About this house rental
On the quiet side of the lake. Water ski, fish and boat in a calm environment. Have questions google SUP-LOTO and Phone. Very large private dock with slip fee for your boat. Boat ramp nearby. Shaded deck in the afternoon to enjoy a cool drink and watch the dock and lake activity. This is an east-facing house which provides sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Paddle boards Kayaks, and pedal boat provided. We have all the toys. Lilly pad free to weekly rentals. House provides all new appliances, high-speed internet 100mb, TVs, central AC, new furniture, large decks off master bedroom and the living room. We focus on family vacations, making lasting memories at an affordable price. Catch me in the morning and fish with me. Learn how to clean and prepare fish for dinner. Play simulator Golf or shoot archery at a archery range near by (20 mins)!

We arrived to a cold, dirty, bug ridden location. There was hair in the tub, on the toilet bowl and in the dirty water spotted sink. The mirror was water spotted as was the sink faucet. The kitchen cooktop had crumbs on it, the hood had grease, bugs and dirt on it. The kitchen sink was dirty with a filthy plastic measuring cup in it. The fridge had not been wiped out and had food rings and other stuff all over. The kitchen light had dead bugs on the lens, and then we saw the live bugs crawling everywhere, including most window sills. Gross! We were told the owners daughters would be next door if we needed anything. Went there, waded through a bunch of crap to get to front door to knock, No Answer! So, went back, packed up and left.
Sent owner a message through VRBO, he said his daughter had gone over and found nothing wrong. I said she must have been the one who cleaned it then. I asked for a refund and have been ghosted. Don't stay here!!! Cleaning fee was $xxx ! FOR FILTH!

This was a great quite place to stay on the lake. The boat and jetski activity were not as bad as we thought it would be. The house was great and was able to fit out family of 8. The owner was wonderful and very helpful and accomidating. House easily was able to sleep 7 adults and an infant. Definitly recommend a stay!

This property is lovely! There is plenty of room as stated. It was nice to be close to family for Thanksgiving. Hoping to be able to rent this property again for our next trip.

Wonderful relaxing stay at the lake house

Peter and Gail were amazing hosts to us! The home fit the needs of our small group (2 families; 2 adults and 1 child each). We did not want to be near the busy part of the lake and this location was perfect. The dock is where we spent most of our time. Kids went swimming, jumping, fishing and we got to relax on the lounge chairs and watch. We cooked every meal but 2 in the home for an entire week and had what we needed to get the job done.

The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful! The property was well maintained and clean. We were able to enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the property manager let us use his dock to keep our boat. I will 100% recommend and/or return.

Trio to the Ozarks
The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful! The property was well maintained and clean. We were able to enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the property manager let us use his dock to keep our boat. I will 100% recommend and/or return.

We had a multi -generational spring fishing trip and we had plenty of room for our group. The younger members slept in the loft area (one bed and daybed in open area and 1 closed bedroom) that had 1/2 bath. The middle (entrance) level had 2 bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, living room with TV and full bath which worked well for the older folk. The lower level had a full bath, sitting area but no TV, game table, kitchen area but no refrigerator, and washer/ dryer. From the lower level to the dock was a gradual slope and my 89 yr old mother navigated the sidewalk well with a cane. The deck would have been wonderful if it hadn't rained so much but we were still able to get some good local fishing in without even going out to the main lake. Overall it was a good family vacation.

We had no issues reaching this property as he called us the day before to make sure we have the right directions. It was a very nice gesture! Disappointed
We had a great time on lake. Dissatisfied with house. Advertised the house had WiFi which we needed to have as family member needed to be able to download heart monitor daily but never could connect to. Definitely not a 5 bedroom unless you consider a broke down 1970’s pullout couch as a bedroom.

Worst experience ever
My family has rented a house at the lake every summer for 10 years, this was by far the worst experience to date. The owner was rude and wouldn't return phone calls before we even arrived. The house was listed as a 5 bedrroom but was only 3 with a loft. It was dirty and in disrepair to the point of having safety issues i.e. smoke detectors open with no batteries, hole in living room floor, deck rail held together by ratchet straps, sketchy wiring to lights on dock. It is on a beautiful spot on the lake and the fishing was good.

Great value
We rented this property for what I would call a COVID cautious getaway. The house was just as pictured. It’s a bit dated, but I can assume that’s why it’s so affordable. We brought all our own food to stay out of public places, and the kitchen was a little unorganized. There’s a ton of utensils and Tupperware, but there’s so many things, it was challenging to find certain things. The pots are a little rough, so I’d recommend bringing your own. The dock, kayaks, paddle boards and the water is awesome! We rented a boat and docked it there and had a truly great time. It’s clean and the owner is right next door and answered any questions we had. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 11 to 65 and we all had a great trip!

Great place for a family vacation on the lake.
The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had an incredible trip with fabulous views out of the living room, kitchen and master. The beds are comfortable and the water was hot. :) The dock and water toys were the highlight of the trip. If you are looking for An affordable House and don’t mind things being outdated, this is a great option. I would recommend bringing a Kitchen sponge because the pots are old and food will stick. So you will really need to put some elbow grease into cleaning them. It does have the “grandmas house” smell due to being an older home. The internet is hit or miss, but it’s vacation! so it was nice to be disconnected.

My party of 7 adults had a great time staying at riede's rental. The house had plenty of space for everyone and came equipped with many things to do. The cove is quiet and great place to relax and use the paddle boat and paddle boards.
