are full time residents. Our neighborhood is a serene and quiet neighborhood. Many are permanent residents. We kindly ask you to please be respectful and not noisy in the front/outside of our house. Kid play is welcome in our neighborhood. Our neighbors do ask for quietness especially during dusk/night hours. This is the perfect space to make memories of love, joy and peace. The large kitchen in open air adjoining the large living room area with amazing views and encourages feelings of togetherness and harmony, with direct access to the large wrap-around outdoor deck that has a gas BBQ. Enjoy meals among the evergreens during the summer and snow cap mountains during the winter. The stunning landscape helps renew your soul through God's creation. Rose - 25 minutes to Northstar - Incline Village Recreation Center has a heated pool, gym, classes, golf course, etc. all are welcome with a daily entrance fee - Private beaches are closed to guests due to new Incline Village City rules. However they are open to the public without guards approximately around end of September - end of May and all can go.

This unique and special home, setting and hosts exceeded all of our expectations. The hosts are gracious, responsive, thoughtful and a true joy and blessing to be their guests. Communication was abundant and responsive, any needed trouble-shooting was timely, promises were honored and they went beyond and above to ensure a meaningful stay. The home is beyond beautiful and spacious, has all of the needed amenities and is fully stocked from abundant rooms and beds to spectacular kitchen to gigantic dinning room table to comfy living room to modern washer and dryer & 3 1/2 bathrooms to spectacular wraparound deck and new BBQ. The views from the decks and windows are beyond spectacular and the neighborhood is charming and filled with beautiful nature. In our extended stay, we were looking for a place to reflect, recharge and rejuvenate and that is exactly what we found in this awesome and amazing home. A true gem. We cannot thank enough Claudia & Kelly for the opportunity to stay in their mountain home!

This was a beautiful place! Great spot for north Tahoe. The neighbors do not seem to like the vacationers so make sure to follow the parking and night rules to a tee.

Beautiful home with lots of space for family and friends. Super clean, comfy beds, big kitchen...everything you need! Less than 1 minute to drive to Diamond Peak! The home is cozy for winter weather and we can't wait to come back to experience it in the summer. We most certainly will book again!

Beautiful location and house. Close to lake and grocery store. House was clean. Pool is pictured but we never found it. It might be helpful to have a book with information about lake passes, pool, etc as there was no information. Also, air conditioning is a standing unit that vents through a window in the main area. The bedrooms are not air conditioned and got warm as it was summer time.

Family time and Skiing which was the point was great! This house was as advertised and enough room for our reunion of 11 family members. Though it sleeps many, up to 14, one of four bedrooms has bunk beds so we were able to move mattresses for the 2 kids to share in largest master with their parents and sort out the other family members. Bedding in the bunk room where I stayed was not correct size for the bed and bunched up each night since far to large for the bed it was on. Kitchen large and great for multiple family to be working together. Some implements needed repair or replacement and I notified owner who should address these ( broken blender, mixer missing blades so useless). Internet stopped during our stay - notified owner 9 am who fixed it by 3 pm. Snow plow did come for the great foot of new snow but black ice on streets to house resulted in major skidding and 6 car collision which sadly included our family. Be extra cautious on all the roads in Tyrolian Village which we learned is not treated the same for road care as the rest of Incline Village.

This was a great property with a wonderful view. The manager Claudia was very easy to get a hold of for any questions throughout our stay and before. Our group of 10 had a great time and would BBQ outside. I plan to return in the winter for some snowboarding and skiing. Thanks again.
