Right on the beach, nice pool bar, comfortable room.
Fixtures and fittings a little tired. Shaky chest of drawers!

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of 5 de Deciembre and a short walk or taxi to Zona Romantica or Centro. The check-in process was smooth and I liked the ability to pick your own pillow and the scent of your room - cool touches! Our room had a beautiful view and the proximity to the ocean was a huge bonus. The entire facility felt extremely safe and secure from the moment we walked in.
The resort is small - less than 30-40 chairs at the pool area and maybe 20 more at the beach. Every morning, there is a race to “save a spot” and if you choose to sleep in or do an excursion, be prepared to miss out on the pool until the evening. Our room was somewhat disappointing - even though we upgraded to the suite. The beds were just okay, the AC was cool but not cold, and the details showed a hotel that has had better days. For the price, I would not choose to do the All Inclusive again as it was not worth it for the two days we stayed.

Location and attentive service from staff. view from the room is great. View from restaurants are also good.
Food and drinks.....average at best. No food was delicious or worth recommending. Very glad I did not purchase the all inclusive since it would have been money wasted. Many better restaurants around the hotel. Oxxo is nearby for drinks.
Bed is very firm--not comfortable.

All inclusive package was not worth the money.

I liked everything about Villa Premiere: location, views, breakfast food - and especially staff. They work super hard making hotel residents’ stay enjoyable. Thank you, guys!
the beach. however, PV is not the best area for swimming in the ocean. not the hotel’s fault)

excellent atmosphere, customer service and food!
it could have more updated payment methods, had to pay cash for a tour because the tour desk didn’t know how to work the pin pad

Lovely breakfast .. we didn’t do all inclusive and came out ahead as we don’t drink much. Room rates are a little steep compared to other places
Would g if age been nice to have some nightly entertainment or shows.

Convenient location, good staff
Food marginal and only 1 choice. Adults only can still be fun, this place wanted quiet, no fun

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had in my life.
We first had to wait for 20-25 minutes to be able to start our check-in process. Since we didn't have a queen bed in our room, we asked for an upgrade if possible. They first showed us a room with a beautiful view and we accepted that. Then they sent us to another room on the same level with a junkyard view. When we asked why they did that, they said that that room was already booked. We had a huge argument and then they upgraded us again to another room after staying in the first room for the first night. We were hoping to have a good night's sleep the second night but the AC in the second room they sent us was not working. The thermostat was broken so the AC wasn't recognizing the temperature inside and thus, not stopping working automatically. It was also making a noise that we had to stop it and ask for a fan from the reception. The fan was also working with an unbearable noise so we had to ask for earplugs to be able to sleep. That was the second night of our four-night vacation with my wife in Mexico. We couldn't sleep the first two nights. Then we decided to leave the hotel and found another place with the same price and had an amazing rest of our vacation. We were thinking if we were the problem as the customers but we realized that it wasn't us after seeing the hospitality and comfort we experienced in our next hotel.
Also, don't get tricked by the pool and beach photos they share on their hotel profile. This hotel has a very small pool and beach area where you lay down under the sun literally next to other guests. Spacing was horrible. They also had a wedding that same Memorial weekend which is quite unbelievable for a small boutique hotel like theirs. We didn't experience the wedding festivities since we literally escaped after our horrible second night but I couldn't imagine trying to enjoy my vacation in a small hotel with a wedding crew of 50-100...

the air conditioning wasn’t great and was very noisy keeping us awake most of the night.

We were disappointed by every beach we visited. I guess we should have taken a boat to get to a nice beach.

what an exceptional experience! First of all the service and people were so nice and welcoming. The pools are small but you have access to the other pools at the sisters property next door. We were upgraded to the master suite and it was a spectacular birthday surprise. I fully recommend getting the suite for the sunset veranda with its own huge blue tiled jacuzzi. We went to the spa twice because they were so relaxing.
Swim up bar could stay open longer.

The property layout and view of the ocean was fantastic. I would love to explore a larger group experience at this property.

Food was very good. Location was exceptional with ocean views and easy access to Centro and Malacon.
Did not get drinks & short massage as mentioned in other reviews, nor private butler. Service in lobby area was nice and professional, but not exceptional.

Very clean, friendly staff, and a beautiful property.
I tried making a special request for the room and the entire process was very difficult and ultimately didn’t end up being accomplished, which was disappointing. They claimed that an outside company takes care of special requests for villas, but it was severely lacking coordination.
